They have this strategy where they reach out to potential customers through cold calls, targeting individuals from a predetermined list. The loan processing speed is quite impressive, as they manage to get things done swiftly. However, it's important to note that their interest rates are sky-high, a whopping 5% per month. Yes, you read that right, it's a monthly interest rate.

I discovered that even the lower-level employees have the power to mess with your payment records and make you believe that you owe them more money. It's unbelievable! Ezua japa nearly ruined me. Can you imagine making monthly payments for a whole year only to find out that you still owe them the exact same amount you borrowed? And to make matters even worse, nobody bothers to explain this to you when you're taking out the loan. It's like they want to keep you in the dark. And let's not forget about the sneaky hidden charges they conveniently forget to mention. I could go on and on about my grievances, but the bottom line is that you really need to fully comprehend what you're getting yourself into before dealing with MomentumCredit.

Avoid MomentumCredit at all costs. This company is a complete disaster, with their internal systems and staff being incredibly inefficient and confused. I had an absolutely horrendous experience with them last year when they forced me to pay off a loan over an extended period, resulting in me paying more interest. To make matters worse, they held onto the money I had already paid them in a so-called "suspense account".

Now, let's fast forward to the present. They have introduced a new product called ezua chapaa, which supposedly allows you to make payments whenever you want. At first, it seemed like a convenient option. However, the moment you can no longer make payments on your own, they step in to manually capture the payments. Sounds reasonable, right? Well, it would be if they actually did it in a timely manner. Unfortunately, you could make a payment today and they wouldn't process it until days later. And that's only if you constantly follow up with them. If you don't, they simply let your account accumulate interest on a debt that you have already paid off, but they failed to acknowledge.

Honestly, these people are enough to send you to an early grave. Save yourself the trouble and find an alternative solution for your emergency, such as a sacco or any other reputable institution.
