I purchased an in game currency from MMOGA for a small fee. The small fee was charged to my account through paypal. (Thank goodness). I have made several attempts to contact them, and no response what so ever. And no. I did not receive the in game currency. I am filed with Paypal for a refund. THANK YOU PAYPAL. MMOGA.com. Is not to be trusted. Its a scam site.

mis selling
MMOGA claim to sell 24 gold packs for FIFA 13 FUT...but they fail to tell you its for PC VERSION ONLY.
ONLY AFTER you pay and they send you the code does it state "PC VERSION"
when you ask them, they tell you to download this code through origin, even after i stated i had xbox

2100 microsoft points
On 23rd September my son requested 2100 xbox microsoft points from MMOGA internet site, 25 digit redemption code was sent to him, however when inputting code into Xbox account it was stating 'code had already been redeemed'. After taking about 8 hours on the day to discuss with MMOGA over their support line we were no further forward. MMOGA were saying that Xbox support had to send them date stamp, MMOGA were requesting a screen shot from Xbox live who advised ''Microsoft would never share a screen shot of our internal systems and agents have no way of copying or pasting information.''. Xbox confirmed that redemption code had been used on the 23rd September but not by my sons gamer tag, it had been used by someone else. Having spoken to MMOGA on this they would still not accept to either refund £18.99 which had quickly been taken out of account, or to provide us with another redemption code. After about 4-5 days of going back to them I was going round in circles and wasnt getting any further forward, as soon as I stated that I would be taking this through a complaints system then either the emails, or person typing on their on-line support would either suddenly not understand me or they would say that I was upsettting them, even to the point where they were saying I had made them cry, I by no means was impolite or rude to MMOGA, I just wanted them to realise that I was a respectable individual within society and I would not try for 4-5 days to get 18.99 back if I was not genuine. I have kept all the email threads and also have copied/pasted on-line chat discussions into an email so I have also got those. At one point they even asked for my sons gamer-tag and password, which is totally against data protection act, and I am sure iro FSA there is also a breach, are you able to help at all please, Kind regards Jo Rodgers

I placed an order for 200 gold for GW2. They delivered 9 gold and ''completed'' my order. They now changed their prices for the gold. You see, I underpaid for what they now charge. I paid around 30$ for my 200 gold and now they charge well over 1000$. Of course they do not want to give it to me. However, it's not my problem. I paid 30$ for 200 gold as it was advertized. I did not pay 30$ for 9 gold.

These people will rip you off steal your money and charge you for a refund even though they will not deliver the items your ordered stay away!

The ridiculously low price should have been ample warning but I was too stubborn to believe it. When you submit your payment it will subsequently (AFTER PAYMENT) ask for a LANDLINE telephone number to call you on (what is this 1999?) Not only do I not have a LANDLINE but I don't anyone besides businesses who still have those...What happens if you don't have a landline? well to them its "too f*****ng bad" don't expect any help at all with this, being located in BFE their support hours are between "Never" and "Not-going-to-happen O'clock." So in conclusion AFTER paying and submitting all of my personal Info + Paypal info my CD-key was never sent and the money never refunded. Had to open a dispute which I'm sure they will fight. I am opening a BBB claim right away though. BEWARE!
My advice - don't trust them
I made a purchase on their website of an item which promised instant delivery. I have still not received the item and have tried mailing them about it. In my first mail I told them to deliver as promised or refund me. They answered this mail instantly, but not with anything useful that could get me my ordered item or the money back
I send a second e-mail, telling them AGAIN to deliver as promised (allthough the promised instant delivery now is far too late) OR refund my money. They have ignored this e-mail now even though I have sent it three times...
I have also opened a paypal dispute, which they haven't responded to.
My advice... DON'T TRUST THEM. There are better, more honest and more reliable services out there that offer the same AND you don't risk losing your money like I am right now.
Game card bought already been used
I bought a game card from Mmoga for world of war craft. They sent it to me by email within an hour.
I then tried to redeem the card only to find out that this card has already been used before.
Customer support helpline told me they will look into by the next day it has been two days, online support will not talk to me.
I would recommend any one buying from the website don't bother because you will lose your money.

Hello. I ordered a world of warcraft account of the website mmoga.com because i did not find any complaints about them on this website. Since 15 days, they have been sending me from email support to online support with on more information than : whe ar working on it, whe will keep you in touch.
I have never received one email from them. I sent at least 4 or 5 emails asking about the order and know the online support (chat) does not even anwser me.
I cant say much more, but they advertise 24h delivery. I mean, thats just fake.
So, unless a miracle happens, i have lost my 280€.
I feal very stupid for buying the account in the first place, but i whant these to be punished, and the only way i can find is this : bad publicity.
If ever i get my order, ill come back and remove this.

What a joke - this site is so dodgey. Paid by paypal, received a receipt and then they claim they can't send me the key without "verifying" my details. All signs point to ID theft. Attached PDF they send you.

They do a lot of spam about special offers, even if you ask them to remove you from the list they still spam you.
Anyway, i ordered 3000 gold from them, i received only 2200, after contacting there chat support agent 4 times, i still didnt receive the rest of my order. Every time you contact them they answer with predefinite templates telling you that they will give you the gold the next day, and everytime of course you dont receive anything.
Stay away from MMOGAP and WOW MINE! They are a rip off!

I had to have my credit card deny the charge. After than, I received a series of threatening emails saying they had delivered the gold with a series of doctored screen shots showing their agent mailing the gold. But it never happened, I never recieved gold number one.
I got harassed by their agents in game, offering to sell me gold outside of wowmine.
Further, they started texting my phone with gold offers. You CANNOT unsubscribe from them - I felt so harassed by them that ultimately, I deleted all my characters and quit playing the game altogether.
Blizzard should sue them for harassing players out of the game.
I GOT SAME PROBLEM. My order was 4, 000G. But I got just 720G. On their website, they announce that they have enough gold (30, 000G over any server!) in your realm. But once you pay, they send you just a part of all. Then you get excute mail like this. Following message is what I got HALF YEAR AGO from MMOgap. I never got all of my order. MMOGAP IS FAKE.
