Fraud and scammers company
I ordered the books on 29 October to UAE. They did not provided any tracking number or proof. So called customer support Rachel is giving different and wrong information every time. She said that my package was handed to DHL express without a tracking number but she can’t contact them. She insist me to close my dispute of refund on PayPal. They are scammers, my kid will be without his favourite books on Christmas. Kindly avoid them and share more on social media, it will help the people not to waste their money.

The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I don't believe the high rate of positive reviews this company have on Trust Pilot are genuine at all. I ordered a product from them days before their 'last order before Christmas' date. It still didn't show up. Looking through the reviews I am not the only one that had this experience. How can a company that personalises books not personalise delivery, i.e, a very simple tracking code like the vast majority of online shops use? If I had not contacted them they never would have known whether my order showed up or not. Unfortunately, like many others, it didn't. I have been offered compensation by them in the event my order didn't arrive. I have refused it. Instead, I will be advising everyone I speak to not to order anything from this website. They should understand that there is no compensation that makes up for disappointing a child on Xmas day. There is no worse service you could give to a customer than that. Will never ever use this website again and strongly advise others not to.
Did not recieve product.
I ordered a book on 11-16 and it was shipped on 11-20. I still have not received it. It was apparently sent to Miami Florida, I live in Ohio. Tracking number is 92419902711984513006228104. The order number is dbus100774004. Since 11-25 it has been shipped to 21 different post offices and it appears it was returned to you on 12-16. I filed a ticket about this and it has been much longer than 48 hours and no response from you and the the link to contact you is not in use. The phone number listed for you just says you are not accepting any calls. I just want this book. Please send it over night -not by the post office and not UPS. UPS will just send it to the post office. Obviously someone made a mistake in the address when it was shipped. My address is correctly listed on my account. I should not have to pay for overnight shipping since this was your mistake and it would be here if you put the correct address on the package. Donna Smith

I ordered a book for my granddaughter and when going to cart, I could not see where to put my coupon code, I tried to find it for ages as it was not clear and getting frustrated and just ordered the book, then I sent a message through dinkleboo messages and I got one of your employees gracie, which I tried to explain I didn't know where to put the discount code and could she please help me. This message was sent to her straight after I had ordered the book and on numerous emails she tried telling I couldn't apply the code because the book was on sale, so I went to the order page again and applied the the discount code welcome and it took some money off, so I snappedshot this and emailed it to your employee gracie and she still telling she's going to do nothing about it.
Now I emailed straight after ordering about it not being clear where to put discount code, and she still refusing to help me. My order no.

Times are tough at the moment and the the refund i'm asking for is not much but its a bit more I can use to live on whilst we are all going through this horrible case of covid-19. I made a large order of personalized books, Sunday, Dec. 1. After receiving the confirmation email I realized a couple of books had been left off the order. Also, one of the books should have said Love, Santa, Gamma and Gampa. I also paid for expedited order processing and the order would have been free shipping. Since I had to submit another order for the two books neither of those things were honored.

The tracking number they gave me is not the correct one. I have been to the Post Office 3 times and the UPS twice. They say they cannot help me unless I get the correct tracking number. I have called the UPS main number and they say they cannot help me because I need the tracking number. I ordered the book 4/4/19 and UPS picked it up on 4/5/19 in Tempe AZ. It was then delivered to Greer, SC Post Office on 4/9/19. They say they cannot help me because they need the UPS tracking number. I have called Dinkleboo customer service for 5 hours and after a short time they tell me to leave a message which I have done over and over. I thought they cared about children since they sale Childrens books etc. They also cut me off and tell me to leave a message and then they hang up on me. All I need is a tracking number so I can find the book. They have horrible service and they have also charged my Credit Card. I ordered a cot blanket with personal photos of my grandson on it. I received "A" blanket last friday which has some completely random family on it with a small child and the family dog. I can only assume some other stranger has received the blanket of my grandson. I have called the no 8 times snd every time no matter what hour of the day they have too many calls to be able to speak to me right now. Absolutely NOT good enough.

I purchased books before the deadline (December 6th) for it to be delivered to Canada in time for Christmas. I spoke to a representative to ensure everything was done properly. My first irritation with the company was the tracking took days, up to a week to update. When it finally did update, 2 business days before Christmas, it was in the opposite direction.. Hawaii. Not Canada, Hawaii. Now, still no package! I'm particularly upset with the false advertising of the delivery as well as the customer service. I was told I can not put a claim in until 21 business days after my order was made.

I ordered a book for my daughter (September 5th). Got a confirmation email one day later. It contained information about the delivery date september 12th). I was like wow, it's fast.
But that's all I got. It's not 12th of october. The book didn't arrive.

I have purchased a book from this online store Dinkleboo over a month ago and haven't received anything yet. After reading all the reviews I think that Dinkleboo is just a scam, too bad I did not saw the reviews earlier. My problem is the same as many others have, order is missing, I have no tracking number and there is no way to find my order. Their customer service is an absolute joke, there is no way to speak to a real live rep, I got only computer generated emails. Better stay away from this site, it is not safe to buy here!

I had ordered 2 name tags and received one with a promo code. The other tag was denied using a promo code given to me so I had to contact customer service. It was quite an ordeal just to get it into their system. The person had to put in 3 tags so the total would end up $0. When I went to check out, the shipping total was $7.99! I only wanted to pay for 1 item, which is $3.99 not 3 (which customer service rep had to enter). I tried calling them back. I left a message, but no return call. I did this 4 more times...still no call back. I then sent an email. Again, no return email! I am requesting a refund from the company who promoted Dinkleboo!
I will NEVER order from this company again! Too many other companies that provide better service! I will explode social media with this poorly run company business practices!

I just received my order and was very disappointed to find that the Christmas ornament was broken into 3 pieces, it seems as the packaging was not padded enough for the ornament to withstand the delivery?
Also, I would like to make mention of the Memory Game - Character Pack, I was also disappointed with the size and quality of packaging again this is definitely what I was expecting especially as you charge $25 for this.

Very dark and not qualitative print!
I have ordered a photo blanket from Dinkleboo and quality of the printing was terrible! Photo was very dark and hardly visible! This is such a waste of money. When I called customer service they said that my photo was dark and bad quality from the very beginning. It was a complete lie! I made the photo myself and I'm a professional photographer and have really expensive camera and my photos are always bright and super qualitative! I do not recommend this website!
Horrible quality
I ordered two books from Dinkleboo back in November and received my order only yesterday. It took them forever to ship the books to Canada! It actually took them almost 3 months! How ridiculous is that! The books I received looked used, the quality was very poor and books did not look new. I bought personalized books for my son, but those were so ugly that I didn't even give them to him! Actually images looked creepy and that was the second reason why I decided not giving him the books. There are a lot better personalized children books out there online. Do not buy anything from Dinkleboo!
Customer service is ridiculous!
I purchased two books from Dinkleboo. When my order arrived one book was missing. The website guaranteed Christmas delivery on time, but Christmas passed and one book is still missing. I made an order on December 3rd within the Christmas delivery deadline. I contacted customer service almost every day starting from December 15th. I send them a message asking for a tracking number, but was told that the missing book does not have a tracking number. I was also told the book is out of stock and will show up by Christmas. It is January 5th now and still heard nothing from Dinkleboo. Customer service is ridiculous!

Paid for a promotional discount code on Groupon for a Personalised Christmas Book from Dinkleboo. Thought it'd be great for my daughter. Entered requested details on Dinkleboo & entered discount code which was accepted. Then they're website crashed & shows a page error. I retry later only to find my discount code is now Invalid. Contacted the company only to be told the code has been used so it's now invalid & have to pay full price! How can it be used when no order was paid for or even placed thanks to their website failure? Now apparently it's all my fault, I must have entered the code wrong, I must have selected the wrong item, I must have magically crashed their website too! A quick Google search & lots of others are experiencing the same problem. Funny how they're website works if you don't use a voucher code & go to pay full price but the second you try a voucher code this company s Rees you over. Steer clear of these scammers!
