MyHolidays.com review: Refund agreed and not released MHF221325018

Case Ref; MHF221325018

I paid myholidays.com for 6 tickets with checked in luggage of 23KG

They did not pay the airline for this , and informed me to pay for the at the airport to the airline that they would refund me on period of receipt.

All receipts were provided and MyHolidays.com agreed to repay the full amount on my card , they told me it was approved.

I have been chasing for more than 3 months and they are not releasing my refund.
