Missing points
. On March 13, 2016 I had 51, 889 points. In April I went to redeem some points and there was only alittle over 4, 000 points in my account. I have been saving for a few years and never used any points. I contacted by email my points and on April 15 I heard from Dave [protected]@mypoints.endesk.com with a ticket #243487. On April 21 I got another ticket #238959. I was not getting my points reinstated and no satisfaction. I was in correspondence with my points also on May 24, July 30, Oct 24, Nov 3, Nov 20, Dec 11 and called My points and left a message in Dec, they have never responded back to my call. I sent info they requested and as of Jan 4, 2017 I still DO NOT have my points reinstated. I would like to redeem some of my points which I collected for all these years. But no one will help me get them back. They froze my account for awhile and now that I can check they are still missing.
They won't answer any of my attempts to get missing points that I am entitled to
I donated a said amount to operational smile back in April, 2016 and I was supposed to get 1, 000 points but i still haven't received them.i have e-mailed my points many times, tried to follow their directions for missing points but it always says it can't process it, try again later, i have tried that about 15 times, then i tried calling them and they won't take your call, they say to give your e-mail address and they will get back to you but they don't, also i mailed them a copy of my Amex bill where it showed my charge for this contribution and i never head anything from them.i am really upset with their customer service.
i would like to know what exactly you ill do with my complaint
Scam, Said I ordered point reward, Lost 4000 points
Tried to contact company. They entered a 4000 point reward for a 25.00 Amazon Card, that I did not ordered. On top of that the reward was worthless. The Amazon code was invalid. I tried to contact them several times. But they would not respond to me. I have been a member for over 10 years with this company, and this is how they treat me. They have devalued their points over the years. In the past 2500 points would get you a 25.00 reward. These people are uncaring crooks, only caring about making money for themselves, without rewarding their members.
reward points
I have been with Mypoints for a long time. I feel Mypoints just isn't the same after they changed the layout of their website. I have been having issues not receiving reward points after I have made purchases going through their website. My last three purchases I have not received any reward points. First of the three was purchased in early January of this year. I hate having to chase down my earned reward points. I don't have time for that. It's time the end our relationship and move on.
Refuses to award points
I signed up for AT&T U-verse through MyPoints on 5/3 under the premise of earning 10, 000 points. I then waited past 30 days for the points to be credited and they were not. I emailed customer service on 6/9 with a copy of my email receipt. I was told they would research it and credit my points within 2-3 weeks. Points still weren't rewarded so I emailed again on 7/22 and was given the runaround again. It is now 8/19 and I still have not been given the points that I rightfully earned. I can't believe how poorly this has been handled.
I was invited by United join MyPoints earn the welcome 750 United Miles in 2011. However, MyPoints never credit the 750 points and the excuse was checked by United, then they need to research and check. They have promised credit the miles within 4 -6 weeks and I was promised again another 8 weeks to receive, finally, I receive any miles since October 2011 until now. Today, my MyPoints account has been closed due to violation of our Terms of Service, the 15, 000 points have got. I have only one MyPoints account and did not do any violation to earn the points. I have sent several emails to the customers but NO response.

I am becoming more and more disappointed with my points, as I know for a fact that I am not always being awarded thepoints I feel I have coming to me and if this continues to happen I am about to sign off from my points even though I have been a member for quite some time now.

My Points doesn't deliver
I am a member of this survey group that has sponsor offers that earn points. I recently used "mypoints" survey to acquire DIRECTV. I went through the process "mypoints" instructed me to do. I even waited beyond the 30 day waiting period. When I contacted them (for asecond time) to inform them my points had not been awarded, they informed me that I did not follow the instructions and therefore no points would be awarded. This is a substantial amount of points that would allow me to purchase something of decent value through mypoints redemtion program. I am enjoying my DIRECTV but I would likke my points that I am entitled to.
It seems reasonable to say that MyPoints is a scam
MyPoints offers the opportunity to earn points for doing what you already do online: shopping, reading emails, playing games, searching the web, taking surveys, and more. Users can then covert those points to gift cards for stores and restaurants of their choosing.
However, upon reading the fine print, users will learn that no gift cards will be dispensed until they sign up for at least one “sponsored offer.” And of course these “sponsored offers” require credit card details. Again, as it is not advisable to divulge credit card information, it is not worth joining MyPoints.
There have also been a number of complaints about MyPoints mysteriously closing user accounts as soon as a payout is requested. Based on the volume and consistency of negative reviews alone, it seems reasonable to say that MyPoints is a scam.
I was a member for about 3-4 years until they shut down my account...when I had enough "points" for $200 in giftcards. I tried to communicate with their service team and got nowhere - no response, nothing. Wouldn't ever recommend them, go to swagbucks instead. Better system overall.
Frozen Accounts
My husband and I each have accounts with MyPoints. We each have our own login information and use seperate computers. All of a sudden they have closed my account and frozen his without any notice at all. We both had several thousand points that we have accumulated from purchases and email clicks. We would like our accounts restored and our points restored...

Some "friend" gave MyPoints my e-mail and I am being swamped in MyPoints e-mail. Can't stop their junk e-mail to me unless I first join then unsubscribe. If I join, I must first agree with a series of stuff that amongst which says that they may share some of my information (e-mail address) with some of their suppliers. I don't want this to happen as I will be put on another e-mail list. This is ludicrous, I want out!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Mypoints has turned into a spam and scam operation. They have not credited my account for several purchased made on their site and do not do anything about. They have made accessing my credits that I have impossible. I have been using their service for more than 10 years. I'm done with these scammers.
I ordered Directv also..10, 000 points, May 8th, never got them, ATT internet, never got the points...Netflix...still waiting. I emailed them and they gave me the run around...even after i provided proof. What a rip off!

MY POINTS IS A SCAM!
I've been a member of Mypoints since it's inception, over 10 years ago, and I went to log in to my account yesterday and got a mesage that my account was closed due to me violating their terms; I sent them an email asking what terms I violated and got a vague response.
I don't feel I ever violated their terms, which, when I joined alllowed for other members of the same household to also have Mypoints accounts, so long as they had their own email address, unfortunately not all families have seperate computer's to use and have to share.
To me Mypoints has slapped me in the face for being a long standing member, who obviously put money in their pockets when I read their advertsers emails.
If it weren't for their members, people who joined Mypoints, they WOULD NOT be where they are today, they would have failed years ago
Account arbitrarily frozen
Myself and 3 other members of my family have accounts with My Points. We all use the same home computer but with log in and out of our accounts each time, according to directions given to us by MyPoints. Each one of us has amassed enough points to receive several redemptions but the company arbitrarily froze ALL of our accounts saying that we somehow...

American Addvantage Citibank card gave me a total of 53, 120 miles over the past few years when my husband was working.
He is retired and wants to change these miles into points. I was told by both Citibank and American Airlines that My Points could
do this for me. I have tried by phone and e-mail many times to get an answer but I have only been able to leave messages for the
past two months. I would appreciate a reply of some kind. I see there are many problems with My Points. I will have to advise Citibankd
and American Airlines if this problem continues.
Thank you,
