I have been making payment online thru the website for quite awhile and now for some reason, my account is not there. I am told to create a new account and I played along and tried creating a new account ALTHOUGH I have one. The new account will not let me use my user name which is my name and has been my user name since I created the account AnthonyMSesma. I was told by one agent that I have to create a new user name or use a number with it and I do not want that because I will forget. Besides, AnthonyMSesma is my user name and that is what I want. Just last month I logged in without any issues.
A kind customer service agent Abbey forwarded a request to the IT guys to figure out how to keep the same user name AnthonyMSesma which is mine and I have used this to log in and make payments over the past year.
Please, follow up on this. I know its possible in this amazing tech age as this is really a simple matter.

Desired outcome: my user name AnthonyMSesma and not forced to create a new user name
