They are a farce. I will be mailing the pens back once I return home. I will never order from them again, and I will make sure that my review reflects that. They sent me a box full of busted pens. I reported it. They replaced the pens and then sent me an invoice. I had already paid. The pens were damaged. They charge me for a replacement after I request one. This is a joke. Horrible. Essentially they are trying to charge me for their mistake.

First time using this company and I regret every penny I spent with them. The order wasn't processed because of an issue with the image I sent, but the company never contacted me to let me know it was put on hold. No response to multiple emails. Every customer service rep I've talked to on the phone assures me the order is going through and being processed but it seems I won't be getting the order past 8 wks from when I placed it. Promises of the order being expeditated aren't fulfilled, so I'm sunk giving the gifts I had made for clients for the holidays won't be coming until January. Incredibly disappointed with how this company operates and DO NOT recommend.

Order placed 11/2/22. First email to ask why I haven't received an email to approve product 11/10/22. Called to ask same 11/16/22. Half of order was approved this day, second half approved 11/18/22. Another email confirming approval 11/19/22. Called 11/28/22 to ask about delay as this was supposed to be expediated, and was told it was processing until (unconfirmed time) and shipping would take an extra 5-10 business days. Unable to speak to a supervisor. Unable to get confirmation of shipping OR delivery date.

I placed an order with this company on 09/27/2022. Was immediately told one of my items was "not available" after I approved artwork.

I emailed, called, and requested call back from company to discuss alternatives, but was never called. Only their Level 1 people kept telling me order was canceled. Never given a refund, never received a call even though I asked three times over emails and three times on the phone. Each time I was told "A supervisor will get back to you within 24 hours." Still waiting. No refund.

Customer service people never apologized and never gave refund. I want to speak with a manager because they should not be operating with this level of customer service in this day and age.

I have been trying to sort this order out for nearly a month.

I have contacted via telephone & email with little success. I specifically requested BLACK ink in my pens as this is a stipulation in my course material! You have provided BLUE ink & therefore I cannot use these pens...

I needed them for w/c 20th June so ordered in plenty of time, however this time is vast running out.

I have tried to video the blue ink as requested, but the file is too big to send over, no one has contacted me to suggest any other form delivery & I am STILL awaiting any solution.

Perhaps you could send a new set of pens with BLACK ink & if you send a free returns label I will send the BLUE ones to you.

I have used National Pen for over 15yrs & feel that as a loyal customer I am being ignored.

I look forward to your urgent reply.

I ordered pens to later find out that they are out of stock and will be for the next 4 months if not longer. After waiting 3 weeks for my order I contacted them. Phone rings for long periods of time, greater than 30 minutes only to speak with people who are difficult to understand. Offered me a 20% discount of future orders. Terrible service...

Ordered 220 items for a holiday trade luncheon. Ordered 8 weeks before event. Items arrived 1 week before event. Boxes heavily torn and damaged, only 157 arrived, 18 of those damaged beyond use. Reported the discrepancy to National Pen Salesman and to customer service TWICE. "Going to file investigation with UPS" they say. Now we are getting a FINAL NOTICE before credit bureau letter?

I am very satisfied with the quality of the pen I received, and the personalization is fine. What I am not happy about is that National pen shorted my 125 order by one pen - and we are already tight on quantity to meet demand. If this was my order, I would have let it go. However, this is for my non-profit dog club, and not my money, so I called to get the missing last pen. They would not run the order and instead I got a $.79 credit. If you are going to short someone, short yourself. One of the pens in the order was open and linked ink. You should add one or two pens to every order for this kind of problem. This reeks of dishonesty. Very disturbing to me. It is sad because I really love the pen - I had ordered it for myself a couple of years ago. I will think twice before coming here again.

Purchased a promotional sale Mini Wall Calendars which included a free gift. Received the purchased items, however an additional charge was included for the free gift item a duffle bag. National Pen in the past some of its employees have claimed extra customs charges stating their based in Jamaica so us the consumer needs to pay import and customs fees.

SERIOUS SCAM COMPANY. They now send out cheap product and refuse to replace non-working parts. Customer service is full of NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING employees in a loud call center somewhere. There is NO MANAGER to speak to. AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR ADVERTISING NEEDS because you will be sorry you spent ONE PENNY with them. Product is very cheap, if it works at all, and they do not stand by their sales.

Received my order of multi-function pocket knives and the color blue was not exactly what I thought it was going to be. Also, the chain is very thin and flimsy, feels cheap and easy to break, so I'm not completely satisfied.

Even though their website says "you can order risk-free thanks to our guarantee". That's not true.

Inside the shipping box that the pocket knives arrived in, was a piece of paper that says "our personal promise has your back", it says if you need to return personalized promotional products, your representative will provide you with our return authorization instructions.

When I called and talk to the representative, they told me they DO NOT except returns and there was nothing other than offering a 10% discount they can do. I mentioned that the website has a guarantee and there was a piece of paper in my order that says they have a guarantee, she again said, we do not except returns.

Save yourself some time and do not order from them. I should've looked at all of the reviews before doing business with them. I notice they reply to negative reviews with the same generic response, which means they do nothing to make it right.

Awful experience with this company. When you start your first small business and put all your effort into detail, you want everything to be perfect. I ordered pens from them for my dear clients. The logo was the most important condition when I was looking for a company that makes printing on pens. The logo is what you remember, I put a lot of time and effort into developing this logo. It all ended with the fact that I received the pens in a MONTH, and there was no logo on them. Although I paid extra $ 40 for it and they charge me. When I called the customer center, they said that they could not fit my logo and therefore they did not print it and offered to return this extra $ 40 because they do not accept a refund, since the pens are made and they can be used. Nobody contacted me and said that they could not print my logo, but they took money for it. Now I am left with a box of pens that will go to the trash, with a whole month of wasted time and in a terrible mood.

In January 2021 (Approx) I was contacted by your sales person about another order for pens.. I ordered 100 @ and was offered another 30 at reduced rate. Sales person asked if assorted colors I agreed thinking was talking about Barrel colors but he was speaking of ink color.. I received order . Feb 12 2021 Invoice # [protected] Customer # [protected]
I was billed for order and returned my payment immediately. After giving pens out to customers and potential customers I have been told by many they are no good . After using a couple of times they quit writing.
October 8, 2021 I contacted customer care about problem and was told needed pens back to handle claims. The most asanine suggestion for me to ask people for the pens back.
As of now I cannot recommend National Pen to anyone as poor customer care. Will not do business with a company with such poor customer service

I placed an order for some customized mask for an upcoming event trying to promote our new business, approved the text only to find out a month later that the company cancelled my order that I paid for upfront. I recieved zero communication from this company saying they cancelled my order and no response to the 3 emails I sent requesting an update on my order . I would never recommend this company nor will I ever do business with them again.

I would never order from national pen company again nor would I recommend them. Stay clear of this company if you are on a deadline. Horrible experience and liars. I ordered pens for a baby shower on 9/22/2020; however, prior to placing the order I asked, whether I would receive the pens before friday, 10/9/2020. I was told yes, no problem. I have called national pen company at least 2 - 3 times a week and emailed approximately 2 - 3 a week. The customer service representatives (csr) in spoke with were very apologetic, but was never able to assist. They could only tell me my order was in production - I asked "what does that mean?" they said it's in production, so I asked, "can you check with or call the production department and ask where they were with my order." the csr stated "they were unable to get in contact with the production department." every time I call and the csr stated they would return a call - there was no return call or when I emailed, I would get reply email within a 2 or 3 days, only to tell me that my order was in production. Finally, I spoke to a csr on 10/1/2020 and was told my order would be rushed and I would receive the pens on wednesday, 10/7/2020. Bottom line - I called back on monday, 10/5 and tuesday, 10/6/2020 only to be told that my order was still in production and I would not receive the pens until after friday, 10/9/2020. That csr offered me a 15% discount on my next order — why would there be a next order and I have not received my first order. Fyi…don't ask to speak with a supervisor because one is never available and do not ask for national pen company corporate office because they do not have that information available. Smh! Extremely unhappy and frustrated. Do not order from this company.

I ordered the stainless steel tumblers with our logo printed on them. The logo was supposed to be 1.5" tall but when received they were less than an inch. Sent photos to customer service, received return shipping labels, only for them to tell me that they needed more photos (of the tumblers that I have returned to them?) The logo is also crooked. They are refusing to make this right. They are saying I measured the logo wrong by not going to the top of the "C". I clearly did as can be seen in the photo. If I didn't it still wouldn't account for it being 1/2" short. Terrible company, even worse customer service. Basically stole my church's $300.

I will not order from this company again. Their online ordering process is deceptive as they do not collect credit card info to place the order. I was processing an order to get a total (including tax & shipping) for management approval before I got there I receive a "thank you for your order" screen. I backed out and went about my day. I thought because I had not given them payment info, my order had not been processed. A couple of days later I received an email telling me your order has shipped. I immediately called them and was informed that there was nothing they could do because the pens had already shipped. Nowhere in the ordering process did I see that this was their process. Every e-commerce site I have ever bought anything from asked for payment information before processing the order. I'll bet I am not the first person who has been deceived into placing an order by this process. I finally just paid the bill to get them off my back.

I ordered 100 pens on 4/3/19 online from orderpens.com for my business.
The business name and address on the pens was correct but the phone number was wrong. I called them and they said they were sorry but they could only give me 10% off my next order or 10% off a replacement order. out of curiosity, I called the number on the pens they sent me and it is none of my business lines. It is a number for another suite in our building complex. These pens are no good to us! I would like to get the pens redone with the correct phone number without any extra charge.

I placed an order january 29th and received my order on february 16th. To my surprise I noticed the pens I received had another business's info on them. I called immediately and let them know the error. They told me they would send me out a new order with my business info on them, and I would be receiving those within two weeks. It is now march 7th and I still do not have my order! I just got off the phone with another rep and they said the new order was never set out. This is ridiculous and at this point I am livid. This is unacceptable. I will no longer be giving national pen my business. I hope that for the third time I do receive my correct order... I have yet to find out!
