On April 2 MTA put in a new pipe in my shower cuz it was leaking. I was like, "might as well remodel the whole bathroom while we're at it." So they tore it all down to the studs. I gave them half the money upfront so they could order the stuff I wanted. But now it's June 28 and my bathroom still looks like a war zone. They haven't come back to do anything else. I've been trying to get in touch with Ray since May 26 but he's MIA. I've been calling and emailing every day for three weeks but his voicemail is full and he ain't responding.

MTA General Contraction LLC Contractor License Ray G was hired by us on January 31, 2022. We agreed on a quote of $7,775.30 via email. Ray estimated a month for completion. On February 18, 2022, Ray requested $4000.00 in cash to commence the work, but we could only provide a cashier's check, which he accepted. Ray mentioned delays with the permit, but communication dwindled. Despite attempts to reach him and seeking assistance from his brother, our efforts were fruitless. We reported to the CID on April 20, 2022, and are awaiting a response, planning to follow up the next day.
