MobileFun Headphones plug white 3.5mm

Hi My name is Deisy Lopez

I ordered a headphone apple. This month, but is not working. I try again and again it's still not working. I pay almost $30.00. I'm sorry but it looks like the fake ones. Please I want my money back . I can retur the headphone back. So please some one help me . Thank you I appreciate 🙏

MobileFun Tablet holder

I ordered a tablet holder from mobilefun and after 3 attempts they were still not able to ship the item to Ireland with the correct customs information even though they were informed by me twice that the customs info was incorrect. The item was returned from the Irish port each time. This problem has been going on for over 2 months. They should look into the correct customs information and be able to ship to countries that they advertise themselves as trading in.

MobileFun Unauthorized credit card charges.

I bought a phone case from them and it was taking too long for them to ship it so I told them I wanted to cancel my order. Someone contacted by email and told me my phone case was going to be in stock in one day. I checked their website the next day and the phone case said it was going to be in stock in a week. So I told them to cancel my order and it seemed like they were ignoring my emails. I called my credit card company and told them to stop the charge and they told me that I was already charged by Mobilefun. Other companies such as Best Buy and Amazon always charge your credit card company after the item has been shipped but not this one. This one charged my credit card before shipping my items.

Desired outcome: I want to cancel my order and I want a refund.

MobileFun screen protector

I ordered a screen protector, order # 1-8-10-[protected]. I ordered it, sent it to the cart, then paid. After I had paid, a different screen protector appeared on the confirmation. I tried to return it, they said no and that they were sending me a screen protector that I didn't need. I've asked them twice to see if I can return it. They said no. I'm out $48.00 now.

This is an absolute scam.

MobileFun order [protected] - received my payment then email saying out of stock even though website stated item would be in stock

When I ordered, their website said the item would be due in the next day I placed order, Then after they received my money, they emailed saying out of stock and ask that I change to another item. I cannot reach them as seems their email address which they used is NOT IN SERVICE! I just want to cancel and get my FULL REFUND. Don't want to deal with such scam companies!

SEEMS there are thousands of customers you scammed...no wonder! Listen if you don't refund me IMMEDIATELY, I shall report this to the UK and HK Police AND also INTERPOL for scamming your customers! Your choice!
I received an email SPECIFICALLY saying that you DON'T have the item and waiting for it to arrive COMPLETELY CONTRARY to your response here saying it will arrive Friday? DON'T TELL LIES PLEASE! YOU ARE A COMPLETELY DISHONEST SELLER AND IF YOU DON'T REFUND ME I WILL FOR SURE MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS THIS!

MobileFun case for samsung galaxy s9

Hi I ordered 3th May case for Samsung galaxy s9 and I have a problem with case now because looks really bad, shiny things they coming out from the case. I spend £40 and Im think that for this price and company ted baker should be at least for a year not for few months im not happy with it. Please can you help me with this problem which im having. I am going to attached the photo of my Samsung Galaxy s9 case to proof that I got problem with it.

MobileFun Definitely not recommended

I made the biggest mistake in my life and I should have read the reviews. I made an order and never received anything. I was promised fast shipping (since I paid for express delivery) and after one week of waiting I decided to contact MobileFun. They said that my order was cancelled because my address and billing address were not the same! Are you kidding me?
I love online shopping and buy most thing online and no one ever cancelled my order because these addresses were different.
MobileFun said I'll get a refund, but still no sign of it. This company is joke, do not buy from them, definitely not recommended.

MobileFun Very disappointed

Wanted to buy an iPhone car holder and found this website. First of all I contacted customer service and asked was the item in stock and they assured me it was. I made my order and paid for it.
About two weeks later they contacted me and said that my order was cancelled because my item was not in stock. I demanded some explanation, but they did not reply. Later I got a refund.
Very disappointed with that kind of service and will not order anything from such an unprofessional company ever again!

MobileFun This is scam!

www.mobilefun.co.uk - is a scam, whatever you do just don't give them your credit card details, they will steal your money!
I made an order here and never received it. They took my money and later they charged me the same amount again! I tried to contact them via email, but they did not reply. In total they charged me twice for one and the same order which was never shipped. I blocked these guys from any further charges, but I will not give up until I get my money back! This is scam!

MobileFun Undelivered products

I ordered some phone accessories from them and I wanted to save on shipping, but they wouldn't let me get the cheaper 10-16 day shipping, but Instead I had to choose the 3-4 day shipping with tracking, that is fine. Then, I waited for about a week, and the products have still not arrived. I have already tried sending e-mails to their customer support, already about 3-4 in total. The only replies I received were automated ones saying that I will receive a response within 1 business day but still nothing. Also, when I checked on their website, it says that there is no shipping information available and next to each item, it says that the products are un-shipped although when I go to the products page in their site, it's in stock. They do not even have a number that I can call. No shipping info available would be considered false advertising, and not delivering items to a paying customer would be considered fraud. Also, I demand compensation from them for this delay and the fact that I had to pay so much for shipping that fast but I only (might)get it later than if I had chosen the cheaper one. I still have not received the products as of now, [protected].

I bought 10 phones from mobilefun.co.uk and made a wire transfer of $851 two months ago. They stopped emailing me soon after this transaction. The sales person is the one whom I have been dealing with. So it is up to them to scam or say sorry and give me my order. This is not a professional way to deal with clients. I am heading towards scam experience. I am sure that they received my funds as well.

MobileFun They lied about their attempt to reach me

People, be aware and don’t buy from the website www.mobilefun.co.uk. I ordered phone from them and provided my phone number. After several days I haven’t received any confirmation info or updates about purchase. After 5 days they sent me emails, which stated that they tried to reach me, but my phone was switched off during the day. It was lie. I replied and asked about my order, but these scammers ignored my email.Please, if someone here had the same experience, can you help to return money back?
