Morgan & Morgan / ForThePeople.com review: Lack of communication

My incident happened last February 2023 I slipped and fell at an apartment complex in a hole left in cracked concrete that I did not see. I was bring to the apartment dump all my moving boxes and had them in my hand, so not looking down at the ground. I contacted Morgan & Morgan because of their advertisement that they are "for the people" and figured I would be in good hands. It's been almost a year and I have yet to hear from an attorney. My case has been passed around and around. I only talk to the paralegal who keeps telling me the same thing. It's like I'm not good enough to talk to, even worse, ignored. Even after asking that my case be transferred back to the attorney that I initially spoke with and established a rapport with, and after speaking with him, now he won't even contact me. Nobody will talk to me and I call and leave messages. For almost a year this has been going on, they have sat on my case and done nothing and now they're finally collecting the medical bills and I was told that when negotiations begin "my attorney will contact me". I feel totally disrespect as a client and as a person.
