Steel wheel spacers
Recently I purchased a pair of their Stahl Seel wheel adapters. I was assured before the purchase that there was only a 7-10 day wait. Well it turned out to be around four weeks wait. Every week getting another excuse about how mine were next. One of their major selling points is that they are made in America, with American steel by Americans. Then why would they install cheap Chinese made wheel studs. WS375 is the part number. Any search engine will give you the facts. Lenny was the person that I dealt with and he is a joke. I should have done a little more research.
Bad bussiness ethics
I own a 2001 f150 4x4 "7700" series which has a rare 7 lug bolt pattern. We 7700 owners hate the lug dilemma due to lack of wheel selection, so i talked to Jr. (owner of Motorsport - tech) and he said they invented the 2 piece adapter and have done 100, s of trucks like mine. So i was sold and asked for a 1-1/2" spacer and 7 to 5 lug adapters. After finding out i would not be able to tow my boat or big trailer with the smaller rim/tires i asked if we could change the adapters to 7to 8 lugs and Jr said yes. 2 weeks later i got them and they was 7to 5 lug and they did not fit over my center hub. That was fail on the machinist not asking my hub diameter, but he says i am wrong but he will build another set 7 to 8 lug (for a hell of a deal) but i was wrong about the hub and he was going to make them his way lol. He has a temper and brought the worst out of me on the phone. Also after i spent another $100 shipping them back he said he will re build them "when he gets another job like mine"! This is a rare truck man, how long would that be. I started this experience june 28th and he says i am crazy and unreasonable for wanting my paypal refunded due to lack of confidence in his crew and Motorsport tech. after spending $650 and still today have nothing.
Ebay jumped in and asked JR. to accept his product and refund me. I lost the shipping fees to send it back although it was just a chunk of metal that wont fit anything. That does not sound like trying to get anything free friend. If he would have used the specs i sent instead of building it his way it would have been my problem from then on. So if he built many like it, then he should be able to sell them soon right? guaranteed they been in the trash for awhile now like your response since you have no clue what happened, go to sleep SAM theirs nothing here for you to look at.
I just wanted to tell you I got the spacers and test fitted them today and once again they are a perfect fit and snug
to the rims inside especially since I had to get this part just right. I couldn't be any happier, great work will be
getting in touch again very soon. Thank you

I too had the displeasure of dealing with Lenny of Motorsport Tech. I live on the other side of the world from US so it was not possible for me to call him without a hefty phone bill. Every email I'd sent only gets replied after more than a week. Finally after nearly 2 months of waiting since the whole email exchange, I received a spacer/adapter of a different thickness even after I had repeatedly clarified the thickness I wanted. Furthermore, the nuts that came along with the spacer/adapter does not fit onto the stud bolts! My email inquiring what can they do about the issue had been left unanswered to this day (Been 3-4 weeks since I received the spacers).
To be fair, I've bought numerous sets of adapters for my customers from Motorsport Tech over the years (probably 50 or so sets). I've never had a problem with customer service, shipping or quality of their product. In fact, I used to use other manufacturers and had nothing but problems. The problems went away since dealing with Lenny at Motorsport. High integrity, deep knowledge, cares about customers, go out of their way to do the right thing. Oh, and did I mention the only LIFETIME WARRANTY in the industry?…
Also, t's been my experience that some customers simply do get things wrong and refuse to admit it and try to get stuff for free. Don't know if that's the case here, but I can tell you it's not like Jr. to do anything like this. My customers rave about him.

I was assured that my spacers would be completed and shipped by two weeks. Lenny is the one taking my order and answering my calls. After four weeks no spacers and a " I don't care attitude by Lenny" is very apparent. I prepaid for my spacers and asked about a refund after week five talking to Lenny. Yes talking to Lenny will get you nowhere. This company really doesn't care about your spacers once they have your money. Great website, not a great company to do business with.
