33ThirtyThree apartment complex, managed by The Morgan Group, is a real problem. They gave me notice to vacate my unit and threatened to file an eviction if I don't leave in 5 days. This is so unfair because I already told them that I was negatively impacted by COVID-19 and I even gave them the CDC's Declaration form to stop evictions. I sent them a letter on 10/06 and an email on 10/14, but they still don't care. It's like they don't care about their tenants at all.

The foundation is really messed up and my unit is on the corner of the first floor, so it's been hit the hardest by the shifting foundation. I think they knew about these issues when I signed the lease and they were not honest with me. They haven't done anything to fix the problems or make things easier for me. I've complained for months, put in maintenance requests, and even made a spreadsheet of all the damages and taken pictures. My apartment has been dangerous and not suitable for my 1-year-old daughter for the past 9 months. They're letting me out of my lease, but they're not taking any financial responsibility.
