After many attempts to reinstall, I finally added a patch download which got it working- despite it not looking anything like the example I was shown. To top it off, I discovered mid-process that it didn't even come with any maps which caused additional problems and frustration.

Given how far off the software was from my original expectations, I politely requested a refund or a credit towards another product. However, MotionVFX refused to give me either which I found quite infuriating, considering it was only a $69 purchase. As a result, I had no other option but to dispute it with my credit card company.

While I sympathize that issues can arise and be difficult to manage, denying customer refunds or credits altogether is a bad business decision. I believe that excellent customer care should be a priority for all businesses. Unfortunately, MotionVFX failed to deliver in this regard, leaving me with an overall negative impression of their services.
