National Floors Direct review: Damage done to my house!!!

9/2/2023 - contract floor installers came to my house at about 7:45ish AM to replace carpet flooring with vinyl flooring in the master bedroom and the other bedroom. Master bedroom - everything is fine. The other bedroom - the installers unbolted the closet floor door holder glued it onto the vinyl & broke off a piece which wasn't found out until I was sliding my closet door to put away my clothes when the piece broke off.

They also staged all of their equipment on the front porch and didn't bother to tell me and my roommate that they busted a half moon hole in the plastic window frame of the sidelight window frame that was custom built 10-15 years ago! They didn't even have the balls to tell us that they wrecked it.

When did I find out about this? Oh, the next day. They were gone by 5:00 pm on 9/2/2023 and I didn't go on my front porch until the next morning until about 10 am. Mind you, it took three hours for my roommate and I to put back the rooms, cook and eat dinner, and clean up. It was dark out and we were tired so we went to bed. Next morning, we finished cleaning up anything we missed - we went outside on the porch to tidy up and clean up after the contracted installers. And thats when we saw it... mind you all, I'm on that porch every day putting away garbage going outside to get the mail and nothing was wrong with that house until the installers came along.

Now - I am in a fight with National Floors Direct! I sent pictures still not good enough - they won't even approve the damage that their contracted installers caused! They are totally okay with my closet door frame but anything else is a big no no - even when they staged all of their crap on the front porch. The installers freaked when I walked by the porch - it was like they didn't even want me on the porch period!
