The worst company we have dealt with in our home remodel. Ownership was never on site when the work was done. New down spouts on the new rain cutters were dented, the neighbors tree was cut down and was clearly in there property, block walls were damaged, water lines were damaged, stumps were either barely or not ground and the palm trees were not trimmed properly. We were told by ownership that he would reimbursed for the neighbors tree and the contractor on site would be reimbursed for the repairs to waster line and the new down spout would be paid for. None of it was ever done, $1,700. dollars came out of our pockets. The most unprofessional company to deal with!

Monster tree service of Montgomery County Maryland provides horrible service. Please beware of this company. They cancelled and rescheduled four times. some of the times they just never called to reschedule. On April 29th the crew appeared at my home. The foreman was rude to my husband and argumentative and confrontational to me. He argued and told me there was nothing wrong with the tree. They worked 15-20 minutes on the Cherry tree removing a few branches then stopped work. The foreman ordered the workers to stop pruning the tree after 20 minutes. He then expected payment for the job.

I would never recommend this company to any one even if the service was free.

For it. They tore my yard up and put a hole in my roof. After doing some research they sell to people that have no clue about trees and think a few days of training will get them good to go. If you look them up they have had franchise employees killed on the job because they hire inexperienced people that's how their price is so low. Stay away from them. Another franchise they dumped hydraulic fluid all down the road while driving. Stay away from these people. Their only good quality is they don't hire illegals but they don't pay for quality employees. The ones that showed up at my house looked like that had been on a two week meth bender.
