I received my couch the end of October 2024. It was not sat on much. Late December while sitting on the couch I looked down and saw what seemed to be a razor cut. Unfortunately, I did not know how it happened or when. When contacting Montage they denied my claim with no explanation. Just stating it was no covered under the policy. I appeared to me that this was a razor cut when the delivery gentlemen dropped off the couch and cut off the plastic wrapping. But of course, was denied. I guess I will have to raise this through the proper channels.
Claimed loss: Left arm electric recliner for Sectional.
Desired outcome: Replacement or repair
