Wonderful Store!

The discount is valid for your first order, this code is valid for orders $35+. Weekly discounts, a huge selection of products and very fast delivery. Overall I highly recommend diapers.com to everyone! Thank you
They really surprised me
I almost didn't use this company because the ratings were so bad. I tried to order wine from another site, but they didn't have the wines I wanted so I came back to Wine.com.
I took a chance on these guys, and I'm so glad I did. I've placed 4 different orders so far, and all of them have been great. I did have some trouble initially with the discount codes, but I called customer service and they quickly took care of it.
I only drink organic wines, and honestly these are way better than the wines I get at my local store. I'm also loving the shipping program where you get unlimited shipping for 49.99 per year. I've saved $200 already with that option.
I really don't understand all the complaints, but I'm happy I gave them a chance.
No issues with my online order - fast delivery
I ordered about 16 bottles from wine.com on Nov 18th before googling reviews about wine.com.
Whilst waiting for my delivery and reading the negative reviews, I was nervous if my shipment was going to come on time as I require the wines for Thanksgiving. The ETA on my shipment was listed Nov 20th about end of day. Today is Nov 20th and my wine has arrived at my door before midday.
I think my shipment came quite quickly as I did a quick search to where they are located, in Westbury NY. I live in Brooklyn NY so I assume may be that is why I had no issues with my order and that it arrived on time.
I wouldn't say wine.com is cheap however I was fortunate that I had no issues like other neg reviewers here. Was very pleased with the delivery and the selection of wines they have on offer.

wine.com
I would rate this company as -10. They are wholly disorganized and unethical in their processing of products.
I had cancelled my order with them after receiving no notice and no product needed within the delivery time noted at the time of ordering. It had been needed for a scheduled event, which has long since passed. Over a month after that cancellation was issued and several other emails had been sent they charged my credit card and again after several notices regarding cancelation still tried to deliver the product, Now they refuse to refund the money they took, saying they will be giving me a "credit" towards a future purchase! Clearly someone there also has a sense of humor.
Desired outcome: I want my full $ returned with no further complaints from employee contact
Buyer beware - scam alert!
I ordered 12 bottles of 2019 Pouilly-Fuisse with a cost of over $300 from Wine.Com. Not only did I have to take 3 days off of work (FedEx kept moving the delivery date & you have to be home to accept the shipment) I received 12 Bottles of an off-brand $5.00 a bottle Chardonnay. My order on the website states Pouilly-Fuisse, the invoice in the box state...

I placed an order with Wine.com that was supposed to arrive today (11/30/20). I checked its status and found that as of today, it hadn't even been shipped. When I contacted online support, I was told it's "delayed." No explanation. When I said, yes, obviously it's been delayed, I was told it wasn't shipped for some reason. A non-answer. This is not the first time wine.com has screwed up an order of mine. I wouldn't have ordered from them again except that to make up for a previous screw-up they offered me a discount in my next order. This company's service and customer service leave a lot to be desired. I will not order from them again.

Customer service
Besides the worst customer service ever, this company overcharges most of the wines if compared with other sellers. What makes this seller awful it's the negligence, discrimination and mistreatment you get from most of the customer service agents. It feels like they are trained to treat you like worthless consumer.
After I complained about issues with my others during their "fictitious" system upgrade, they decided to block my account without notice or any explanation why. Some of my orders were charged in full, but delivered with missing wines. My credit card was charged three times for "orders" that were never delivered. The issues were never clarified or resolved, forcing me to open disputes with my credit card. I have opened a new account after that and once they found out, the new account was also blocked from the blue. At the end of three months of complaints, no responses and 5 blocked accounts, I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau (BBB). So, BBB contacted wine.com twice and no response was sent. BBB then advised me to write as letter to the Attorney general, which I am working on right now. Wine.com must improve its customer service practice and policy if they want to stay in the Market.
Product never arrived and they refused refund request
Hi, My name is Betsy. I recently purchased a drink from Wine.com for my husband's birthday. I was very careful when I made the purchase because I wanted it by my husband's birthday (which is today). The item never arrived and customer service was not helpful at all. She ended the conversation with me and refused my refund request. My order number i...
Read full review of Wine.comThey substituted the wine and tried to persuade me that it was fine
I wasn’t satisfied with the services of www.wine.com. When I placed the order, it was mentioned that the bottle of wine was in stock, but couple of days later I got the substituted bottle of wine. I called to the company and asked to change the order, because I didn’t need this bottle, but the company’s rep said that it was very similar wine and I wouldn’t notice any substitution. Liar.
Shipping
I ordered and arranged to ship wine from Wine.com to TX. I checked to order 3 times to make sure it was going to TX. I received it today at my address in NC. Some how the confirmation got changed. I never bothered to check it again. I called Wine.com and instead of offering to sent out another box to Texas and have me ship the other one back for a credit, they offer only to have me ship it back to them at my expense. Them they would ship it to TX. That would be way passed Christmas. I had to spend another $22 to send it to TX. First of all the customer service person was terrible. I have ordered wine and sent to TX for the last three years. The first two were seamless. I personally believe that the Wine.com website screwed this up. That is why I checked three time the bill to and the ship to.
Product not received/Refund runaround
Ordered 2 cases of wine; some not available; got an email saying a refund was processed to my card. That did not happen. Then only one box showed up when there was supposed to be two. Wine.com says they will refund if I refuse shipment. Unfortunately the FedEx number is bogus; Fed Ex does not have a shipment with that number and wine.com doesn't know where the wine is. So, I am supposed to refund an imaginary box to get my $400 back? Staff not helpful but that was because they had no information, no clue. Sent it to American Express for dispute.
items not received
Ordered seven bottles of liquor for my stepdaughter and son-in-law on 11/25/2013 with delivery requested 12/15/2013 Received an email saying that it was shipped by Fedex on 12/23 with delivery expected 12/24. Called the company and they promised it would be there 12/24. Here it is 12/26 and no package received. The company is closed and the recording says they are closed for the Thanksgiving holiday. WTF?!?!? That was a month ago. I called Fedex and they say that shipping info was given to them but no actual shipment. Wine.com told me on 12/23 that they would give me a $20 credit for the late shipment, but that did NOT happen. Such a rip-off!

Yes, this site is a scam. You will never get the good or the reimbursment.
Happened to me too.
Avoid this one at all costs
A relative very kindly sent me a bottle of wine via wine.com after a death in my family. It took nearly 2 weeks to get here and is the worst tasting swill since drinking Ripple in my college days. Actually, the Ripple might have been better. I hate to think how much of her hard earned money she spent on this and, of course, I will tell her it tasted great which I imagine is how these people stay in business.
Shame on Wine.com
I thought it would be nice to have good wines for Thanksgiving -- so I ordered two cases of wine to be delivered to my sister-in-law's house in Wisconsin. I ordered them on 11/16 and paid for second day UPS delivery. Imagine my surprise when I arrived today and discovered they would not be delivered until Friday, not useful for Thanksgiving consumption. I was offered the lame excuse that Superstorm Sandy had damaged Wine.com's NJ warehouse. While I am sympathetic -- I living in New York - Wine.com should not be accepting orders they can fulfill, particularly around the holidays. What did Wine.com offer as compensation? A $20 gift certificate. the should print it out and use it to start a fire under their Yule Log in December. Shame on Wine.com.
bait and switch groupon coupon
Bought a 60.00 dollar groupon coupon with "access to almost the entire collection". Turns out there were only 35 overpriced losers to choose from. Phoned them and they essentially told me that they were using cheapskate groupon customers to clean out their garbage.

I was also scam at the pioneer small downtown pdx, those two males that work there complete liars! Charming, pushy they profile people to scam them, very unprofessional, and all into your business to make it seem they are friendly, in reality after they scam they charge a not my credit card 5x over 5oo!
I was scammed by a sales man at the mall, he overcharged my debit card, and lie about the freebies he suppostly gave me, took advantage by quoting a 100.00, distracted me, and made it seen that he was honest I was on my launch break, when I was going to look at the receipt, grab it from my hand, fold opposite side of the bill, to write his email, and FB page, even invited me for a future cup of Coffey, very charming, and asking lots of personal questions, anyhow my credit card was charged 410.00!, and of course it is a SCAM using pushing sales practices, and lies
Problems
I ordered a wine gift for a friend on wine.com in December; it was to be delivered on 12/19 as a Christmas gift. They wasted no time billing me for it, but here it is 1/4/10 and still no delivery.
I tried calling them and the call center employee could not cancel the order, saying that they would have 'someone' call me. Well, that never happened. Finally, I had to call my credit card company and have them dispute the charge. Needless to say, stay FAR away from wine.com.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have tried for two years to cancel my "StewardShip" subscription but they still charge me. They have told me for 2 years they will give me a refund but they have not. I had to dispute the charge to get my money back for this year but lost it last year money because I forgot to check on my promised refund.
I placed first and only order 11/4/17. I did not receive one bottle and was billed in full. I disputed repeatedly with wine.com to lengthy holds on phone. They stated they would credit me for the missing bottle--to only find out they gave my a credit on account. Very misleading. Will not take calls timely. live and learn. I wanted to report.
I too ordered a bottle of wine to be delivered on 12/19. It was for an anniversay party on the 20th of Dec. FedEx left a note on the door on 12/21 saying this was their second attempt at delivery. On 12/19, the wine was still in transit, and my daughter was at home with the dog and kids on 12/21, yet FedEx never knocked at the door or rang the bell. When I contacted wine.com, all they could say was "that is too bad". My daughter has to pick up the gift on 12/23 at the FedEx location, and the anniversary gift was a bust!
