My bank app says this info "wly*completesave.co.uk, nyon, 1262" I want my refund please. It happened today when I got the notification that 15£ are deducted from my account. I use onepay card. Hello I have just read my bank statement and 2 payments from this company my time rewards were taken from my account without my permission I have never heard of this company signed up or purchessed anything I don't order online as we have very little money.After looking into this company it says you get a 30 day free trial cancel anytime you cannot cancel iv tried also it says 30 days free trial and after looming in my spam email I was sent an email on 2nd of August 2022 on the 24th August 2022 not 1 payment of 15gbp was taken but 2 payments were taken total 30gbp.I have tried contacting them via email but no reply this has broken 2 rules from what their website says 1 they say 30 day free trial as I say 2nd I received welcome email and on the 24th of August so 22 days the money of total of 30gbp was taken on same day by 2 transactions of 15gbp.Then they say its 150gbp each month on their website so why have I had 2 payments of 15gbp taken out on the same day after 22 days not 30 days.This company iv never heard of I never ordered any subscription I do not shop online hardly ever also I have very little money I lost my job that money was fir my Internet what my children and I use I'm a single farther and we are only just getting g by on the money we get.This company I'd clearly fraudulent because I never ever signed up so how did they not only manage to know my email but also my debit card linked to my email they must have hacked my accounts.Not just this but as I say on their website you cannot cancel even though it says 39 day trial cancel anytime and they took money out after 22 days also they took 2 payments out on the same day x 2 15gbp total 30gbp I now have no money to pay my bill.I am going to phone my bank and citizens advice for fraud because I need my money back I will contact my police and see what can be done I am going to soend all week next week if I have to as I'm not in work ATM to get my money back and report this Company to fraud.I have not ordered anything from them used any of their coupons or received any cash back or money benefits whatsoever.I have saved all the emails in my spam that they some how managed to get sent directly to my spam so I did not notice I have taken photos and written down the exact time amount and company name on my nationwide direct debit also their email..I cannot afford to pay my I telnet company I literally haven't got the money I only noticed this when my I telnet provider send a message sayi g payment failed.Pmease anyone help me what can I do this is clearly set up to commit fraud to take advantage and collect as much mo ey as they can they are not allowed to take what they like from people this is theft and fraud this is not their mobey they also clearly lie and set up the website so you cannot cancel their is no option so that's a lie and then to take double the amount of money in the hope the person will not know and also take that mo ey after 22 days instead of 39 days like their website says.Pmease help me

Deducted 15£ From my account without my consent
This evening on 22nd of august, this company name my time rewards deducted 15£ from my account without my consent, when called up they say I am signed up for program even though I know I didn’t signedup for anything during the ticket booking process. I want a refund of 15£ back to my account as soon as possible because this is not some kind of joke cuz I have seen many complaints online already for this company. So please kindly look into this.

My Time Rewards deduct money without my authorization.
MYTIMEREWARDS deducted £15 from my account a second time without my authorization after bought a ticket from National Express.
Please stop deducting money, I don't interest in any of your business and I haven't used them, even though I haven't signup.
I have tried to email them and tell them I want this to stop but get no reply. I am inclined to contact the police about the fraudulent withdrawal of money from my bank.
I want to cancel my membership immediately, otherwise, I will be forced to contact the police and speak to my lawyer. I believe my time rewards should be able to resolve this, if not as I said law enforcement will be contacted immediately.

Unsure how this smarmy company MY TIME REWARDS is still able to trade after seeing so many complaints here which are the same as the one I'm writing here to make.
Mysterious direct debits withdrawn from my bank account, no idea how they have my details. Never heard of nor seen this org before. Shocking and scary.
Twice deducting £15 on the 22nd day of consequetive months.
Desired outcome: Full immediate reimbursment + £30 compensation for the time taken to investigate and seek resolution.

I Just got to know that my account is getting debited 15 pounds every month for the past month.
I have never recognized this situation until recently. Additionally, I never subscribed to this company and am getting charged unnecessarily. My email address is mittal.[protected]@gmail.com for further information.

£15 was taken out of my account on 29th of June & again on the 5th July this was taken without my consent as i did not sign up to their website I am considering taking legal action against them when I noticed that they had taken it i rang them up I was given a cancellation number and told the money would be refunded up until today it has not been refunded the cancellation number was [protected] . My UK account is made a transaction by “my time rewards. I don't know how the transition was made by this company. I hadn't approval for the “my time rewards” to make the transaction.
