Mr. Car Shipper was terrific--best rates, delivery in advance of anticipated date, continuous updates. Cross-country from VT to AZ, it was a pleasure to deal with them. I'd use them again.

We have used Mr. Car Shipper twice in the past year and a half. Both times we received great costumer service. GREAT communication and easy to get ahold of. Would absolutely use again in the future.

Simple and on-time car shipment. They found and let me know the nearby site for the truck to pick up and deliver the car. This was helpful as I did not know the destination city, Baltimore, well enough to find a site.

I had an amazing experience with Mr Car Shipper for my cross country move. Everyone was very nice and helpful and stayed in touch throughout the entire process. My car was received on schedule and without a scratch. I will definitely use them again for the next car we need to bring over.

Avoid unless you want even more stress added to your plate on a cross country move. I was told they'd contact us the week prior to pickup date range to find out what day they'd be shipping. It's now Friday and they still have no idea when or possibly if they'll find a shipper for next week.

Shipped our car from Northern California to East Tennessee. At every step the communication and expectations were very clear with no questions left unanswered. Pickup went very smooth and the car arrived at the other end just fine with no issues whatsoever. Would definitely recommend their services!

Excellent customer service. Was treated professionally and the team was very helpful. My driver kept me posted along the way and even arrived a day early! Moving is stressful and Mr. Car Shipper made this piece of it very easy. Their pricing was exactly what they said and no handling of cash, so it made it very easy to deal with them as well. We shipped our cars from California to Minnesota with Mr. Car Shipper in the middle of Winter, and the experience was great. I appreciated the person-to-person customer service--no phone tree--and timely status updates. They connected me with a great driver who was friendly, timely, and professional. I also appreciated not having to deal with any day of COD payments. Would recommend.

They did a fantastic job. Picked up car on time, took pictures pre delivery, explained the process and made everything very easy. Car was delivered on time in perfect condition. My car was shipped on top of the trailer, and it arrived very clean despite a snow/ice storm on route. I would use them again and also recommend them to anyone needing to ship a car. I needed a classic car shipped from North Dakota, which is a difficult place to get shippers to ship from, since it's not as busy or centrally-located as other locations. Not only did Mr. Car Shipper find a shipper for me, but they got the car to my home, safe and sound. And they did it in a timely manner, which is important to me. I will not hesitate to call Mr. Car Shipper the next time I buy a classic car.

Mr. Car Shipper's name conveys the idea that they are straightforward and simple to deal with. The pricing was clear, and there were no shenanigans like I've experienced with other companies. Even shippers with whom I've dealt multiple times disappointed because they are really just brokering other third party services. Mr. Car Shipper cut through the nonsense with their contract and payment set up which put the customer first and foremost in the transaction. Thank you for a smooth shipping experience.

I had a great experience with Mr. Car Shipper! I'd never shipped a car before, and was naturally nervous and wary to send my car from California to Massachusetts. I researched other companies, but after pouring over their website, watching the videos and speaking with a rep on the phone, my fears were put to rest and I felt that I could trust Mr. Car Shipper. The company is forthcoming and transparent in their practices and costs. They're insured, and don't have any surprise fees, like some car moving companies that make you pay additional money to the driver upon delivery. Each time I called, I got connected directly to a real person who could help, unlike other moving companies (I'm looking at you PODS :) which required so many automated systems and returned calls to get in touch! My rep was Casey Smith, who was personable, clear in explaining the process, and patient with all my questions. I even had to reschedule my pick up day and it was no problem. The whole process works best if you can be a little flexible. You give a window of days for your car to be picked up, and a week prior, they will call with an exact date. Then the day before the pick up, the transport company driver will call with an exact time. My driver Dimitri was very experienced and careful, treated my car well, and delivered it to my new home without a scratch. I would definitely recommend Mr. Car Shipper to friends, and was grateful they made things so easy, amidst a challenging cross country move. I would hire them again in a minute!

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with Mr. Car Shipper--from CA to NC. The car was picked up late and delivered early. We had to scramble to make arrangements for someone in each state to handle pickup and delivery. The driver was one of the most unprofessional people we've ever had to deal with. He constantly whined, begged, and complained to us about his work load and made demands for us to accommodate him because of it. He didn't have a copy of our contract and some of his demands were contrary to it. Absolutely unreal. The shipping company was extremely disappointing.

- The 'Owner' replied to our Google review erroneously disputing the facts; because of that the following is our reply including additional information. -

Our contract was for pickup between 2/24/22 and 2/26/22- pickup date was specified for 2/26/22 but they require a 3 day window. The car was not picked up until 3/2/22. Drop off date was scheduled for 3/8/22 it was delivered 3/6/22. We spoke with Laurel and Scott repeatedly and voiced our concerns throughout the process. When we were told of the 3/6/22 delivery, we told them immediately that we wouldn't be there yet for receipt and they assured us that the carrier would work with us and comply with our contract. We spoke with the driver, ***, repeatedly who had no concern for our contract and complained endlessly of his work load and that we MUST accommodate their needs. Mr. Car shipper you completely lack integrity.

They made an already stressful time exponentially more stressful.
