Dear ALL they have a very Sophisticated…

Dear ALL they have a very Sophisticated method - they first take your money for amount of you didnt agreed and than when all the money goen they told you they will refund you but every time they have a new excuse why the money didnt recived - and they tell that the problem is with you bank or credit card - so you will never get the money at all, they exhausting you until you give up

pls everybody send a massage to SKY SCANNER to remove them from agent list so no other one will fall into this scam!

MyTrip Booking

I have made a booking for 3 passengers originally and later one Mytrip sent me an email with a new returning flight dates. After I approved the proposal, they made the rebooking incorrect and now I have one of the passengers with no returning flights. I already called the air company and they said MyTrip did it wrong, but Mytrip don't fix it. Everyday I am calling to Mytrip and they are saying the internal team is going to fix it in 24hours, but it is being 3 weeks and it is still not fixed. My flight is tomorrow and it is still not fixed. What a poor service.

How can you correct this mistake?

MyTrip Refund , customer service

Bad bad bad ! Awful customers service , waited 2 hours over the phone to be hanged up by the operator when she was supposed to look for my booking . Outrageous. Reference number différend than on the order… just a big mess to even contact thenand have my refund since march 2020 . Do yourself a favour and look for another travel agency , one that actually care about they customers . I will put a review every single day till the money hit my bank account ! Cheers !

Scammers. If you ring them it goes around and around...please provide booking number, then I'm putting you on hold, then I need to transfer you...repeated over and over 8 times or it drops out and then finally in despair 1 1/2 hours later, I give up.

When you ring them you can tell they want to hand you on and NEVER resolve a rebooking etc.

MyTrip Customer services

I asked for one way for a flight to be cancelled but the customer service guy cancelled both of my flights. And the phone call was recorded. He didn't tell me he can not cancel one way only. This is a terrible misunderstanding but there was no alternative option/solution whatsoever. I miss a flight to my wedding even I asked repeatedly to make sure there is no mistakes. Disappointed, angry, frustrated. I don't deserve any of this.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Our connecting flight was cancelled, and the alternative time would not work for us, so we requested a refund. We were told we would be charged €30 for them to refund us our money for a flight they cancelled. Outrageous. Supervisors never call you back. Cost more in hours on the phone, CROOKS.

MyTrip Flight booking

Horrible company, many hidden rates, poor service, many flight cancelations and other complications.

Flight was canceled a month ago, many hours of bad poor language costumer service and still no refund (they are sypposed to be taking a fee for that too!).

Asked to speak to a manager twice... never got a call back.

Desired outcome: An immediate full refund including all the hidden fees that were taken + compensation for lost tume and money.

MyTrip Mytrip

We lost $450.00 worth of airline tickets purchased through Mytrip.com. The airline changed the flight schedule with an option to cancel. We chose to cancel, but we never received our money back. I tried to call and connect with Mytrip; not only was there anyone to answer the call, but they also did not respond to emails. I disputed the charge with the credit card company, but I missed the response date deadline cause we were traveling.

The lesson, check the reputation of the travel agency before purchasing and remember that cheaper should not be the only consideration.

MyTrip Change of name incorrect charge

I booked 3 flights for myself and 2 friends and realised after I had spelt the first name of one passenger wrongly (2 letters the wrong way round). After incredibly slow back and forth with their customer service via email - phone was not an option after waiting for a total of 2 hours - i had to pay £70 name change fee. Annoying but I did it. After doing this, I then got an email back a week later saying that the 2 airlines we are flying with do not charge for name change but they do require an extra payment now to add a middle name ? The middle name shows as optional…? I responded saying that they can refund me the cost for the first name charge then, and I’ll deal with the middle name separately. I heard nothing for over week and so rang the airline directly who confirmed the first name has not been changed despite me paying a £70 fee 4 weeks ago and that I have I go through mytrip. Surely an easy fix , and even when I accepted defeat and paid the £70 they haven’t made the change and request more money

MyTrip Never use this business

NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS! Due to internet connectivity issues, I accidentally booked the same flight (same names, travel dates, flight times - everything) twice. I attempted to cancel within 24 hours. Every time I call, I am on hold for 2 hours. They cannot address any of my issues, They say I must speak to the airline - the airline has approved the refund but they have held my money. I disputed with my credit card and now they will not process the refund for another 2 months due to the dispute. Total scam, 0 customer service. They wont answer and will not pick up.

MyTrip Re-booking/ worst customer service

Hello sir, my booking id number is lioart. I booked flights after such a circumstances I re booked with ashish n and I paid lot and I have confirmation even I have recordings as well screen shot 3 hr long wait, 2 hr 55 minutes long wait. Even I talk with customer representative ashish n, neetish, mohit, sonali. Every time they share different stories even till now I haven’t receive my re book tickets. I am taking legal action because after lot of money haven’t receive tickets and my wife had panic attacks when she heard this situation. Please urgently hell me [protected].

MyTrip Charge of Airline Ticket through AFFIRM needs to be refunded

On Feb 27, 2022, I booked a flight through "mytrip", paid with Affirm. I received a confirmation from Affirm that the trip was approved, and "my trip" would send confirmation. MyTrip never sent confirmation and seeing as my flight was March 28th, 2022, I called MyTrip on March 25th to make sure the trip was on schedule since I had never received any type of Confirmation from "mytrip". When I called, the representative told me the reservation was "as good as cancelled, the booking never booked, there was no record of it being booked". I immediately booked another trip through mytrip, because I was supposed to be on the plane on March 28, 2022. I made sure I got the same flight, as my friend and I were supposed to be flying together. I then paid WITH MY OWN CARD for this new flight. I just need confirmation that the first booking from February 27th was never finalized, booked or other wise used. Affirm needs this in an email form so they can refund my money. The Order# from Affirm is: [protected].

Please take care of this as they are still charging me for the "1st" trip that was never booked.

Desired outcome: Need email stating the trip booked on Feb 27, 2022 was never booked. Affirm is charging me. The trip that was ACTUALLY BOOKED on March 25th was paid for by MY CREDIT CARD. Affirm will not refund until i receive this email

MyTrip Ticket refund still not given for almost 5 months

Since feb 2022 when i cancelled my flight due to covid19 restrictions with my one of my tickets stop over destinations.

I requested for refund since i was afraid that my route is having restrictions for travellers. Since then, i did not receive the refund.

As far as i know airlines are refunding the payment fee like 15-45 days maximum. But as for my request it’s already been 4 months since I’m waiting for the refund.

I tried to call the contact number in UK i believe and the same they are saying to check the online update. I send them email the customer service, but the reply is all the same.

Now i want to request the MYTRIP company to refund my money asap. Appreciate if anyone can assist.

MyTrip Refund

I booked my ticket in December and the flight got cancelled and had applied for refund. Its may 2022 and i have not yet received my refund. The airline has confirmed the refund has already been processed by their end and same is displayed on company website. I am really upset with this service and have sent multiple emails for the same but have not received my money.

Hi, I cancelled the return leg of my flight after I was informed by MyTrip that it was covered by my Cancellation Protection Extra insurance. This fact was reaffirmed on April, 23rd. I have a letter stating that my voucher is in the mail. Since it never arrived I rang mytrip and was told that the info I received by H***a S was untrue, ergo no refund. During a call on to mytrip on 04/05/22 it was expained that I do have options, i.e getting a trip back to Europe and I insisted to have that all in writing - on the same day please, since time is running out. Nothing came back! That renders the information I received from H***y M of myTrip - H***y confused the 2 insurances I took out - nothing but misleading and obfuscating service to the customer. Thank you mytrip. Today I have been reassured again (on the phone) that I will get some reimbursement for my cancelled flight but rigorously demanded some proof in writing. Nothing came back from MyTrip!

Now I ask the CEO to show cause why I, after 12 days of being mucked around, NEVER have been informed WHY myTrip doesn't act on my insurance cover and WHY they hold on to my promised voucher. Shall I not hear from Mytrip ever again, with a precise and concise explanation why I have been mislead and inconvenienced by some staged disinformation campaign, then the entire shemozzle will be handed over to my trusted solicitor H H***********l handling international "Flugrecht" in Germany. Hello My trip

My family is going to travel to Nice with you (and on to Corsica) on 19 June 2022, but now we have been informed that an amount for 4 pieces of hand luggage has been refunded – this is Booking no. R9FCMU (and R9KM7J).

MyTrip Flight

After finishing my booking and inserting the payment details, I received the message that there was an error with payment and asking to start the booking again. The next day I received a duplicated booking, and paid twice. They reimbursed the amount of one the two reservations but retained a fee that was around 60% of the total reservation price. Throughout 3 months I already called around 5 times and sent e-mails to different addresses but never got a confirmation that they will refund the amount they owe to me.

MyTrip Refund of flight ticket due to Covid

The above tickets for my wife and myself were booked through MyTrip/UK on 26/09/2019 for return flights Harare/London/Harare via Ethiopian Airlines, to fly out on 4 April 2020, returning 12 May 2020.

Due to Covid restrictions placed on world wide travel, we were unable to take these flights and applied to Ethiopian Airlines for a full refund.

We understand from Ethiopian Airlines that a full refund has been made to MyTrip Agent (etraveligroup). To date we have not received this refund. Please could you investigate and advise urgently. This matter is now two years old which is unacceptable.

MyTrip refund

I had return flights booked to Venice through My Trip and paid for 1 bag of hold luggage which it clearly states on my receipt. When I booked in online for my return journey it did not show my hold luggage but as i had written proof I wasn't worried. However on arriving at the airport Ryanair insisted that I had to pay (again) for my hold luggage and take it up with the company I booked with. I have had many calls and filled in 3 complaints form on their site and still have not received refund. I actually got through to someone on 1 phone call and they said they needed to see a receipt of what I had paid to Ryanair. Not a problem other than their site has no facility to attach a copy of receipt. I have asked for an email address - nothing! My flight was on 5th April 2022.
