Dear sirs

I hereby make the following complaint: on the 21st of June I made two purchases (dvdvideosoft youtube to mp3) on your website where I paid the amounts that are underlined in yellow on the respective bank statement, which is attached to this email.

I managed to use your program during that same day, having used it on the 31st of July, where it appears as expired. Until now I have always used your program for at least 1 year, and now after a month I no longer have access to it.

Please I wish you could give me an explanation for this as I paid you for a service that you are refusing me.

I look forward to responding soon to this matter.

Can no longer access it. downloaded it twice, still not working.

On the 27th July 2021 during the down load I noticed that the download premium was expired. I went on to down load the new version. I realised that I accidently paid twice for the same software. I would like to keep the software which was £25.36.

I would appreciate if you would be kind to refund me for the other software £13.12.

i bought the unlimited dvd video studio package in december 28th 2020, i have had to do a factory updated of my pc, i dont have the activation key anymore so asked for another or a reminder of what my key was . the email they keep sending me dosnt work and there is no where to contact anyone ?

One year ago I bought an unlimited licence covering the complete SW suite (order dated 8/20/2018 4:05:59 PM . Order reference number: ch_1D1Ex8KR7M0SMd9vAWh6r4He).
Just activated the Youtube downloader app. till last Sep 15th, as I tried to activate video converter app. by using key DVD provided. The key did not work and I asked for company support (request #186084). The following mail exchange has not led to any solution and company support have invariably provided same answer: TRY TO ACTIVATE KEY AGAIN, WE MADE A RELINK.
Obviously, the key does not work other than for Youtube downloader.
Moreover the web site does not provide any reference to file official claims and the support is quite a rubber wall.
This to try and get a solution (a new working key?). In the negative, behind sharing my frustration and warn all customer about the lack of reliability of Digital Wave Ltd., that would be a fraud and should be reported to any relevant authority.

I got the digital wave package and agreed to pay $2.95 per month for code insurance. I am being double dipped fore the $2.95 each month. Why am I being charged twice and who can I talk to to fix it. When trying to send this, it won't send, stating my complaint was too short and it most likely would be passed by. I hope this is now enough words

I Hubert Hayes, of Charleston, SC ordered the Key to access the Premium Version and Paid/Donated to receive this Key. Never ever got the code. Asked time and time again for code. Never received! I am very Disatisfied with this company and Their Updated Program that prompts you to Donate or it works super slow... I furthermore will never again recommend the program to anyone.. It used to be nice to use but now it is nothing But a hassle. I bought EOS-550D camera from them and paid via bank transfer. After two weeks I'm still waiting for my delivery and nobody answers my emails. Total rip off!
