False Advertisement! I bought a service for my husband on 6/16/23 for fathers day At time of booking, I scheduled him for Saturday, 6/24/23 arrival between 8am - 11am. I received a confirmation, but when the person wasn't here by 10:50am on Sat. I requested an ETA. The tech texted my husband back and said the company messed up the booking and double booked him and he could not come on Saturday anymore. You'd think they would have known they were double booked sooner with a week's notice vs 5 mins before the scheduled arrival time. They confirmed via text they would come early Sunday 6/25/23 instead. Then they texted they couldn't come until later in the afternoon on Sunday (which did not work for us). So they tried to move us to another day, Monday 6/26/23 which will be difficult for us to trust they will show up on time before we need the car. This has been a horrible experience. NEVER again! I've requested a refund since they cannot honor our agreed upon time and it keeps getting pushed out. No response on the refund request yet. This is not an honest way to do business.
Recommendation: Do not use this place!

Our detailers explained that such additional services were not part of the package and clarified that they had fulfilled all the tasks listed in the package you ordered. We understand that you expressed disappointment because your seats did not look brand new, but it's important to note that cleaning and detailing services are designed to enhance the appearance and cleanliness of the vehicle, not to repair pre-existing damage. Despite our efforts to explain this to you, it appears that a miscommunication occurred, which led to your dissatisfaction. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused. Our customer service team has been in contact with you, attempting to find a resolution. However, it is disheartening to learn that your interaction escalated to the point where you expressed your frustration in an inappropriate manner, yelling and swearing at them in recorded calls. I was really disappointed with National Detail Pros. They were supposed to come and detail my boat and truck on Saturday, but they never showed up. I waited all day for them and they didn't even bother to call and let me know they weren't coming. I had to give them a payment over the phone, which made me feel uneasy, and then they didn't even show up. I was really frustrated and angry.
I ended up having to do the detailing myself with the help of my assistant. We worked hard and got the boat looking perfect. I'm going to do my own F450 on Monday because I don't want to deal with National Detail Pros again. Their service was just awful.
I run a boat shop and I'm always looking for reliable companies to work with. Unfortunately, National Detail Pros is not one of them. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are just a terrible company.

Recently, I hired a cleaning service to come and detail my 35-ft motorhome from National Detail Pros. Upon their arrival, I was surprised to see that they didn't bring a ladder with them. However, with the assurance that they didn't need it, they proceeded to clean my motorhome. Unfortunately, the end result was not quite up to my expectations. The cleaning job took only 30 minutes and I must say, it wasn't a quality job. The price tag for all this was a whopping $175, which I found quite steep for the service received. I was thoroughly disappointed and wish I had taken the time to read reviews before going with this particular service. Needless to say, I won't be using National Detail Pros again.
