Brings up to my rates in the middle of a contract and tried to tell me it wasn’t a rate but tax. They were also three months during which my system was not communicating with theirs and nobody bothered to call me. Speaking to one representative because of the issues I had the contract shorten, but they said I couldn’t get out of it. Being forced to keep contract I requested a service the equipment that wasn’t working; the serviced pieces, but not all the pieces that were not working and then because I requested the service they extended the contract without notifying me. I requested to speak to that person, but they said they’re not available to the public; so she extended a contract without consent. Only after filing a complaint with the consumer division of the Alabama Attorney General did Brinks do anything meaningful and even then not truly meaningful because they collected money for services they did not provide but the resolution was just an immediate termination of the contract with no one owing anyone anything.
Recommendation: Stay away
