I sent an emails and Facebook messages to Moerie requesting a cancellation of my subscription. for some reason they had me set up with two subscriptions to the same product. After my first order, I got 3 bottles sent to me then a few days later I got 9 bottles sent to me! I contacted them in July 2024 to cancel both subscriptions! I thought this was handled! So, when I went to open one of the bottles of pills, 0f the 12 I had, this bottle had many broken capsules. I contacted them. They did not want to replace the bottle. They told me it was too late. I had no idea that I was supposed to unpackage all 12 of the boxes they sent me immediately to inspect them. It was very hard to even get someone to respond. On Nov 1st of this year, I get an email telling me they are sending me product! I went on the site to see what was going on. They only cancelled one of the subscriptions. There is no way for me to cancel this one. The cancel button does not work. It says, I've used up my "pause subscription" Limit! I have emailed and face book messengered, to only get the same run around! Nobody cares to cancel anything with this company. They are scaming people. I told them they have no authorization to charge any of my payment forms. I've heard nothing from them.
