Moonpay Usa review: Moonpay account disabled

Disable my account for policy they claim, I haven't even used the account yet. I was setting it up with valid DL and after several attempts of trying to capture a pic of the back of my DL. I was notified my account was disable. I made several attempts to contact by phone only to have the recording say my account is disabled and hang up. I have received an email that says someone will be in touch a day ago. No response as of now. I just want to know, what was the problem to begin with.
