Naca prides itself on helping individuals and families through the hardships minorities face during the home buying process. I joined the Naca program 06/24/23 very excited and eager to learn the steps on what it takes to be ready for home ownership. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care and attention I received from NACA. My intake counselor Olivia Ruiz has not provided me with any guidance or support on what I need to do to be qualified to purchase a home. I have reached out multiple times and even asked on many occasions for Naca to provide me with a new counselor. I have been treated as just a number in this program that paid for a service that I am not getting. I spoke with Amarilis Wise, she offered no assistance. I spoke with the complaints department over a month ago and still no follow up. I am at a loss on what steps to take next.
Desired outcome: I would like a new intake counselor and for someone to actually help me with the home buying process instead of just treating me like another number.
