11/26/23 - 2:00pm - Car towed by AAA to Monro. Two hoses to the coolant had a hole in them. Coolant leaking. Trisha at the desk said no one there to work on car, everyone called out. Thanksgiving weekend. Car will have to sit. Car sat 2 days. 11/28/23 -Call from Nick, stating he ordered two hoses. Wrong hose delivered correct hose will be there tomorrow. The next day, 11/29/23, he tells me that it is taking a long time to fix car. He had to remove other parts of the car to get to the one hose. Nick called me and said car was ready. Went to pick it up. Car was still in bay. I paid and then the car was backed out of bay. I got in the car and noticed the check engine light was on. Turned car off and went back inside to tell Nick. Nick said the check engine was on when the car was towed there. Confusion on my part. I thought they were going to fix the car, which included diagnosing the problem. He then told me if the check engine light stayed on to bring it back the next day. The light never went off. Car stops working and towed to AAA. Car engine isn't working.
