On August 7, 2023, I received four emails telling me that my checking account was being closed and that I needed to see review the Demand Deposit Account Statement to understand why. No explanation was given as to why my account was being closed. Spoke to Juan through the chat and he was not very friendly at all (I have saved the chat for you). Juan, who has no badge identification number, said that I needed to review the agreement to know why. There was nothing on the agreement. I was confused because this is the account my direct deposit goes to. I have been banking with them for years and thought that they were a good bank. I even referred people to them. Now they have closed my account and said it can never be reopened. I am deeply disturbed by this. My accounts were all in good standing and I did not see any unusual activity. I just wanted to know why. Asked for a manager and Juan said that he could not get me one. What the what? He couldn't even refer me to the department to help me.
Desired outcome: I just wanted someone to tell me what happened. And what happens to my money in those accounts?
