Deceptive financing
I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding my recent purchase experience at CampMart. On Saturday June8th I visited the store and purchased the 26BH trailer that was listed at $19,999.00. During the transaction, I encountered an unexpected problem that has left me quite dissatisfied. My husband and I asked Luke about the standard warranty, we were...

Peterborough Location. Horrible customer service once they have your money. Do not trust. Bought 2022 model in 2023 at a good discount, had to fight for them to honour their online sale price saying "that sale ended" even after showing manager the add on FB. Finally honoured price. Picked up trailer due to unavailability to deliver in a timely manner...

On September 6 in the morning we had an appointment with someone to look at our trailor regarding the floor spongy
He had our numbers and did not bother calling us and we were not there
He entered the trailor took video of the floors and not what we were complaining about because he didn’t bother calling us to find out
This is breaking and entry and the Peterborough police said d I could charge him which I plan on doing if I do not get a response
Desired outcome: I want my floors repaired and I will look around my trailer to make sure nothing was stolen

After reading an enormous number of negative reviews on BBB and Complaint Board, I am making sure that all my concerns are documented in writing and sent to the appropriate parties for a paper trail so that Campmart / 401 Auto RV Canada Inc. cannot come back and tell me they don’t have anything in writing. Huge warning: Get everything in writing and if they...

I purchased a trailer from camp mart When they delivered it they delivered it to us damaged Then they picked it up and took it to the shop. Had it in there for a while. The guy I bought it from said if there was anything wrong with it. I could bring it back within a week. If that was not the case then he left Now I need to find a lawyer As I have had this trailer for over a year It is not a very good company They don't care about their customers they only care about the money
Desired outcome: I would like a refund and to get my name off the trailer As I was lied to about the trailer and about the sale

We bought a brand new 2023 Grand River destination from CampMart Kanata in September they delievered it on the last day of park being open, already winterized apparently. Fast forward to opening this year, leak in the bedroom, water filtration canister exploded while their tech was there to look at water damage from leak in bedroom, water from one end of...

We purchased an RV, initially it had a leak which was repaired
We bought an RV that initially had a leak, which was fixed. Now, we're facing floor issues and the seller is uncooperative. We've incurred storage costs for unused space, and received a weak excuse about the floor, claiming the manufacturer's advice against repairs. However, the manufacturer refuted this. Since October 9th, Campmart (4201Auto) has held our trailer without initiating contact; we always have to call. Their customer service is disappointing. I'm seeking a full refund for the RV.

Went to camp mart to look at trailers. First time buyers. Told that our credit score limited what we could purchase. Only trailer we looked at that was attainable was a *** they said. we were told my credit app did not pass "muster" so my husband was asked to complete app. No problem getting credit from there for this trailer. My husband was unemployed at this time so this made no sense. Checked credit report after purchasing to find my credit is very good which was unnerving but we had purchased the trailer, liked the trailer so we moved on even though it was deceptive sales tactics. My concern then, was my credit was in tact. I was panicked. Day of delivery July 6th the trailer was brought to our site but, was not what we purchased. This trailer had no oven, wall design was different, lighting was different, fridge was smaller, TV's were not the size they promised(in fact a tiny tv was just laid on a bed in an open box), plus other things. We called and were told " we were lucky to have a trailer" and these were only "slight differences" and that we were told about them. We were not. Requested it be sent back repeatedly .. answer was no. asked about a 2000 refund in lieu of what we were missing. told no. We were told the trailer we went through was sold in this same discussion. We had the owner of the site waiting over an hour to move the trailer to the site. We decided we would call head office and rectify the next day and put trailer on site. We were worried about the loan details, as we did not get copy of purchase agreement until the trailer came to the site. Asked for it, but not provided... 10 minutes after trailer is in place, and fees paid to do so, the manager calls back and says you can send it back if you like. it was too late at this point. I decided I would contact head office for some closure to this problem. Emailed three times and have heard nothing back in relation to the events at time of purchase, the deceptive sales tactics, and the wrong trailer being delivered. we bought a 2020 travel trailer last August from a dealership and had issues with it
we bought a 2020 travel trailer from a dealership last August and encountered a problem. I reached out to the service center in July and sent them a photo on August 3. Despite following up on August 5, the issue persists over a month later without resolution. I lodged a complaint with the manufacturer's customer service; they acknowledged but failed to act. The trailer will soon be winterized, and this warranty work remains undone. The black water tank valve is faulty, risking leakage of waste. I initially contacted them on July 20.

We bought an RV for $48,580.63 on June 24, and encountered a malfunction.
We bought an RV for $48,580.63 on June 24, and upon getting it home, one of the slide-outs malfunctioned. We contacted Campmart, dissatisfied with the customer service in Ingersoll where we initially purchased our RV. Jazz M. directed us to the London location, where they discovered faulty wiring. They offered us another RV for $64,298.30, which we thought was new but was actually a display model. Believing the more expensive RV would be trouble-free, we signed the documents on July 23. We didn't use it until Labor Day weekend. On the last night, we experienced a severe leak. We returned the trailer on September 7. Allie inspected the trailer and noticed bubbling walls. We contacted Matt C., VP of consumer affairs, who asked us to leave it with him, but we've had to follow up for a resolution.

August 14 I went to CampMart in London, ON
August 14 I went to CampMart in London, ON. Signed paperwork for a 2021 travel trailer and trading in our travel trailer. They did not give us any of the signed paperwork, nothing. I had assumed it was just to see if I would be approved. I emailed the finance guy on August 19th saying I was no longer interested in trading and getting the new trailer. On August 20th a payment of approx $121 was taken from my bank account for this new trailer, which I do not even have, nor do I have a delivery date. My partner has called CampMart and spoke with *** the GM there who stated they could not cancel the trailer as the new loan has been taken out and old loan paid off. August 16 and now August 30th payments of $166 and $121 continue to be taken from my account for the other trailer that was supposed to have been paid off. We continue to have no delivery date of the new trailer. We have no paperwork. The GM said he would get us a delivery date and has been silent for days now.

Purchased a brand new 2019 *** in spring of 2019
Purchased a brand new 2019 *** in spring of 2019. Purchased the full 5 yr extended warranty. Put $10000 down on the deal. Called campmart at the end of Aug 2020 and told them I have a leak in the bunkhouse. They told me it had to be in on Sept 16th or would not be looked at until October. Dropped it off Sept 16th. Well I called ever two weeks for an update, still not looked at as of Nov 1st. Just sitting there. I then called every week, they told me its next in line but still no update. Finally, they told me they were waiting on warranty to send the paperwork. 2 more weeks go by, still nothing. Just received a call today ( Nov 30th 2020 ) that warranty has denied my claim. They will only fix the leaky part and not the damaged it caused to the trailer. I should also mention that MIKE in Service there told me one tech fell through the floor, so there is even more damage know that when I brought it in. I have spoken to the warranty department and waiting for them to call me tomorrow. The leak in under the trailer and the whole bottom is covered. There is no window in that area, so its not that. Service wont tell me what is leaking either

I went to 401 Campmart in London Ontario in January and bought a 2019 travel trailer.
I visited 401 Campmart in London Ontario for the first time in January and purchased a 2019 travel trailer. That year, we experienced water leaks and structural issues with the trailer. Despite promises, repairs were not made, leading to frustration. Eventually, the manager, who was also our sales rep, agreed to replace it due to the numerous issues. In September , I acquired a 2018 model at the end of our camping season. However, I later discovered that I was charged for accessories that were supposedly included. The replacement, which we only saw in pictures, came from Cambridge. Upon inspection two weeks ago, we found a bedroom panel with holes, a broken canopy arm, and missing trim. Our attempts to address these issues with the dealer have been unproductive. Despite the pandemic, I believe the outdoor repairs and parts ordering could proceed. I had paid $1295.00 for accessories that should have been verified, expecting thorough pre-delivery checks for such an investment.

We purchased a brand new trailer from CampMart RV in Innisfil, ON in April
We purchased a brand new trailer from CampMart RV in Innisfil, ON in April . We brought the trailer home and used the trailer for only one weekend in August . We had it winterized and stored in September until July . We de-winterized it in July and took it camping for the second time since we got it last weekend. Upon arriving in the campground and setting up the trailer we discovered that the jack foot from the front jack was missing, it had fallen off somewhere on the way. We weren't on rough or bumpy roads at all, there should be no reason for the jack foot to come off. While camping we noticed water seeping from under the tub/shower onto the floor. Upon further inspection we discovered that the plumbing under the tub/shower had never been connected to the drain. The pipes were just sitting under there not connected so the water that drained from the shower was draining freely wherever it could go, not to the grey water tank where it should go. The insulated interior bottom of the trailer under the bathroom was soaked. We now fear mold may develop. The main man door into the trailer doesn't close properly and won't stay closed. The place where you connect the water to the trailer on the outside leaks. The ignition does not work on the stove in the trailer, neither the burners or the oven. We contacted CampMart RV on July 30 and they told us that they would not cover the faults in the trailer to be fixed under its warranty. It's a brand new trailer and it's only been used twice. None of these defects were through our fault, they are all manufacturing flaws. I mentioned to them that it sounded like I might have to get legal advice in order to deal with them. They informed me that since I had mentioned legalities they were terminating the conversation and hung up on me. I believe the person I spoke to on the phone from CampMart RV was ***. Extremely dissapointing with my entire experience at Campmart RV Kanata
Extremely dissapointing with my entire experience at Campmart RV Kanata. Early May I decided to go look at RV's with my family, the employee that approached us by the name of *** told us to apply and see what what kind of RV he can get us. We sat with him and filled out paper work, everyday after that he called with extra info he needed for the finance companies. After 2 weeks he contacted us telling us we were approved for a preowned RV. 2 months past now Beginning of August he calls to tell us he find us a RV and to come in to see it, the following day we go and *** tells us that the RV he found us was sold but he has another one, he shows us similar models on *** but no actual pictures of the RV, he then tells us the RV is not at their location but will be delivered in 2-4 days but we need to put $2500 deposit and sign the contract so he can old it for us so we signs.7 days past still no word on our RV, we finally get a call stating that our RV is ready to be viewed but it needs to be cleaned before they can deliver it to us. We make our way to the dealership, the manager and *** show us the RV, we accept even if the RV is not at all the one we wanted but at this point we payed for a lot at a campsite. The manager says we will have it delived in the next few days. It is now Aug 27th and still no word on delivery so i call the dealership and the receptionist tells me she will have someone call me back, i refused and told her i wanted to speak to someone since nobody ever calls me back. The manager comes on the line and tells me he will look into it. Honestly this dealership has no idea what is happening.*We never received a copy of our purchase contract.*The never told us when our 1st payment would come out.*The staff are very unprofessional *The management had zero idea on what was happening with our purchase.*** the sales associate that helped us was rude and extremely unprofessional. I am beyond disappointed with Campmart and would not recommend.

Purchased a 2019 travel trailer in July the same year
Bought a 2019 travel trailer in July. The sale went smoothly and the trailer arrived as expected. Initially pleased, but soon issues arose. The trailer swayed uncontrollably, a concealed crack in the frame was discovered, and a soft floor spot emerged within two months. I fixed the brakes and the frame crack myself but got no response from the seller. The floor issue persisted, and despite my efforts to get it resolved through the dealer, I faced a lack of support. A repair shop found water damage and mold, but the dealer later informed me that the manufacturer denied the repair claim, blaming me. I learned the trailer had a pre-purchase repair, details of which were withheld. Feeling deceived and let down after investing $50,000, I'm left with a damaged trailer and no repair approval.

When we purchased the trailer the purchase price was $7995 for a 8.5 ft pop up trailer ten
When we purchased the trailer the purchase price was $7995 for a 8.5 ft pop up trailer ten.we agreed and arranged to sign for the trailer the next day. Campmart had a special on where you could use a $500.00 credit and apply it to purhcase. When we arrived we spoke to Melissa S. the general manager and she said no to the credit and told us were lucky to get it at the price of $7995 as it had gone up to $10995 today. I did reach out to Customer care and was told i would get the coupons / Credit but nothing ever arrived. When the trailer arrived and we opened it up and found a huge number of problems. After nearly three weeks they were resolved however i do not belive i should have to pay $1295 for a Pre Delivery inspection that did not take place 1. No Owner Manual - Super important as the trailer keeps on referring back to it if you have any questions and I have lots. Demo was not provided at drop off as they had indicated it would be. 2. When the guy arrived he said he was late as the jack was no good so he had to take it off. The one he put back on is second hand and does not fit the trailer well. Also the wheel falls off as it is the wrong size. (has been replaced again with a used one but it is the right size). 3. I believe that the door is not set up to be hung correctly you have to have the trailer extended to be able to put the door in but if you do that it stretches the material too much which causes a buckling of the the white railing which holds the material up (we have been told this is fine. If the material gives from being pulled they will take care of that) 4. By the door there are two extra flaps with velcro which are either sewn on wrong as they attach to nothing. (no answer to this one) 5. The door has a rip in the screen (screen has since been replaced) 6. The door inside slider, the metal top is not even attached to the slider. The holes are cut in the wrong place and you can tell that they were always done this way. Not pulled out (One has been ordered but no date set as to when they would fix). 7. The Cuttlery drawer was stuck closed so had not been used. When we put it up it had jiggled itself loose. That being said you still can not use it as it is not sitting on a runner and I can not find a way to fix it.. (This has since been fixed) 8. Shelving unit is held up with staples and collapsed when we put 4 plastic plates on it. I have asked not to pay the Pre Delviery inspection as they did not do it. They had a secretary call me back to offer a $200.00 instore credit but would not speak to me further about it.
