Poorly installed a cheap rug - broke tiles and left them unrepaired (tried to fill in tile with carpet). At the sales point was clear that I needed the scrap pieces from the rug installation as the room had a 3x5' cut out for a fireplace. The piece was NOT left and after 3 days of calling about this the "customer service" called to do a survey - said they did not have any record of a complaint but they were all connected... Explained AGAIN but they kept repeating "there is a warranty and we are not coming back with any scrap pieces" then hung up... They also installed tile in a bathroom and left the door off saying it doesn't fit anymore...
You’ve certainly got a case against National Floors Direct. From botching the rug installation to breaking tiles and then refusing to fix their mistakes, they’re really pushing the limits of what’s acceptable. The icing on the cake? Claiming no record of your complaint and then hanging up when you called them out. Sounds like their customer service could use a serious overhaul — just like that bathroom door they left off!
