My flight was canceled. No text alert or advance warning from the app so I found out at the airport. The ‘help’ center could not get me on the same flights the next day as they were fully booked. They will not book anything more than 24 hours out so the following day was not an option.They do not offer alternative flights to get you home.

I was basically given a refund for the flights I could not take and hung out to dry 8000 miles from home.

It’s a good job I had enough credit available to book another flight home.

Flying multiple airlines and self transferring vastly increases the chances of missing a flight. Combine that with the above and this is a horrible way to travel. I would give them negative stars if I could.

Recommendation: Don’t do it. Book with a site with a site that cares.

Drop MyTrip immediately. Their incompetence and lack of support leave you stranded and frustrated. Stick to airlines and travel agencies that provide reliable alerts and better customer service. Always have a backup plan and consider booking directly with airlines to avoid such hassles. Prioritize your travel safety and convenience by choosing companies that value their customers.
