Reading sum of the bad reviews is appaling to me. There response is lightening fast, and rectifying any issue is excellent.

I hope they sit on all that overpriced ammo they sell. They were selling 1000 rounds of 9mm during the pandemic for $700... ?

Scam. They charged my debit card, then refused to ship the item I paid for. I still don't have my money back or the item I bought.

I can't believe it, but I had a really bad experience with Natchez Shooting and Outdoors. I ordered some AMMO from them, but guess what? They sent me the wrong items! Can you believe that? I tried reaching out to them through email to get it sorted out, but they haven't even bothered to reply. Now I'm stuck with the wrong stuff and I'm out $236.00. It's just not right, you know? The item I received was 12SD18H7, but what I actually ordered was 12SD1H9, and it was clearly stated on the invoice. It's frustrating and disappointing.

I've been ordering from Natchez for 'bout 7 years now. Ain't never had no problems that they couldn't fix. I seen some folks talkin' bad 'bout 'em, but I ain't never had nothin' like that happen to me. My last order was in January 2023. I'm a loyal customer and gonna keep comin' back.

I'm disappointed with Natchez Shooting and Outdoors. I placed an order for a brass tumbler on 1/9/23, but after a week, I decided to give them a call. To my surprise, they informed me that the item was out of stock. They didn't bother to notify me beforehand. It wasn't until I reached out to them on 1/16/23, when it still hadn't shipped, that they finally mentioned it. Their response was, "We went to pull the order, and it's not in stock. Would you like a refund?" Now, I have to wait for the refund, which they say will take "a couple of days," before I can order from another store.

I bought an Air gun Pistol, Hatsun QE .22 cal from Natchez Shooting and Outdoors. When I received it, I shot it 12 times and then it stopped working. I returned it for a refund, but now they're saying they didn't receive the gun. I called and sent a note, and even gave them my tracking number. However, they're now saying they have no records of it. This has cost me $99.00 plus $16.00 for postage. They initially promised to refund my loss, but this morning they claimed to have no records. What kind of business doesn't keep records to meet customer needs? Regardless of the outcome, I will never do business with this company again!

Yesterday morning, Natchez sent out an email. I bought stuff right away (Order# ***). I even checked their stock for the things I bought 2 hours later and all the products said, "In Stock". Cool, everything seemed good. This morning, I saw that my card wasn't charged. I called Natchez and talked to a guy who said my order didn't go through, but he had my WHOLE order somehow. He then said all but one item were sold out and he couldn't do anything. He tried to transfer me to a "manager" but I got a voicemail. Possible customers: Be careful and get ready to be let down.

Incompetent customer service. After placing several orders, they don't have my info on file anymore. After I sent all my valid IDs and completed an order, I come back 7 weeks later to make another order—only to be told that none of my IDs are valid and I have to send them again. I asked to talk to a representative who couldn't care less about the inconvenience or offer an apology. Basically, it doesn't matter if I submit or don't submit it, but if I want my order, I have to send my IDs again. Then she told me that the last order I got was never shipped... the order was never processed. I have emails to prove that the order was processed and shipped, but she just repeated herself, saying that I need to send my valid IDs if I want to place an order. She talked down to me and was really difficult to deal with in finding a solution.
