I participated in the covid forbearance plan, after a month I wanted to end it but was advised by Mr. Cooper that it would be in my best interest to complete the 3 months so I did. In the end of the plan I applied for a loan modification on 4-6-22 which went on for over a month with no communication I even emailed Raymond Dillman because I could never get in touch with my loan specialist. He essentially quit responding to my emails and was no help at all. Then I find out that the loan was created incorrectly by your employees so it was rejected and we had to start over! Another loan modification was created again with no communication and I could not contact my loan specialist. Finally I found out it was rejected again on 6/3/22. This whole time I have not been able to make a payment so now I am 5 months behind! This defeated the purpose of doing a forbearance I am worse off now then I was before I started the forbearance. I was not behind at all when I started it but did the forbearance in hopes to not get behind and ruin my credit. These are peoples houses your company is messing with I have been in my house for about 18 years and have never been behind, now I'm screwed.
Desired outcome: Help getting out of this mess that this forbearance has caused me. I have all emails to Raymond Dillman and my non responding loan specialist if needed.
Sounds like an illegal move to eventually foreclose on your property. Contact the Federal Trade Commission and file a complaint under deceptive business practices. You are federally protected. Thank
Literally the exact same thing they are trying with me currently. Like to the T what they are doing.

That was exactly what they tried to do to me. But, I saw through the tactic form the beginning. I paid the trial modification amount for three months then I borrowed form a friend to bring myself current and refused the modification. It took almost a year to get all my payments credited correctly and a grant I received through the cares act to be correctly applied. I mad countless calls, recording each one. Agents contradicted each other and blatantly lied. Tanya Hanners assured me that they have no interest in taking my home, but it is obvious my situation is not unique and these are standard operating procedures for MR. COOPER. My situation was finally resolved when I made it clear that every conversation had been recorded and I was going to report them for mishandling of federal funds granted through the cares act. Despite this resolution, I am convinced that there were blatant RESPA violations. I still have the recordings and I am going to give them to someone. I haven't decided if it will be the attorney general or the national news. When you listen to them, there is clear evidence of improper practices. They are actually laughable. My situation ahs been resolved, but I feel it is my duty to help any other customer's I can and hold these slimeballs accountanble.
