It was good to choose Moss roofing as a contractor for roof replacement. Dealing with the insurance company to checking the claim status, Sean from Moss helped a lot. I would like to give big thanks to Sean for all his support from the beginning to the end of the project.

Moss Roofing is bar none and simply the Best. What you get is a customer focused and reputable company. They were prompt in giving an estimate and walking us through the replacement process. On the day of the installation the workers started before sun up and by 3 pm the new roof was done. They hauled away old nails and debris leaving us with a brand new roof.

I had a roof leak during a rainstorm on a Saturday and Wiley arranged for his crew to come tarp it immediately. His immediately attention to the issue was great. We arranged for the crew to come back to replace the roof and the replacement only took 1.5 days and the price was very reasonable. The crew was on-time and very respectful. Thank you Mr. Moss for a job well done. Mr Moss reviewed the insurance quote with us to help determine how best to settle on a price that would benefit my husband and I. The job was completed in one day. The clean up after job completion was stellar. The roof is so pretty! Also, in light of social distancing, Mr. Moss?s crew was able to complete all work without entrance into our home. That was a big deal and it was greatly appreciated. We just had our roof replaced by Moss roofing and I was very pleased with the whole process. The Moss team was highly responsive and helpful. We had hail damage and Moss was able to identify it and assisted in the insurance adjuster process. I asked Moss for additional scope to add insulation and radiant barrier in one part of the roof and they were willing to work with us to get it done. They did the whole roof in just one day. They were diligent in the cleanup as well. This was my first experience with getting a roof done, and they made it a painless process.

Sean Smith, the Moss Roofing representative, came out on a Saturday to inspect the roof and marked the areas in question for the insurer representative to witness on Sunday. Mr. Smith came out on Sunday to inspect the roof with the insurer. After completion of the paperwork and contract, the materials were promptly delivered at the stated time. The next day, the roofers (all 12 of them) were at our door, prior to daybreak, at 6:00 AM as scheduled. Our roof was installed in one day. The area was cleaned from debris and a magnet was pulled over the area picking up roofing nails. Our entire experience with Mr. Smith and Moss Roofing was absolutely "top drawer". They provided quality roofing materials, quality installation, a fair price, and, were professional and on time. Phone calls were always promptly returned. I strongly recommend Moss Roofing.

This was my first experience replacing my roof. Wylie from Moss Roofing came to my front door and offered his services. I explained what problems we were having with out roof. He took out his ladder evaluated my roof and wrote down all the damage. We stepped inside my house and Wylie explained the process in full detail from filing my claim to, to home inspection, to repair and how and when payments would need to be rendered and how and who would pay for the roof replacement. I seriously thought. . . This is almost too easy and there must be a catch. Wylie walked through the assessment with the claims adjuster so that nothing he evaluated was missed and made sure everything was documented correctly. We received our insurance check, EVERYTHING fellInto place just as Wylie explained to me earlier. His team was highly professional and extremely efficient in all their processes. I was extremely impressed! As a first timer through this process, I anticipated the possibility of being taken advantage of and feel fortunate to have worked with Wylie and Miss Roofing. Highly recommended for anyone hoping to get plain speak on the process and direct communication on when and how things will happen.
