I purchased a box of Montego wet sachets, and the contents was putrid, runny, and had an extremely bad odour. This is not the first time this has happened. Although I didn't complain the first few times, although now, we are away from home and there are no shops in the vicinity, this leaves us in a predicament as to what to feed the poor dog, I'm very disappointed in experiencing this Again, does the food not have some kind of quality control before being packaged.

Desired outcome: I would like a response please and a refund, not to mention now having to find a place to buy food at 6 at night in a rural area.
