Doree Bonner International Packing removal storage, return.

On the surface, Doree Binner seems very professional and helpful. BUT.. the derailing terms the team use to identify what are packed in boxes is extremely important. Do not accept 'Misc' on the inventory sheets. When these boxes goes missing, Bonners will argue that they cannot confirm what was in them, and expect the client to accept this.

Do not allow them to pack any items that would cause distress or of value to you. When these items are lost, Bonners will refuse all knowledge of them, and expect the client to accept this.

Very important action: take video footage of each room 10mins prior to Bonners arrival. Be sure to have images of the complete room, especially where important items are situated. When any items goes missing, bonnets cannot refute, the items were in the room.

Bonners pack, removed and stored my full home for 9 months, upon return of my goods. Two boxes were missing, a gas stove was cracked and broken.

In one of the boxes was my jewelry box full of family pieces inherited from grandparents. Even though I queried this on the day with S.U. of the team who confirmed it had been taken. Bonners are stating it was never packed, it is not on the inventory list, S.U. cannot remember, there are no sign of the item on their footage or images of the job.

In short, they have either lost two boxes or deliberately kept these boxes and stolen my jewelry. So sar S.C. from Bonnets is doing everything he can to be obtuse and evasive. Promising to issue the images file, but not actually following through. Promising to pay for damages to gas stove, but finding ways to not follow through. The matter was reported to the pice in November, 6 months after the return of my goods, as Bonners refused to respond to enquires. At this time I was sure it was just misplaced and not intentional. However I now realise, this is not the case and will have to update my incident to theft.

Desired outcome: Payment for the damages stated, return or compensation for the list boxes.The company to be held accountable for theft, evasive action and lack to accept responsibility.

Doree Bonner International international move

I can safely say to avoid Doree Bonner. Boxes were missing entirely and items were stolen. The end to end experience was a disaster including a price hike due to them underestimating our contents, and made worse by finding boxes missing which contained expensive items. Our items arrived in two batches along with boxes belonging to another family, and both times our floors were damaged which the movers tried to deny. Our insurance claim was ignored. Really upsetting.

Doree Bonner International Shipment of goods from london to ny

Hidden fees and delayed delivery

1- timing: my moving from london to ny, has taken 4 months already and i haven't yet received my goods.

2- hidden fees: after i have paid paid the quoted price, they want to charge me additional fees for concepts that were not listed on the contract nor were disclosed upfront.

I expect the company to deliver my goods and charge me what was agreed upon on the contract.

Late delivery and hidden fees:

1- The company has not fulfilled the stipulated time for delivery, taking about 4 months to deliver my goods. Which is much more than what was stated on contract.

2- Hidden fees. The company is trying to charge me fees that were not stipulated on the contract.

3- Inclusion of third party vendors: The company is trying to make me engage with third party vendors to finish the work.

I am facing a similiar issue. My experience with this moving company was extremely disappointing. Initially, they presented themselves in a friendly manner and provided their contact information. However, once the contract was signed and the payment was made, a new representative took over. In my case, the lady named Suzanne never answered my calls and would only return them at her convenience, disregarding whether I was available or not. The most frustrating aspect was the constant delays, and her confrontational attitude as if she were a Nobel Prize winner and I was incompetent.

Furthermore, their international partners were just as problematic. They added unexpected expenses, like storage fees, which were never mentioned during our initial discussions with Doree Bonner International. These partner firms appeared uncooperative and seemed solely focused on maximizing profits.

Regrettably, it felt like they were operating like a well-organized group, and I deeply regret ever utilizing their services. I would strongly advise against choosing this company for your moving needs. We are considering to take legal actions as the delay was beyond the timeframe provided us.

Doree Bonner International service

I have moved a lot, and never had such a bad experience. The estimate was 1/3 of the final cost. I was assured it would take from 3 to 6 week and my shipment took 4 months to arrive. I have a lot of antiques, which they promised to crate and did not. When my shipment was delivered it was delivered at 7:30 on a Saturday night by a firm that had left Philadelphia at 6 that morning. The shipping took 5 months from February to June to get my stuff from London to Boston, USA and everything was so mishandled that I lost more than I have ever lost in a move, and the insurance only covered loss, not damage. If I were still in the UK I would take them to court.
