This company is a complete fraud. I ordered a fat tire trike, with the power boost and 2-year warranty. I am in the bike industry so I know what I am looking at. They did send a trike, but not remotely close to what is pictured and advertised. I have sent numerous emails with no response. If this company was legit they would have sent what was advertised, if a mistake was made they would respond to inquiries and not hide behind their [censored]ty website. I feel like a total sucker. Buyer beware. If you get what you order you will never get any service when something goes wrong, even if you paid for an additional warranty

It was my first online purchase and I was very careful choosing the right seller and their scooter. Needless to say, I made a good decision by purchasing my *** scooter. Not just because the company had the best price with the free shipping, but because the scooter has the most features compered to the others on the market, and it was shipped very fast, professionally packed on a safe pallet. The scooter is built on a very stable frame equipped with a powerful electric motor that can take me anywhere I dream to travel, to groceries, to the park etc... I've put over 240 miles on it already and had no problem with it so far. I will keep you updated if something changes.

THIS IS THE ONE! I am quickly falling apart body wise. Arthritis is taking over and especially the knees. I have limited walking range and I am missing out on a lot of activities that require some walking and resulting pain. This chair is the ticket for that. I searched around quite a while before I decided this chair worked best for me. The price and features were reasonable compared to similar products. Upon receiving the quality exceeded expectations. I am a machinist/ engineer and appreciate good quality and design. It folds easy and unfolds the same. Has great turning radius. Comfortable removable seat for cleaning with handy pocket on the seat back for things. Arm rest lift out of the way for side exit. Joy stick can be used left or right and extended if needed. It has a spring suspension on the rear to help eliminate those rough surface jolts. Quick release motors for pushing or transporting folded. I have an RV and a small SUV. I didn't want to deal with hitch mount platform with outside exposure to weather and spray debris that heavy scooters require. This chair folds and easily stores in my vehicle and in putting in my narrow RV entry door. Comes with a water resistant cover for outside transport in bad weather. Can't wait to use in our upcoming trip on ocean boardwalk and can now do the whole length to visit all the shops. I highly recommend this product. The vendor of the product straightend out a shipping issue and was in constant communication which was a great help. The rep was very helpful and courteous. FIVE STAR?

I ordered a mobility scooter on September 6th this year and I canceled it the next day through the sites email address. They responded that the order is canceled but I'm still waiting for them to notify the finance company called Klara now and to refund my deposit of $97.08. I've emailed them about this three or four times about canceling the finance company and the refund and they do not respond. I called their phone number ***, there is no customer service at this phone number except to go to their site and communicate there. I don't want my credit ruined because I canceled the service and they are they're not handling the cancel of the loan I to pay for it and they're not doing anything to get my refund back to me. This is the most unprofessional organization I have EVER ordered from!1 My order has been placed weeks ago 8/8 to which they responded that they received the funds and would begin to prepare my bike (Pls see emails with dates attached as additional documents. The credit company won't issue a credit because the trike company, Mobility4Less.com (A2Z), is not the same entity as the company from Seminole. The trike company A2Z will not refund the full amount; they are only issuing a partial refund, which doesn't even cover the cost of the bike. I paid for several additional features, including expedited shipping. Despite promising to ship the bike within three weeks, they failed to do so. Consequently, I requested to cancel the order. Now, the finance company is charging me for a product I never received nor was shipped.
It's possible that Mobility 4 Less and the other company are related, but at this point, it's clear that I'm being defrauded of a significant sum of money. The finance company, Klarna, provided me with a reference number for Mobility 4 Less, and my order number is PTVWXRB6.

Within a half block, the left rear wheel seized, so we managed to get it back home and released the stuck bearing. Despite my repeated requests, they refuse to communicate with me over the phone, opting to use vague excuses for limiting correspondence to email only. I am in need of assistance with this issue. I purchased an adult electric tricycle online from this company. When it arrived, there were pieces missing, the instructions were incomplete and indecipherable, and I got charged a "lift gate fee" on top of the price. The trike often veers suddenly to the left and I have crashed into the curb several times. The battery to give me boost barely works at all, although I paid extra to get a lithium ion battery. I've tried to get all this repaired, but bike shops don't seem to want to touch it. I'm a senior on a fixed income, so the price was a sacrifice I was willing to make to have this form of exercise. Now I'm stuck with a trike that is kind of dangerous and is very difficult to use. I've tried contacting the company, but to no avail. The website makes it look like everything is local, but it turns out that the trike comes from China.

On July 5 I received an email that it would ship in 2 weeks due to Covid. On July 13, I received a letter stating that an overseas supplier had sent incorrect parts resulting in a slight delay to ship. That same day, I sent an email requesting to cancel the order since it hadn't shipped yet and I had an upcoming event that I needed it for. They sent an email on July 14 saying no problem, they would notify the shipping company and mail a refund check. On July 26, I received a refund check for $1,264.88, which deducted $953.78 for shipping and $739.55 for re-stocking. I never received a tracking number, and the shipping "receipt" that they sent was not a real receipt but a quote. I don't believe this ever shipped and I want refund for ship.

The front brakes will NOT work. We had a mobility repair tech come out to look at it and they said the brake cables are defective, they could not get it fixed either. I have emailed and called the company a number of times with absolutely NO response. I cannot use this with no brakes. I need this for my mobility and paid over 3000.00. It supposed to have a 3 year warranty and I can not even get a response. They have a *** page with the wrong phone number on it. This is wrong on so many levels. To just ignore calls and problems is very disrespectful to paying customers who are disabled.

THIS IS THE ONE! I am quickly falling apart body wise. Arthritis is taking over and especially the knees. I have limited walking range and I am missing out on a lot of activities that require some walking and resulting pain. This chair is the ticket for that. I searched around quite a while before I decided this chair worked best for me. The price and features were reasonable compared to similar products. Upon receiving the quality exceeded expectations. I am a machinist/ engineer and appreciate good quality and design. It folds easy and unfolds the same. Has great turning radius. Comfortable removable seat for cleaning with handy pocket on the seat back for things. Arm rest lift out of the way for side exit. Joy stick can be used left or right and extended if needed. It has a spring suspension on the rear to help eliminate those rough surface jolts. Quick release motors for pushing or transporting folded. I have an RV and a small SUV. I didn't want to deal with hitch mount platform with outside exposure to weather and spray debris that heavy scooters require. This chair folds and easily stores in my vehicle and in putting in my narrow RV entry door. Comes with a water resistant cover for outside transport in bad weather. Can't wait to use in our upcoming trip on ocean boardwalk and can now do the whole length to visit all the shops. I highly recommend this product. The vendor of the product straightend out a shipping issue and was in constant communication which was a great help. The rep was very helpful and courteous. FIVE STAR?
It was my first online purchase and I was very careful choosing the right seller and their scooter. Needless to say, I made a good decision by purchasing my *** scooter. Not just because the company had the best price with the free shipping, but because the scooter has the most features compered to the others on the market, and it was shipped very fast, professionally packed on a safe pallet. The scooter is built on a very stable frame equipped with a powerful electric motor that can take me anywhere I dream to travel, to groceries, to the park etc... I've put over 240 miles on it already and had no problem with it so far. I will keep you updated if something changes.
We are glad to find this company in our pursuit of purchasing two electric tricycles. After wasting almost three months on another company (***), where they promised us what we wanted but they never got them, finally we found mobility. They informed us that the trikes needed to be checked and packaged so it will not be delivered by "yesterday" but they kept us informed of all aspects of the purchase in a very professional manner. The trikes arrived intact on a pallet and we are very happy to enjoy them now. They are well-made, high quality trikes at a really low price you could not find anywhere else.
