So, I was just scrolling through my mail when I saw this card from Mow Managers. And guess what? They used a picture of my house without my permission! I mean, what the heck? I never even hired them to service my yard, so why would they go and lie about it like that? It's just plain wrong.

I don't know what kind of business practices they have, but this is definitely not how you treat customers. I'm going to have to contact them and let them know that this is not okay. It's just not right to use someone's property without their permission.

I don't know if I would trust this company to actually do a good job on my yard if they're willing to lie about something like this. It's just shady. I mean, who knows what else they might be lying about?

Overall, I would say that Mow Managers is not a company that I would recommend. If they're willing to use someone's property without permission, who knows what else they might be willing to do? It's just not worth the risk.

So, I had Mow Managers come to my house to do some lawn work. They did an okay job, but then they went and broke a window on one of my cars. I was pretty upset about it and I let them know. But instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they just closed my account! Can you believe that? I've been a customer for a couple years and this is how they treat people? I wouldn't recommend Mow Managers to anyone. If you're thinking about using them, I suggest you look elsewhere. They don't seem to care about their customers at all. I wouldn't recommend Mow Managers to anyone. They're always in such a rush that they don't even take the time to do a proper job. My neighbor hired them to mow her lawn and they're in and out of there before you can even blink. And the worst part is, they charge her $32 every single time! That's just ridiculous if you ask me.

But it's not just the speed that's the problem. They're also incredibly careless. I've seen them blow debris from my neighbor's yard into mine on multiple occasions. And when I finally decided to confront them about it, they just looked right at me and kept on going. They didn't even bother to apologize or try to fix the problem.

And if that wasn't bad enough, they even had the nerve to drive into my driveway to leave after they were done. I mean, who does that? It's like they have no respect for other people's property or boundaries.

All in all, I would definitely steer clear of Mow Managers. They're just not worth the hassle or the money. There are plenty of other lawn care services out there that are much more reliable and professional.

Mow Managers, or mowmanagers.com, is a company that provides lawn mowing services. I have had some experience with them and I must say, they are not the best. In fact, they are quite lazy and will find any excuse to not mow your yard. They will only mow a part of the yard and then lie about why they did not mow the entire yard. Sometimes, they don't even mow at all, but they won't report it to the office. This means that you still get charged even though they didn't do the job. It's not fair and it's not right.

The office staff is not much better. They are quite rude and always defend the crew, even when they are clearly in the wrong. It's not a good look for the company and it's not a good way to treat customers.

Overall, I would not recommend Mow Managers. If you're looking for a reliable lawn mowing service, you should look elsewhere. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I've been using Mow Managers for a couple of years now and I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed with their service. I recently asked the crew to trim up a small area that had grown about 2 feet against my home. I thought it was a simple request, but they started blowing me off and telling their partner to just leave it. I was pretty frustrated and reminded them that it was part of their job. That's when things got really heated.

The crew member started yelling at me in Spanish and even started cussing me out. I couldn't believe it! I was just asking for a simple task to be done and he was acting like I was asking for the world. I decided to call the office and report his actions. I spoke to the owner, Ryan Phillips, and he didn't seem to care at all about what had happened. In fact, he cancelled my account without any explanation or apology.

I was pretty upset about the whole thing and even made a police report about the lawn jockey threatening me. It's really disappointing to see a company treat their customers like this. I wouldn't recommend Mow Managers to anyone.

I gotta say, I was pretty excited to try out Mow Managers. The idea of being able to pay automatically through my debit card was a real convenience factor for me. However, I was a bit disappointed to find out that they couldn't edge my yard, fence posts, or flower beds. I mean, come on guys, what kind of lawn care service doesn't do that?

So, I decided to complain about it. And you know what they said? They asked me what kind of equipment the guys were using. I mean, really? That's not my job to know that kind of stuff. But I told them anyway, and they said they would pass the info along and "hopefully" it would be corrected. Well, guess what? It wasn't.

I was so frustrated that I ended up cancelling the service altogether. And you know what? They didn't even seem to care. It's like they didn't even want my business.

So, if you're okay with having 14 inch strands of grass growing along the cracks of your sidewalks, grass around your fence poles, and grass growing into your flowerbeds, then maybe Mow Managers is for you. But for me, I need a lawn care service that actually cares about doing a good job.

When I came home and saw that they mowed around a branch instead of picking it up and then mowing, I knew I was going to have troubles. I called them to ask why they didn't pick up the branch, and they told me that they do not pick up anything in the yard. They said they would come back once I picked up the branch and remow.

To make matters worse, several times when they mowed, they mowed unevenly, leaving high areas of grass. It looked terrible! And when they blew the yard, everything was blown into a corner and left there. It was frustrating to see my yard looking like a mess after they were done.

Overall, I would say that Mow Managers is an okay company if you have a vacant lot that needs to be mowed and you don't care how it looks. But if you want your yard to look nice and well-maintained, I would suggest looking elsewhere. I was disappointed with their service and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Mow Managers, let me tell you, they just stopped showing up. I mean, what kind of service is that? I was waiting for them to come out and start their spring service, but they never showed up. So, I called them up to see what was going on, and they told me that they no longer service my area. What? Why didn't anyone tell me? This caused me a lot of extra expenses because my lawn was overgrown and I had to pay another company extra to cut it because of the height of the grass. It was a real pain in the neck, let me tell you.

But, you know what? It all turned out for the best because I found a better lawn service company. They not only cut the grass, but they also take care of the weeds and flowerbeds. They're really great, and I'm so glad I found them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a good lawn service.

Now, let me tell you about the bed and bush service from Mow Managers. I wouldn't recommend it at all. They charge by the hour, and they were there for two hours, but they only worked for about 30 minutes. The guys just stood around talking most of the time. And, to make matters worse, they didn't even complete the original work that I asked them to do. I ended up spending over $200.00, and I wasn't happy about it at all.

So, if you're looking for a good lawn service company, I would definitely recommend the one I found. But, I would steer clear of Mow Managers' bed and bush service. It's just not worth it.

I gotta say, I've been using this company for a good 10 years now, but ever since they changed their name to MOW Managers, things have gone downhill. The customer service is just plain awful, and they really don't seem to care about you as the one paying for their services.

So, I had a crew come over to my house for their bed and brush service, which costs a whopping $85 an hour for just two guys. They were supposed to pull out all the weeds and grass in my flower bed, but instead, they just used a weed eater. And to make matters worse, one of the guys just up and left for a whole 90 minutes! Can you believe it? And yet, I was still charged over $300 for their shoddy work.

I called up the company to complain and let them know that I had video evidence of one of their guys being gone for so long, but did I get an apology? Nope. Did I get a call from a supervisor? Not a chance. It's like they just don't care about their customers at all.

So, let me tell you, if you're thinking about using this company, don't even bother. They'll just take you to the cleaners and not give a hoot about it. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else to do the job.

I live in a place between San Antonio and Buda, TX and I've been using Mow Manager's services for my lawn for a few years now. I haven't had much to say about their service, good or bad, until recently. During my last service, they didn't cut behind the trash can and the grass was uneven in some spots. It was disappointing, but I didn't say anything about it.

On March 14, 2017, I was supposed to have my grass cut, but it didn't happen. The most disturbing thing was that someone called me on the 15th to ask if I lived at the other address because there were two accounts in my name. I told her I owned both homes, and she acted as if the yard had already been cut and that they would be at my second home on Friday. However, when I went to my home in San Antonio on the 15th, I discovered that the yard had not been cut, but the money had already been taken out of my account.

When I called Mow Manager on the 16th, the lady I spoke with said she would call me back, but she didn't. After six hours, I called them back, and the customer service was terrible. It was their mistake, but she told me that if I canceled the service for the week and the grass was six feet tall, the price would be double. I couldn't believe it. I asked her if they were charging me double for their mistake, and she said, "Yes, double, and our prices have gone up."

I hope this was just the attitude of a subpar associate and not that of an owner. I agree with another reviewer who said, "RUN"!
