my husband tried to order one set of Moerie hair care products for me for Christmas. When he was processing his payment he got a message that his credit card payment was rejected three times so he gave up and bought the product using Amazon prime. The next thing he knew he had three sets of this very expensive hair care product hit card. When he called customer service they told him it was too late because the product had already been shipped but to contact him once the product was received. that has happened however, they never answered the telephone and it’s been one week of emails with no response. There are 100s of dollars on his credit card and he has no way to reach a customer service representative. he believes this was a scam by the company and their customer service is horrible. no return shipping information or refund information was provided in the packaging with the product. He has no idea of how he can possibly return the extra product. This is totally unacceptable business practices.

Desired outcome: Moerie to send return label fir products and refund money, including shipping.
