DressLily.com I love Dress Lily!

All of the items that I ordered from them I had also found on Amazon, but for almost twice as much as they were on Dress Lily. My order came in two different shipments, one from the US and one from China, but I was aware of that when I ordered and expected the order from China to take a bit longer. When I received my items I was very happy with the quality of them for the price I paid. One item was a little deformed from the shipping and another had a slight imperfection on it, but it wasn't anything I couldn't fix myself. It honestly wasn't even something worth contacting the company about, so I didn't. A few weeks after I received all of my items Dress Lily contacted me asking how I liked all of the items I ordered and asked if there were any issues with my order. I told them about the issues that I did have, and they immediately gave me a partial refund for the items. Their customer service is exceptional, and their selection and prices are even better! I will definitely be ordering from Dress Lily again!

DressLily.com Pleasantly Surprised

I don't typically shop online for clothes; being plus sized makes that very difficult, especially when sizing clothing from other countries. I know that Chinese sizes run much smaller, so I took a leap of faith and ordered a 3X corset backed coat with hood. In the pictures, it was really breathtaking, almost reminiscent of a steampunk style. I was a little perturbed when it'd been a few weeks and I still had no additional tracking information, it kept giving me the same info - still in China. I thought for sure it would've passed customs by now, so I reached out to DressLily and they provided me an update - that it had passed customs and was now in the US waiting to be sent to the local processing facility. I got it just before Christmas and immediately fell in love. It's not as warm as I'd expected, but it fits like a glove which was surprising - and it looks beautiful with everything I wear. It was my first time shopping on DressLily so I'll definitely be doing business with them in the future. Very good first impression.

DressLily.com A Little Freaked

Back at the end of August I ordered this amazing black dress from this site. It's a hollowed out mini sheath dress with a backless skull print. I also ordered a pair of leggings to go with it. They are black and red and have a Christmas theme... didn't know that until I already purchased them. My fault. I didn't pay attention. Anyway, I received the leggings yesterday and have yet to get my dress, which is what I was most excited about. I have read the reviews on this site and am worried that I won't get my dress? I have searched through this site looking for reviews on that specific dress and have yet to find a single review. I cannot be the only one who ordered this.
The leggings are great! They're comfortable and fit nice around my body for being a size too small. That's also my fault. I didn't pay attention to the size I was ordering. I saw the "one size" words and assumed it was a one size fits all, but it was actually a range from XS to M. I am a pear shape and I am normally around an XL. However, I tried them on anyway and they fit actually pretty good for being a smaller size. Again, this is not their fault.
I still have yet to receive my dress and am worried I won't get it. I will update as soon as it arrives.

Growing up on an island in Alaska in the 1960s, almost everything was ordered through the mail. Believe me, I could share some horror stories. It took me a lot to try that again.

I was scrolling along online one day, and an ad popped up. It showed this gorgeous dress, retro style. It was listed for half the cost from other sites I had looked at. I had to bite! To give a brief idea of what I ended up with; my GORGEOUS halter style, 1950s replica. You have to check sizes carefully. They don't always match up; in fact, they usually don't. Use the sizing guide everytime! Shipping takes a bit, but considering it is free, I can't complain. On my second order; yes I liked the clothes and prices so much I ordered again; there was a slight problem due to them being out of stock on 2 items. I contacted their support page. It takes a few because my email (read "ticket" here), gets read by them, and I get reply the following day. The staff was so helpful. I'm still kinda shaky on a computer, but they "talked" me through it and I was able to get pretty much what I ordered; I just changed the color!
Since I actually spoke of two orders, and I see you want an order ID, I guess I will use the number of the one I interacted with stall.

DressLily.com Never more satisfied by an internet clothing and. company!

I have already ordered several items, and received most of them. Some still in transit. The selection is great, many color options and size options as well. Make sure you pay attention to the size chart and conversion chart. I see a lot of comments that things are too small, however, dresslily states that you should check the size charts! Most important because theirs does run smaller than the United States.
Onto the delivery, I see comments about it taking sometimes weeks to get their orders, but when you check out, at least all of my orders have been free shipping and each time I choose expedited delivery, still free, comes DHL, and they always have tracking information 48 hours after the order has shipped.
Last, but most definitely least and most important in my opinion, is the customer service. If something has been off, size wrong, color or product, I've sent in a ticket, and within 12 to 24 hours, I have always had a reasonable response! I wish there was an online live chat option, but there isn't however, the tickets are most definitely answered promptly.
Plus you get rewarded for ordering by points, which can be used as money towards your next purchase!
Never more satisfied by an internet clothing and... company!

DressLily.com Literally the worst

I placed my order on 1/24/20 with expedited shipping.

On 1/30/30, I was told through chat that my order was packed and ready to be shipped.

On 2/2/20, I placed a ticket asking where my order was. That day, I got the same canned response that my order was packed and ready to be shipped, and that I would receive my tracking number shortly.

On 2/3/20, I responded that I had already been told that by them, and wanted to know when it would ACTUALLY ship.

On 2/4/20, a service rep said that Chinese New Year is happening until Feb 9th, and they will start shipping things again on Feb 10th. NOWHERE in the ordering process did they mention this delay, nor was it a part of my shipping estimate. Why in the world would I pay for expedited shipping if it would be weeks before they would ship it? I responded as such, and added that they really should have mentioned that on the site or in the shipping estimate, before I sent them money.

On 2/5/20, they said sorry for the inconvenience, here's a 10% coupon on your next order, and STILL didn't tell me when I would actually have my order.

On 2/9/20, they randomly sent me the same canned response about Chinese New Year, and that they would start shipping again on 2/10/20. I did happen to see that they added a banner on the site mentioning Chinese New Year, though.

Today (2/26/20) I tried to cancel my order on the site. I was prompted with a message that said "Your items are packed and ready to ship, are you sure you want to cancel?" I clicked 'Yes." I got a second message that said "Your items have already shipped and you can no longer cancel."

I reached out via their chat portal and was finally put in touch with an actual human being, Juan. Juan said that he could still cancel my order for me, so I asked him, "How is that possible? The site told me it already shipped." He replied that it was packed, but it must have been a mistake about it having shipped. I asked how long it would take to get my money back, and he said he could issue a refund as a gift card to the site immediately, or it would take 7-14 days to get it back on my card. I asked how long will it actually take to ship my order, and he said they "expect to ship the items before 2020/3/6." A FULL SIX WEEKS AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER. I asked him to cancel my order and put the money back on my card. He was very nonchalant and acted like this is a completely normal occurrence, and although I know it wasn't directly his fault - come on.

This was the worst experience I have ever had ordering anything online. They lied to me repeatedly about the process and my order. I ordered a few bathing suits and dresses for an upcoming cruise, and have had to make other purchases, even though I gave ample time to receive this order in normal circumstances. I will never order from them again, and I will tell literally everyone I know how terrible they are.

DressLily.com I placed an order for $74.82 on April 27th, 2020

I placed an order for $74.82 on April 27th, 2020. According to the tracking information, it was sent on April 28th, 2020. The tracking number ends with *** and indicates that USPS is the carrier. The estimated arrival date was between May 8th, 2020 and May 19th, 2020. On May 19th, 2020, I contacted customer service through their app's chat feature. They informed me that there was a delay and provided a link to a FedEx website showing that the order was in process. I asked why the original tracking was for USPS, but the representative didn't know and asked me to send a snapshot to prove that their app was wrong. However, their picture upload feature wasn't working, so I left it at that since I had received information showing that the order was in progress.

On May 22nd, 2020, I checked the tracking on the FedEx website using the tracking number mentioned above, but it showed as invalid. I contacted customer service again and was informed that I couldn't reach them through the chat feature and had to submit a ticket instead. I submitted a ticket explaining that the tracking number was invalid and requested an explanation. However, all I received was a message asking me to confirm my shipping information without addressing the issue of the invalid tracking number.

By May 27th, 2020, I hadn't received any further information. They then informed me that they had changed the shipping partner to USPS, which was the original carrier they claimed had provided incorrect information a few weeks prior. On May 28th, 2020, I used the tracking number on the USPS website and it showed that the package was still in California. I decided to wait and see if it would start moving.

On June 3rd, 2020, I checked the tracking again and it still showed the same information as a week prior. The package had been sitting in California for two weeks without any updates. I sent a message to customer service explaining that I would file a dispute with my bank or they could credit back my money. I also threatened to seek resolution through a customer advocacy service.

On June 4th, 2020, they informed me that they were opening a claim with the carrier and would credit $30 back to me as a start. They asked me to wait until June 27th, 2020 to receive the package. However, on June 11th, 2020, I still hadn't received the $30 credit or the package, and the tracking still showed that it was sitting in California. I sent another message to customer service asking about the credit, as it had been six business days.

Today, on June 12th, 2020, I received a message asking me to confirm that I wanted a refund. I am now writing to seek help in getting my entire order of $74.82 refunded to my original payment method. It has been almost two months and all I have received is excuses, claims of invalid tracking numbers, changes in carriers, and now they are withholding my refund, which they had previously promised to process. They are simply buying time by claiming that I haven't done what is necessary to receive my order or refund. I will also report this on social media to warn others about this company. It is clear that this is some kind of scam, as there are thousands of people with the same complaints of not receiving orders or refunds.

Bought bathing suits from them. They didn't fit so I tried to exchange them and they told me no and only a 40% refund and to keep the items that I can't even use. I've tried contacting them on several platforms and they keep throwing me in a loop without resolving anything for me. If I can't exchange them then I should be refunded in full. I haven't used the suits so no reason why I can't exchange them or get a refund. When speaking to someone through the Facebook contact, I was ignored.

I purchased clothing from an online store called dresslilly. I had purchased from them once before and had a good experience. But this time I never received a confirmation of my purchase all I have is my debit card receipt to prove I spent almost a $100.00. I keep writing them but the issue remains unsolved because the only way to email them is to include an order number I never got. So I used an old one and explained why. I keep getting automated responses that the order was shipped but it is referring to an old order from a year ago.

I ordered 4 dresses and a swimsuit from the website. During checkout I used PayPal and entered my current address and last name. Instead of using my current information they used my maiden name and previous address when they shipped my package. I've bought from them before without incident but this time when I contacted customer service they told me that there was nothing they could do because I didn't provide them with the correct address even though I did. Now I'm out $103 and I can't find my package.

I made an order last year in November, knew would have to wait a while, after asking for an update after an email saying 1 item was unavailable, they went on about there ticket's and in there ticket's I was informed I'd be refunded, time passed and I contacted again to ask where my order was, was annoyed to find refund in wallet, and order was allegedly delivered, I contacted again, and was told it was with delivery company and I had to pick up, no information about company, contacted royal mail with tracking, nothing found, I have given them plenty of time now, have proof, screenshot messages

DressLily.com paid online for jacket - wrong size, return and haven't heard a word!

Bought men's jacket online in OCT 2019 and verified sizing as they looked like a U.K. company, but also have addresses in California and China that can't be reached, or verified.

ONE MONTH later the jacket arrives - wrong size (a UK-XL instead of US-XL). NO REFUND POLICY. Per their instructions, spent $30 in postage returning it to California for the correct size on NOV 25. Uploaded the shipping receipt as requested.

UPDATE - As of JAN 6, 2020 - no product and no communication. Oh, their so-called Customer Service number only takes calls from new purchasers - slick, huh?

DressLily.com dresses

I bought two dresses, mainly was interested in one of those for a wedding I have a in a few weeks. I ordered both at the same time, and when it arrived 2 weeks after I found out they only had in stock one of those dresses. Despite of this being available when I bought it and Dresslily taking my money, I never received the item.
After complaining, they said it will be back in stock between 7 and 15 days which I was fine to wait for. After said period I had no news, and when I enquired they said they did not know when it would be available.
They gave me a refund for the dress I wanted and needed, but not the full amount! they charged me as hey discounted a discount that had been applied to both dresses and a shipping fee that was not applicable when I made the order - any other retailer would have offered an apology and solution rather than take your money when they screwed up.
STAY AWAY! IT IS A SCAM, AS THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO TAKE MONEY FROM YOU AND THEY WILL NOT APOLOGISE FOR ANY OF THEIR MISTAKES!

DressLily.com stair stickers

This is the worst product on the planet.
None of the books have readable titles (at least in english), the quality of the printing is blurred and terrible. This is a complete and utter disappointment and I would never use it in my home!

I only spent $30 on it so I am not going to fuss with returns etc, but I am going to make sure that everyone I come in contact with and everything on my social media feeds are aware of the the very lowest of quality coming out of dresslily.

I was very much looking forward to receiving this product. What a colossal mess it is.
Once burned, twice shy. I will never again purchase anything from dresslily.

Items sent to street address of my old house with city and zip for new. They are listed as delivered, but no one knows where. Called Dress Lily. They said customer support would email in 24hr. They didn't. I called back, same story. 24hr later, no email. I called again and asked for a manager. I was told "no manager is on site." Really. I asked three times! Asked to speak to a real "post-sale" rep, and was told the "post-sale" department DOESN'T HAVE A PHONE!" I believe this company is up to shady things.

DressLily.com all products purchased

T18080304701 - Complaint ticket number for when they respond and make out I am lying. Refund requested and not enough money returned to me even though items were faulty.

Order date 27th July and paid for 3-7 day delivery and also incur shipping fee which they do not advise of beforehand.

Also don't ask them to stop ignoring you and answer your questions, as they still ignore it

I purchased 4x items from them (after measuring the sizes that are on their website for each item and ensured I ordered one size up anyway). Items arrived, with cheap horrible material, faulty with threads hanging off them, they were incredibly small, not just width wise but the sleeves on the long sleeved shirt were ridiculous - my partner looked like a man in a child's shirt! There was no chance of doing up cuffs, buttons or anything. On top of this they smelt awful, like fish.
I raised a complaint that I was unhappy with all of them but was prepared to keep one as it was a short sleeved shirt that appeared to be ok sizing - just needed a damn good wash to rid the fish smell! They kept avoiding my questions around confirming how much they would refund me, about how I would return the item and I asked as items were faulty that I be refunded by t=for the return shipping fee - it was finally 'confirmed' although they will not put any figures in writing just avoid all confirming anything and may as well just be saying 'yeah yeah yeah' ... So my items were sent tracked as I did not trust them, then they suddenly email me to say they have refunded me. I checked and surprise surprise its not enough to cover the 3 items returned nor the postage either way! I have emailed about another 10 times saying I want a breakdown of how they worked out my refund as I am disputing the cost - this keeps getting ignored with 'we refund you right amount', well no you didn't actually. I have said many times I want to escalate complaint and asked if this is done. Again this is ignored. They will not give you complaints procedure, managers names or any actions they are taking to rectify their own mistake of faulty, inaccurate sized clothing. AVOID AVOID. Anything they respond is a lie. see the pictures, including postage receipt and see me saying I am missing £15 still!

DressLily.com my order placed 11/15!

I made an order on November 15 and I still have yet to receive a tracking number or my merchandise. Of course they took the money out of my account the same day I placed the order, but when I look on my online profile it just says that my order is still pending. I have repeatedly tried to call the phone numbers listed for customer service, the email provided for customer service and I've also tried to do the online question for customer service to no avail. When you try to do a chat with me their service hours are closed and they're not available at this is been going on for three weeks now in a matter what time or day I try to contact them. I would love my clothes, but at this point I just feel like I'm being scammed and I want my money back or My order immediately. This is beyond ridiculous

DressLily.com never order from them

My situation would be funny if it wasn't so sad.
I ordered an item 2 months ago and it hasn't been shipped yet. The reason why they didn't do it is that they got tons of similar orders and can't get it together. It's a complete lie, how can this take you so long? Just confess you took my money. That's what happened.
I have been waiting for two months, it's simply ridiculous. I can't cancel, I can't refund due to your policies which are obviously stupid.
I know I will never get my items, so I'm here to warn other people: never buy from these thieves!

DressLily.com wrong sizes, aulty product

I ordered 2 pairs of pants. Totally the wrong size.. And the seam on the front of one is all messed up! There is no number that will answer.. The number you can find online is false.. They say live chat, but "sorry, off line right now" this place is a total scam.. Too bad.. Do not order from here! I can't believe there is no one to help to resolve these issues! Why is there not a legit phone number anywhere on there website?

I placed an order with Dresslilly on April 9, 2017. They took my money but still have not received shipment. I've contacted them three times by email as I am not able to connect by phone. The phone number I think is bogus. I probably won't ever get my merchandise and they beat around the bush how IT could take 45-60 days to receive my one shirt. That's all I ordered was one shirt they r scammers !

DressLily.com horrible!

I decided to tell about my terrible experience with DressLily.
DressLily is a scam company located in China and they sell very poor quality products. I wasted my money here and I regret I decided to order from them.
I have purchased a lovely prom dress from their site and when I received my order I was shocked why was the package so small. When I opened it I saw super tiny dress, it looked nothing like pictures and was poorly made.
I tried to return it but DressLily customer support was very rude and said that they don't accept anything back.
I asked him to contact me with their manager but they said that was impossible. It was very hard to deal with them and I literally wasted my time. Do not buy from DressLily!

DressLily.com trying to return four pieces that were cut too small

Have tried for 5 weeks to return the dress, and 3 corset trainer's. Cut extremely small. I have gotten no response, for a label to return them. I have tried every other day to contact your company. Retun label for dress. 2 black corset trainers. Two nude trainer cosets; three sizes two small. In all other brands I wear a size 12.
I loved your sight, but if you won't work with me to return orders that don't work and refund me, I won't order again.

DressLily.com I ordered five adioris synthetic wigs

I have not received any updated information on my tracking number for the products that I order on 2/2/2017. I tried calling the company but the telephone numbers are disconnected (1/[protected], and [protected]). I went on the chat line to talk with customer services, but to no avail, I never got a response. I am a senior citizen and money was debt out of my account for these items. I can't afford to have $72.00 debt out of my account and not receive the products, I am on a fix salary.

I am attaching my order information for your review and there are two separate order numbers for my items purchased.

DressLily.com beware!

I was appalled with DressLily! When I received my order it looked nothing like pictures an the worst thing was that everything was of a very poor quality. Items were cheaply made and looked rubbish, and I was very disappointed that I wasted my money on such terrible quality products.
DressLily support was very impolite and as soon as I said that I wanted a refund I received only negative attitude and rudeness. They said that they can't refund me and that it was their final decision. Too bad I did not read the reviews! Please stay away from this horrible site and by the way I would like to mention that DressLily is located in China! So think again and beware!

DressLily.com I got the wrong wig

I've been trying to get you for weeks now all I need is a address to send the wig back and get the one I wanted they sent me the long curly side parting high temperature fiber lace front wig I wanted the long curly side parting synthetic lace front wig I just want to send it back and pay the difference thank u I've also called and no one ever calls you back I know you have bad reviews but I still want to try and see if I like it I can't go by what they say but I can tell for what I see i went on your live chat and they didn't give me the address he cut us off

DressLily.com christmas shirt

My boss ordered a Christmas shirt 9 days ago, and paid for it with his cc. He received s email that they got the payment, and next he will get a email with the tracking information on it. Well here we are day 9 and no email with tracking on it, and he paid for it to be expedited shipping. He needed it by today, and there is no phone number that works on there website, and the email says it can take 1 day to reply. Well from the comments I have seen they are not a good company to do business with. All we want is either the shirt like now, or money back. Here is his order #Your payment for order L1612060800521484 has been accepted.

I've heard from over 30 members on facebook that this website is a scam and I ordered an item from them on 06.02.16 and the money was taken out of my account and I would really appreciate a number to talk to an actual human to...

DressLily.com I ordered a week and have not received it yet.

Order number Bell [protected] on March 11th in still haven't heard anything from them. I ordered a wig from them. And they have my money and when you send them an email or try to find out where it's at there's no response. And the phone number that they have for them is wrong.
