I contact nannies dubai last week as I was looking for a filipina live in nanny and housemaid. My friend informed me that her friend got someone from nannies dubai, so I went and met the lady julia lutsenko, who is the "manager" and she let me do some interviews of some candidates she had in her office, then asked me to transfer 3, 000 aed to the company's bank account "gulf hr solutions fze" if I want to conduct more interviews. I signed a contract on the 15th of september 2018 and transferred the money and since then it was a total nightmare!
It was my fault that I did not research this company online before I decided to go ahead. Julia was extremely rude and unprofessional, and so was her coordinator winnie. They kept sending candidates to my house without informing me, and not based on my requirements at all! Different nationality, live out, part-time, etc...
This is such a waste of time and money! They refused to return my money back and when I raised the complaint over the phone, both of them closed the phone in my face. I can't explain how frustrating this is, so I called consumer right [protected] and placed a complaint. Apparently this company has a lot of complaints and I am not sure why nothing is being done with it yet!
Please do not work with this company as it is a scam! They take 50 aed from each candidate who was to find a job and 3, 000 aed from each potential employer and all they do is send random people to your house, without a proper briefing or any selection process at all.
Total nightmare! Shocking that a company like that is still operating in dubai!

I complained to http://www.consumerrights.ae/ on +[protected] .. They are very helpful .. You may also send them an email on consumerrights@dubaided.gov.ae
The consumer rights were totally unhelpful and told me they could not deal with it. So it appears you can open a Freezone company scam people with no recourse at all.
Has anyone any idea just HOW we get our money back?
I have faced the same problem with Nannies Dubai and also complained against them with consumer rights. My attempt to sort things over the phone with Julia turned out to be futile since she refused to give me a refund and disconnected the phone.
