This company is a fraud just at GM VanLines is a fraud, they provided a claim settlement of $97.00 on goods that were valued at over $15,000 and expect my husband and I to accept that. For anyone looking for moving company DO NOT AS I HAVE EVIDENCE OF THERE WRONG DOING WORK WITH GM VANLINES LLC OR MOVINGCLAIMS.NET CRIMINAL IS WHAT THEY BOTH ARE!
This company seems like a ****
This company seems like a ***. My claim information was verified on July 5th. On August 8th, I received an email saying that they were approaching the final stage in the claim process. That was the last I have heard from them and it is December 30th. I filled out the online form, emailed a receipt, updated the online form, and emailed them. Clearly they bank of people just giving up.

This company has to be a *** and I will report them to the Complaintsboard.com. If has been over 120 days and I have yet to receive my refund for my office desk. when you call and leave a voicemail you don't get a call back. When you send an email you get a generic response with no follow up. Also All State Movers who hired them washes their hands with the customer after I spent thousands of dollars on the move

Who is Movingclaims.net? They are a two-person company founded in 2012 generating less than $100k per year and a subsidiary of Networld Enterprises, a four-person company generating about $350k per year. Both companies are located in Miami, Florida. They are controlled by a certain individual whose background can be revealed with a few minutes of online research, showing the type of person and company you are dealing with.
In short, Movingclaims.net is an outsourced 'claims resolution' company and not an insurance company. It is important not to mistake Movingclaims.net for a neutral third party. Their operations are aligned with the moving company's interests.
They advertise that they perform their claim services for you at no cost. This is because their compensation comes from the moving company. What is the cost of this service to moving companies? Most pay under $500 per month for up to 20 claims. For this fee, Movingclaims.net will negotiate with your customers before and after a settlement to avoid possible lawsuits and consumer agency complaints, such as those from Complaintsboard.com, DOT, Attorney General, Consumer Protection agencies, and others. They emphasize that their most crucial and time-consuming service is to help protect your company from legal procedures and consumer agency investigations.
It may seem like Movingclaims.net has your best interests at heart, right?
However, before you can file complaints that carry weight (with Complaintsboard.com, AMSA, FMCSA, and state agencies), you must first deal with Movingclaims.net. You need to demonstrate that you attempted to file a claim and sought a resolution. Movingclaims.net may try to exhaust you into giving up and accepting a minimal settlement that prevents you from posting negative reviews about the moving company.
If you are instructed to deal with Movingclaims.net, here is my advice:
1) Document everything. Maintain all communications between you and your moving company as well as with Movingclaims.net. Treat Movingclaims.net as an extension of your moving company.
2) If you paid for any part of your move with a credit card, contact your credit card company immediately. Consider initiating a dispute or 'chargeback' on that charge. Most credit cards offer a 90-day window for this action. Be aware that Movingclaims.net may intentionally delay your claim to make this option unavailable. Also, be prepared for the moving company to counter with an unfounded 'theft of services' threat, so have all evidence of damage or negligence ready for your credit card dispute.
3) Expect to encounter obstacles as Movingclaims.net complicates the claims process. One requirement is that all documents be submitted as a single large file, not as a zip file, but as a continuous document. Fortunately, there are apps that can compile documents into a single PDF on your phone. Another requirement is that all photos include your name and a description of the damage, and these photos must also be compiled into one large document.
4) Do not be misled into believing you are dealing with a company that has your interests in mind or is playing fair. Any offer from the moving company 'through' Movingclaims.net is likely intended to dismiss you. They may disregard any additional fees or damages to your property. If you are claiming $6,000 in damages, expect to be offered a fraction of that amount.
If you find yourself having to deal with them, the battle may seem lost, but you must continue to fight.
1) If you are dissatisfied with Movingclaims.net and suspect fraudulent collusion with the moving company, one option is to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov. This is particularly crucial for interstate cases that require federal involvement.
2) Since Movingclaims.net is based in Florida, consider filing a complaint against them with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS).
3) After the process is complete, file a complaint about Movingclaims.net and your moving company on Complaintsboard.com. Don't overlook other review platforms like Yelp and Google. Make your experience as public as possible. Movingclaims.net's pitch to moving companies is based on the fact that a significant percentage of customers trust peer recommendations over advertisements. Exposing their practices is key.
4) File a complaint with AMSA. If your move was interstate, also file with FMCSA. For local moves, file with your state's relevant agency.
Companies like Movingclaims.net thrive by silencing consumers. They may post fake reviews to overshadow genuine complaints and manipulate the system to exhaust you. The only way to counteract these deceptive companies is for enough people to come forward with their experiences in online reviews and to engage state and federal agencies.
Do not surrender. Your persistence is not what they anticipate.
This place is a nightmare, the experience below mirrors mine
This place's experience below mirrors mine. It's never-ending and now also looking for legal action against MovingClaims. As much as they want to copy and paste their supposed answer, it is not enough. They are evasive and it's evident in their deflection abilities. I can't wait to see the same copy and pasted remarks like they matter or add value. Avoid like the plague. It's a nightmare. p.s. Take time by visiting their website and try to 'submit' a claim. It's embarrassing.

Worthless company
Worthless company. Offer pennies on the dollar for thousands of dollars in damage. They're paid by the mover so there's no way to win. Long process. They offer a review but won't tell you what was wrong with initial claim. I paid to ship 65 pages of damage tickets and pictures to them because their online filing is slow. Ill recieve a hundred bucks back on a 10,000 dollar move. Im sick of fighting. Can't bear to talk around in circles with these incompetents.. I'll use the money to have a good time and a lesson learned.

Terrible company!
Terrible company! They ignore specific questions submitted by clients regarding their claim, just keep sending form letters. Questionable relationship with the moving company. If they are 'recommended' by your mover, or if you are given a link to begin the claims process, insist on another company and do your due diligence. I had damages submitted for $1292 and they offered a $77 settlement. They also require that you release them of all liability via their online rejection process which I refuse to do. Months later I am forced to consider legal representation. Of note: I have moved in excess of 10 times and this is my first ever claim. Movers broke legs off mahogany furniture, lost seats to chairs, snapped off and lost backs to chairs, smashed multiple very well packed dishes and vases, crushed lampshades, and left behind multiple items because the truck was too small.

I hope no one has a bad moving experience like mine and needs to file a claim
I hope no one has a bad moving experience like mine and needs to file a claim. The Moving Claims process is incredibly complicated and clearly designed to make people give up. I had a lot of stuff missing from my recent move, and I attempted to file my claim online. After jumping through all the hoops and trying to fill out the complicated form, I followed up a month later only to find they never received my claim. I filled it out again and was told I was required to have a copy of my moving contract, which my lousy movers never provided, and I had told them several times in writing that this was the case. I was hoping they could help me track down this info since I was unsuccessful contacting the movers directly. Any attempt to email them questions just led to a form response that didn't answer my questions, and when I attempted to call I ended up in a loop in their voice system and had to email anyway. It's clear to me that no one cared about helping me solve my problem, and I ended up just giving up because I was tired of fighting.
First my mover was U
First my mover was U.S. Standard Movers. They damaged over $8000 in the contents of my home that were moved from Houston to McGregor Texas. U.S. Movers gave me Moving Claims.com to resolve the damages that I advised them of. First off it took repeated emails to finally get my claim registered for Moving Claims to review. I finally submitted a claim for pennies compared to my total damages. I sent completed forms and photos and they acknowledged receipt and told me they would resolve within 60-90 days. At the end of the 90 days and no response I sent Moving Claims an email to asked the status of my claim. They started the whole process over and told me to fill out forms and follow the claim instructions. This place is a total disaster in communication. I think they make the process so difficult that you do as I have done. You just walk away because you cannot hire an attorney to handle the amount of money you know they would pay if they paid anything. Great business. All smoke and mirrors. Beware is all I can say. The U.S. Standard Movers would not discuss my damages and said Moving Claims would handle it all. In my many moves I have never had a mover with such total disregard for a customer. Looks to me like their intent is to get out of any claims settlement altogether.

I wish I could put 0 stars

May 2 I used a company called Eagles moving company because there's two of them. Then apparently they handed off my stuff to cross country moving. Who lost a bos. The bos was delivered on the 10 and was to be delivered since the 7. I they told me to file a complaint with Moving claims. I did this since then. Uploaded everything they asked for and up to this day i still keep getting an auto reply email saying 30 days. I called and they told me that cross country movers is suppose to pay me for my lost items. Cross country said no and sent me back to them. Now they don't answer email or my calls.
These people are the absolute worse. I wish i could afford a lawyer to file a law suite against them. This is not even morally right. I don't know who all 3 companies sleep at night knowing this is what they're doing to people.
I don't wish bad on people but i hope them or no one in their family ever moves because worse will happen to them.
I hope people come here first to see that nothing is happening for people or a lawyer sees and is willing to sue I'm sure it's gonna be a big win because I know lots of people are affected by this. My next stop is to the Shaderoom and Tiktok because this is ridiculous and people need to see what's going on and not waist their money.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE A MOVING COMPANY -
ASK: WHO DO YOU USE FOR AFTER MOVE CLAIMS SUBMISSION?
IF THEY ANSWER: MOVING CLAIMS.NET SAY: NO THANKS!
We have moved many times and thought: "We've got this." WRONG. After a contentious, anxious back 'n forth with the moving company Jet Moving and Storage - *** California, we reviewed our belongings. We had several antiques which did arrive timely; however, there was damage, broken hinges, brackets, etc., not able to easily be replaced, that we VERY conservatively estimated and submitted to MOVING CLAIMS.NET. Their claims process is abhorrent: 1) need to download a new browser (doesn't recognize Chrome); 2) keeps shutting down, you need to start over and over; 2) does not have option to enter, save, return the information; 3) says: "contact us by email," but when you do, you do not get ANY RESPONSE! After multiple tries (Note: We are computer savvy) and after a Moving Bill of close to $12,000.00 we asked
for a "measly" $187.46. MOVING CLAIMS.NET responded that: "the weight of our articles (yes, brackets, hinges, one missing canvas duffle bag) brought our claims amount to $65.00! We refused that amount and followed up with certified letters to MOVING CLAIMS.NET principals, i.e., ***, ***, *** at their Miami Beach listed address. The certified letters were returned to us: "ATTEMPTED - NOT KNOWN."
To our fellow movers ... a kind warning ... check your moving company and if they "use" MOVING CLAIMS.NET, find another company.

We hired a moving company from an undisclosed location. We moved from one city to another. The moving company subcontracted to a third-party logistics provider to come load our belongings. Unfortunately, they damaged a lot of our furniture, took some of our items, and overcharged us by nearly $5,000.00. Moreover, they failed to fulfill their written contract regarding both loading and unloading. Attempts to communicate with them were futile; they evaded our questions and persistently ignored our calls. We faced intimidation from the owner of the logistics provider. During the time our belongings were loaded and secured in his truck, he coerced us into paying more than the agreed amount or risk losing our possessions.
As with other complaints, the moving company I engaged, All Moving Relocation, LLC was a total disaster facilitating my move from my previous location to Oregon. They lost many items of mine for a total of $6,473. When I tried to report the loss to All Moving Relocation, they said I must work with Moving Claims, which I have attempted to do. As most others have reported, I have tried multiple times to file my claim online, as instructed, with no confirmations. I've called Moving Claims office and been hung up on. I see nothing left to do but continue to work through the Attorneys General offices in the states involved, which I started several months ago.
My furniture was delivered to my house today (8/16/2022), and unfortunately, there was damage to two of my beds. One of the workers was not careful when he brought in the furniture to two of the rooms. I have a new home and now there is damage to the doorways. Additionally, there is damage to the step leading into the garage. Moreover, while moving a box spring, the flooring sustained chips in some areas. The white bed in my daughter's room has multiple areas of damage, and the brown bed in the guest room has a cracked footboard in two places, with further damage on the same piece. I would like to request either a refund for the service to replace the items or to have the white and brown beds replaced and the damages to the doorways, flooring, and step leading to the garage repaired.

I hired a moving company in North Las Vegas to relocate my household to my new home on December 20. They delivered the goods on January 9, 2022, to the specified address, and upon inspection, I discovered that several items were broken. I have meticulously documented the damage with photographs and have completed all necessary paperwork for a claim. In response, I was offered a mere $75 in compensation, which is a stark contrast to the actual damage costs, which exceed $2000. Considering that I paid close to $10,000 for the moving services, I am simply seeking fair restitution to cover the damages incurred.
USPRO had them move my furniture from one location to another. Once all furniture was moved in and the movers were getting ready to leave, I noticed my marble table tops had been broken on both tables. These were very expensive tables and can't be replaced. I was able to stop the movers before they left and was told to file a claim, which I did, but I can't reach anyone to follow up. The movers were very inconsiderate and weren't going to tell me they were broken.
I filed a claim with the Moving Claims organization in May this year
I filed a claim with the Moving Claims organization in May this year. I laboriously went to their website to enter all the information into their system. I am missing 35 items of furniture and belongings out of the 153 items moved by Moving Depot which I believe stole my furniture. After a month of waiting for some resolution they presented me with a settlement of $35.00. I had a valuation performed by my insurance company of over $17,000.00. After filing several disputes with the company they told me the case was closed. This company is a scam organization, their whole purpose is to shield the moving companies who have complaints filed against them. Once you contact Moving Claims, your moving company will refuse to speak with you about your missing items. They tell you to contact the claims company.

We had an issue with a mover
We had an issue with a mover. MovingClaims.net supposedly was going to resolve it. Ridiculous settlement offer.Contracted with CH Global Vanlines for moving from New York to Tennesseeon June 20 for $3,355.79. On June 24 Global changed their "binding estimate" to $5,658.15 and on June 26 *** Global *** assignee) picked up our items for delivery and demanded an additional $1,400.00 with a promise to deliver on or before July 5. Our items were delivered to Tennessee on July 17 with multiple damaged items, several of which are no longer useable. We filed a claim with MovingClaims.net on July 17 and have now received an offer of $50.00 to resolve our claim, which was for more than $4,000.00 to replace those items that can no longer be used. Where do we go from here?

I filed a complaint with this company on 6/28 because I had issues with my moving company
I filed a complaint with this company on 6/28 because I had issues with my moving company. I did not get any emails from them even when I kept reaching out and asking for updates. Today they answered me to tell me that they sent me several emails and that I have never answered( I check my email several times a day ). When I said that this was not true, the person emailing me said that their records show otherwise and I'm clearly not telling the truth. Then he said they don't have any record of a complaint filed by me ! I sent him a screen shot of the email they sent me and then he started asking me for more information then went silent. I asked to speak to someone on the phone because they are totally ignoring my emails without any answer. This company is just a way for moving company to look like they will provide a resolution to your problem but it seems useless and fraudulent.

Wall and floor damages to our new home (built just 1 year ago)
Wall and floor damages to our new home (built just 1 year ago). Rips in couches where movers tried to get a couch down the stairs. No return call. We moved on 9/4 from one side of Mason, OH to the other. We moved from a 4 1/2 year home to a 1-year old home. Both homes had very little imperfections having been so new. The movers did a decent job taking care of the hold home with minor dings in the wall that I was able to repair myself. Our new home has large gashes in a couple of different places and very visible scratches on the new hardwood where otherwise is in pristine condition. Our brand new couches now have rips on the corners where they tried to force them down the steps. I have emailed the moving company multiple times, only to be directed to movingclaims.net to file my claim. I filed my claim 10 days ago and still have not received a response. I have emailed them asking for a status but am just told they will look into it.

Some of my belongings were damaged by the driver in my move
Some of my belongings were damaged by the driver in my move. I was lead to this company to file my claim. I have all of the documents and info. requested to file my claim. I was emailed a linkONLINE CLAIM PROCEDURES PACKAGE leads me to down load a program that will not open. I have tried several time and several different computers. Nothing. Calling the CS 800 number is a joke run around that no one answers and they do not even name the company you are calling from. Then I try the on line chat another scam. You can not get a live person unless you pay for a live person to chat with that oh by the way is not employed by Moving Claim its a 3rd party provider. So I email them and request to speak to some one and the auto reply is for me to download the forms and submit by mail. How is it a company can hide behind emails, and automated answers when you are a business that we need to go through to file a claim so that they can then file with the moving companies Insurance Co?

I filed a claim with MovingClaims.net on 9/30
I filed a claim with MovingClaims.net on 9/30. The company had a specified time period with which to notify me of my settlement with my moving company, but I received no correspondence until I reached out. Upon reaching out, they required to submit all documents again to "check the status" of my claim. I have had to submit full information to them several times. Upon getting a reward letter, it was grossly under the amount that was written in my moving contract. The weight was a severe underestimate of the weight. Furniture weighs a certain amount, and it was impossible to have furniture weigh the amount they were paying on .60/lbs. Additionally, they failed to provide a settlement for the late delivery of the moving company, which was 59 days past due. I was supposed to receive $25/day late. To dispute, I had to re-submit all documents again. The company is saying they "Please understand that Moving Claims is not the responsible party for the outcome of your claim."?

The main purpose of hiring Integrated Moving Solutions was to move an Amish made bedroom set and some miscellaneous items from PA to SC
The main purpose of hiring Integrated Moving Solutions was to move an Amish made bedroom set and some miscellaneous items from PA to SC. The bedroom set was quarter sawn oak. A claim was filed as every piece of the bedroom set was damaged. A claim was filed with Moving Claims. An offer of $55.00 was made which was then upped to $85.00 when I filed an appeal. Moving Claims says they are not responsible for the outcome of the claim yet they are the third party negotiator. They tell me they input the information into a claims processing system that comes up with the amount. I asked for clarification on how amount was determined and never received. When you have a 250 lb and 350 lb item damaged but not destroyed, how do they come up with an amount? No clarification provided. All communications start off "Dear Valued Customer" but never a signature. I am dissatisfied with the offer for the damaged items. The dollies were not padded. The movers tried to leave not even advising of damage.

Repeated emails:
Repeated emails: "...written response will be send to you within 30 - 60 Days from the date of this email." I filed a claim with this "service" on 7/28 for a lost box of artwork. The moving company was BIG BENS MOVING AND STORAGE LLC (USDOT Number: XXXXXXX ) a horrible, horrible, horrible mover. I have yet to receive my check. Each email after the original claim and email receipt (8/15, 9/19, and 9/20) is essentially the same "acknowledgement email" with "We are examining all documents related to your account and a written response will be send to you within 30 - 60 Days from the date of this email." Delay tactics after delay tactics. In addition, one the claim is filed, they don't even send a copy. This shows me this is a mickey mouse scam company. People looking for movers should avoid any mover using this movingclaims.net service to "process" (lose, delay, obscure, ignore) claims. There is no phone number. This does not surprise me given the ABISMAL customer service of the mover Big Ben's - of course, they use just as an ABISMAL claims service.

Road Runner Moving and Storage is insured by this company
Road Runner Moving and Storage is insured by this company. The movers broke or damaged almost every item in my move. In addition, the company stored my furniture where some boxes got wet and actually grew mold inside damaging boxed items. I share a similar story as other complaints, I went through hours of filing a complaint online and submitting all necessary documentation. On August 30 I submitted the last request by the company and was told 30-60 days for my claim to be reviewed and finalized. I contacted the company today and received a standardized/auto generated reply to my inquiry including on specific details. I have since written three additional emails to the company asking the escalate this as they are not meeting their deadline or providing any updates. I received an extremely unprofessional reply by the company. At this point, I would not trust doing business with anyone this company insures. In addition, I welcome anyone to review the complaints against the movers - as it appears they practice very similar sketchy business and do not honor their contracts. Complaint # XXXXXXXX

I hired a moving company with a high rating to relocate my belongings in December
I hired a well-rated moving company to relocate my belongings in December . Initially, I was under the impression that my items would be transported directly from my old home to my new one. Later, I discovered that the company was actually a broker and had passed my job to another company. The move required three trips to load my belongings, which were roughly equivalent to a single-car garage in volume. My items arrived in early January, but only half were delivered at first. It took an additional three weeks to receive the rest, with several items missing or damaged. The second delivery driver even stole items from me, and it turned out the moving company was aware of his criminal behavior, as he was terminated post-move. When I filed a claim for the thousands of dollars worth of damage and missing items, the moving company's insurance offered a mere $60. The companies involved, including the moving company, the freight service, and the insurance provider, have multiple complaints against them and, in my opinion, should not be allowed to operate. I am seeking a settlement of $3000 for the damages, missing items, and theft.

I booked a cross-country move with International *** Lines from WA to MA in February this year (pickup in WA on 2/8/2022 - delivery to MA 2/15/2022).IVL outsourced my move to Atlantis *** Lines. Atlantis *** Lines was horrific to work with. Many of my items arrived broken and with missing parts. They charged me an unnecessary shuttle fee of $575 at the last minute and held my items hostage until I paid in full. They did not assemble any of my furniture as was in the contract. Nothing was checked off and no documents were reviewed or signed by myself or the delivering movers. They damaged my wood floors. International *** Lines refused to work with me from the time Atlantis arrived for pickup on February 8. They directed me to file my claim with Atlantis. Atlantis referred me to Moving Claims (movingclaims.net) to file my claim. I have started that process and now realize that Moving Claims appears to be a scam company set up to protect unscrupulous moving companies. I have not yet completed the claim process with Moving Claims because it is impossible to do so (I am unable to "sign in" and am forced to restart the process multiple times). I will keep trying. In the meantime, I came to Complaintsboard.com to see what experiences others have had with Moving Claims. Apparently I am not alone in my frustration with Moving Claims. I am adding my complaint to a long list of complaints. I am happy to provide more information if needed.

I moved last year to another state and many of my items were missing when the movers came, who work for a company called Star USA. I immediately let the company know about my missing items, all of which I recently bought within the last three years. I was told to contact Moving Claims. After submitting and mailing all my documents (receipts, emails, copies of moving contracts) in September , Moving Claims emailed me verifying that they received all my information on October 23. To this day, Moving Claims representative John M. still has not issued a reimbursement for my missing items and it has now been 8 months. I have called Star USA multiple times and they always refer me to Moving Claims. I have called Moving Claims several times only to get the runaround and sometimes the company does not even answer calls. I was recently contacted by John M, who claimed that they emailed me to follow up on my claim and this is not true. I have every email sent to me from Moving Claims and before the most recent call, they last emailed me about my case in October . John M, yet again referred me to a website that asked me to submit all the documents over again, when they already verified that I mailed everything in. When I asked when my case would be settled, I was told that it would be another 30 to 60 days, which make this problem one year long when it could have easily been resolved if they chose to put their customers first. It is obvious that they do not care to settle claims and do right by the customers. They also make it very complicated to submit documents. This is what it says on the site and in my email communication "Please note that we CANNOT PROCESS / REVIEW any information submitted in the following formats: FILE DOWNLOAD, ZIP FILES, EMAIL RESPONSE, FLASH DRIVE, OR FAX." This is very inconvenient.Product_Or_Service: Moving Claims Reimbursement

IMovers LLC failed to deliver my "Cannondale" mountain bike as it was included in both inventory lists at pick-up on May 14, 2022 and delivery
IMovers LLC failed to deliver my "Cannondale" mountain bike as it was included in both inventory lists at pick-up on May 14, 2022 and delivery on June 10, 2022. Imovers LLC driver/mover, Erzhan (cellphone: ***) along with his colleague arrived at *** on the evening of June 10, 2022 (Friday) at ~8:15 pm. My belongings were unloaded from the truck and furniture was assembled appropriately for 3-3.5 hours that evening. The movers did not leave until after midnight the morning of June 11, 2022. I did not realize that the bike was not delivered with the rest of my belongings until 2 am the morning of June 11, 2022 (Saturday). I called and spoke with Erzhan at 9:00 am on June 11, 2022 (Saturday) and let him know that the bike was not delivered and to please add this item as part of "item(s) not delivered." He verbalized that he never saw a bike loaded when he drove my belongings from *** where he picked up the truck and drove it to ***, . He also expressed that he will add my bike to the delivery inventory list IN ADDITION to calling *** (contact: ***) that following Monday to inquire if the bike was left in the warehouse. I have not heard back from Erzhan since that telephone encounter. I called and sent text messages to IMovers LLC on June 13, 2022 (Monday (first work day) after delivery) inquiring about my bike. Please see screenshot attachments of the conversation. The representative had no clue about the location of my bike and it took a few more text messages to get responses from her. I have filed a claim with CSI Keep on Moving (Claim ID: *** Order / Job No: Al3832211) but the claim was denied. In addition to losing my bike, Imovers charged me an additional $5410.69 from what Allegiance Moving company estimated originally. Allegiance is a broker company who has also been fraudulent throughout the process.

I understand Moving Claim Services (***) is not responsible for the damage incurred by my moving company
I understand Moving Claim Services (***) is not responsible for the damage incurred by my moving company. The *** website states that it's purpose is to evaluate the damage and loss that results from the mover's mishandling of items. In order to do that the claim process provided includes an online claim form, the required documents, and the size and file format of such documents. Our issue is with the claim process and the help provided for the claim process. 1.Online claim form can not be saved until submitted. In our case we had 30 damaged or missing items which needed to be imputed one line at a time. After imputing the items and moving to the next section, if you are interrupted or the system times out, you need to start all over. The process of reentering data was time-consuming. The time to input the form was over 12 hours in the space of 3 days..2.Pictures are needed to substantiate the claim and, in our case, there were 69 photos, each over 2 MB. The claim form said We cannot process any information submitted in zip files or cloud-based files. Note: you must merge all your forms into one attachment up to 10 MB per attachment. If we merged only the pictures into one attachment, the file would be 140+ MB which exceeds the limit and only 1 attachment is permitted. 3.The service rep. does not address these concerns nor any of the technical issues. The only help they offered required me to ask for a printable package form. After receiving the form I was told to download it, fill it out, and email it back. This was not acceptable because of the file requirements listed above, so the issue was unresolved.4.The next suggestion offered by the service rep. was to print the claims package and mail it in. The mailing address, was not provided on the printable form or by the rep. I was told to email to get it. The address, was sent with a note indicating mail would only be picked up once a month. This is unacceptable due to the untimely delay.

This company is a fraud just at GM VanLines is a fraud, they provided a claim settlement of $97.00 on goods that were valued at over $15,000 and expect my husband and I to accept that.
