Enrico & his team were absolutely amazing & efficient. Enrico came out to prep the house the day before & then the day of, him & his team completed the job before it got dark. We also threw in an old shed roof repair which they did without hesitation. I am in awe of their craftsmanship & work ethic. 1 day to complete this job. Highly highly recommend Towers Roofing.

Enrico is fantastic to work with. He responded quickly to come out and evaluate our issues, provided a clear, detailed estimate, explained the necessary steps and methods to repair and replace our roof, and followed through with excellent workmanship. First we would like to say it was a pleasure working with Towers Roofing (Enrico Torres.) He responded quickly to schedule an estimate at our home and arrived on time. Everything was explained to us in detail and he answered all of our questions. All materials were ordered and the project started on time with no delay. Arico was true to his word. He came and gave an estimate for repair to our roof which had been repaired several times with prior contractors. He found mistakes made prior and corrected them. He made our roof repair a priority because of the leak issues. We are extremely happy with his work and would definitely recommend him highly. Towers Roofing replaced our roof recently, Enrico & team has done great job! From start to finish of the project Enrico has provided thorough details about roof installation, materials and good practices for long lasting roof, being first time home owner it was very useful. The project was done in very professional, high standards and on time in schedule. The price was competitive without compromising the quality & standards. We are truly thankful for the amazing job Towers Roofing did with our roof replacement! Not only did Enrico keep us up to date with everything, but he seemed genuine and honest. He and his crew were hard working, which showed! With cleanup, I was concerned with the thought of nails being left in the yard because we have a toddler who enjoys playing outside, but they made sure to run the magnet over the yard enough to collect any loose nails and ease that fear. Even the yard looked better after they left than it had beforeband! We would highly recommend their services! From the initial interaction to the final execution of the project with Enrico, I found him to be extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable. He helped make the process with the Insurance company a pleasant one by providing photos and information to better educate and help the discussion. Enrico and his team continued to provide exceptional customer service as they worked on my home. Pleasant, friendly, efficient, concise, professional. Truly exceptional customer service. Tower Roofing beats any other roofing company I have used hands down! Not only do they show up when they say, the quality of the work and explanation keeps me at ease as I am one of those people who likes to be informed on the findings and why certain work needs to be done. Finally, the clean up is so good that one does not realize we just had our roof replaced. My other neighbors have run into issues with flat tires when their contractor did not clean up after the work. This company and the owner are very good at what they do, know what customer service is and the price is fair. I hope this helps someone keep their mind at ease if they plan on working with Towers Roofing.

Enrico is extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable. I recently called Enrico (after he helped fix minor issues with a previous home's roof and certified it for sale) to get a quote for a new roof. I purchased my home a year ago and a recent storm took off many shingles! Enrico came over the next day to patch up the roof until I could get a new roof (no questions asked). I proceeded to get three quotes and Enrico gave me the most quality product (Owens Corning) with the most reasonable price. I really appreciate the work him and his team completed - amazing clean-up as well! The roof looks great, but most importantly, we have peace of mind that our roof is keeping our family safe. Enrico sets the standard other roofers should strive to achieve. We called for an estimate and he found a hole in our roof and repaired it then and there! We were sold! We scheduled a replacement roof and also new gutters and siding on dormers. He took care of everything,even though we had several unexpected problems(Covid causing material delays, weather,properly disposing of asbestos shingles and rotten wood replaced)he resolved all issues. He kept us informed when materials and crews were arriving , and throughout the process of our repairs. We are so pleased with the final results, our home looks beautiful, and the copper flashing sent it over the top! Thank you Enrico and your crew, we highly recommend Towers Roofing!

We recently had Towers Roofing install a new asphalt roof on both our garage & home, and it was definitely a challenging installation - our home is round, so the roof has multiple facets that needed to be accounted for. Enrico and his team worked extremely efficiently and got the entire project done in a day and a half, including the major task of re-sheathing our entire roof, as the original installation did not have sheathing under the shingles (they shingled right over rigid insulation - crazy!). Enrico quickly pivoted and got the plywood on site immediately, and got to work cutting and installing all of the sheathing so he could get the new roof installed correctly. We couldn't be happier with the way he and his team handled the installation, and with the end result. Thank you again Enrico!

We were very pleased with Towers Roofing. The owner Enrico kept us up to date with information from when the dumpster would arrive down to when the material was arriving. We were expecting to get put on a waiting list but he completed our job within a few days of contacting him. He provided us with before, during and after photos of his work which was very helpful for us to make some of the decisions we needed to make. His crew of 8 people arrived at our home and all were very professional and worked as a team. We were amazed at how fast they were able to complete our job and cleaned up all areas. Enrico is very meticulous and kept a watchful eye on all his workers to make sure everything was handled efficiently. We unexpectedly had to replace our gutters and some rotten wood and he was able to schedule this work immediately. He worked on our home as if it were his own.

Towers Roofing did an outstanding job on our roof replacement. Enrico was present for every step, from the delivery of the product , to verifying what was ordered was delivered correctly, to the delivery of the dumpster and the placement. He was true to his word, he is present on every job, which as a home owner gives you the feeling of a confidence in your decision on who to use for a important job like your roof. He was professional in every facet of the project. He helped with choosing the right product along with the right color, to explaining every step of the day and how the job was going to be completed. His crew was wonderful and did a great job on the project and the clean up. They really sent the extra time ensuring they left my house as clean as when they arrived. Before discovering towers roofing I had four other roofing contractors come out for estimates. I just happened to stop by the office and speak to my boss tell her that I needed a roof and she said she loved her roofer as they did a fantastic job and why don't I call them for an estimate. I looked at his online ratings and noticed he had a lot of five-star ratings across the board. I contacted her roofer which was Enrico / towers roofing. I scheduled an estimate for a new roof, new downspouts and gutters, and installation of two 6-ft skylights. Enrico came out promptly, gave me a super competitive estimate, was very personable. I decided to go with him! He and his crew worked extremely hard all day long, were very diligent about cleaning up all roofing debris and nails. They minimized any damage to flowers and plants. Enrico is the owner and he was present all day long making sure the crew did a good job teaching them and instructing them along the way. Moses the carpenter also came out to help frame the skylights and was very good! Enrico and his crew are very deserving of five stars and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody! In fact my neighbor watched the whole process and received an estimate from Enrico / towers roofing and will be going with him as well! Thank you to Enrico and crew for a great job!
