Hey, its not really a complaint. More a quest. I've pucchased 200.000 Fifa ultimate 14 coins on MMOGA, and the money is drawn from my account, but at the order, it keeps saying "Payment check" more like:

Any1 know what to do? I can't get in hold of Live Support...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

My 10 year old son has used my credit card without my permission to make several transactions over an 8 day period without my permission. The amount comes to over £100.
My credit card and the intermediary company are not helping me to get the money back. It is impossible to get hold of MMOGA. How do I go about getting my money back.
