Quality Outdoor Clothing with a Commitment to Sustainability
As someone who has been a loyal customer of Patagonia for over two decades, I can confidently say that their vests and jackets are unparalleled in durability and quality. The materials, stitching, and color retention are exceptional, making each purchase a long-lasting investment. While their products may come at a slightly higher price point, the value you receive is incomparable. What truly sets Patagonia apart is their genuine commitment to environmental conservation, which resonates with me on a personal level. Knowing that each purchase supports a company that cares deeply about the planet adds an extra layer of satisfaction to every transaction. Patagonia is not just a brand; it's a lifestyle choice for those who value quality, sustainability, and the great outdoors.
Top Tier All The Way
Patagonia is an outstanding company for outdoor and adventure wear.
Their designs are pragmatic yet hip and attractive.
They also sell an extensive line of outdoor gear for camping, canoeing, and such.
I bought my parachute cording from them... that is how much I trust them.
My SO bought one of their jackets years ago. Eventually the collar frayed, and I repaired it. But when my repair could no longer hold... we sent the jacket back to the company.
It came back to us six weeks later in perfect condition. New collar... and at no charge.
Their fleeces are epic, I might add.
Five shiny rugged stars for Patagonia... you rock!

Every single piece of clothing I have from Patagonia, like those nano puffers and vests, have had these disastrous zipper problems
Every single piece of clothing I have from Patagonia, like those nano puffers and vests, have had these disastrous zipper problems. And let me tell you, this is only happening with my Patagonia stuff. They keep bragging about this super solid guarantee, but it's all a big fat lie. They said they'd send me some shipping labels and fix the zippers in a whopping 19 weeks. Can you believe that? It's just ridiculous. And here's the kicker, my clothes were made in some place called the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, in these forced labor camps! No wonder the quality is so terrible. Those poor folks are being forced to put these zippers and other parts together under all sorts of pressure. I'd rather just get my money back or, if I have no other choice, swap it for the exact same thing.
I placed order US***691 on Dec 7 for an item to be delivered using 2 day shipping. I went on vacation for a week and a half and returned home to find this order was not waiting for me. When I tried calling Patagonia I could not get through to Customer Service and now it is the week of Christmas. This was meant to be a holiday gift and it is now ruined. I was charged $28 just for 2 day shipping alone and now nearly 3 weeks later the order still isn't here. Terrible.
I sent back some stuff on 1/13 'cause they sent me the wrong sizes
I sent back some stuff on 1/13 'cause they sent me the wrong sizes. I talked to a rep and they were super rude when I just asked 'em how to do an exchange. They said to send everything back and make a new order. They gave me a label that said it was goin' back to Torrance, CA. I dropped off all the stuff and it's been a few weeks with no updates. I reached out to 'em again to ask about my refund so I can make a new order. They told me there ain't no return processed or nothin'. Then another rep said they never got my return and it never made it to their "Reno, Nevada" Warehouse, which ain't even the same place as the label they gave me at first.
On November 26, 2022, I started a return for a $1009 order of multiple Patagonia bags
On November 26, 2022, I started a return for a $1009 order of multiple Patagonia bags. I got my return label and shipped the item out by November 29, 2022. I've been waiting for my item to be received and refunded, but Patagonia used a shady 3rd party UPS shipping service and my package got lost. The tracking number is 92***82***0790. The item was supposed to be delivered on December 10, 2022, but there were no updates. So either Patagonia got my item and hid the fact, or UPS lost my package. Either way, it's the company's responsibility to handle these issues when they provide shipping services and labels (especially when they try to save money). If I had the choice, I would have returned my item directly through USPS or even FedEx, not a 3rd party. I reached out on December 22 for an update, but they said there was none yet and told me to contact them again after New Year's. I did so on January 5th, but still no response.

On February 3, 2023, I sent back M's SugarDown Hoody Item: 85530 Crater Blue XL with the return label that Patagonia gave me
On February 3, 2023, I sent back M's SugarDown Hoody Item: 85530 Crater Blue XL with the return label that Patagonia gave me. The tracking number is 92***99 9911 ***6 62. Normally, it takes about 5 days for the return to reach their return center in Reno, Nevada. However, it still hasn't arrived, and it's been 10 business days. There haven't been any updates in the tracking since February 4, 2023. I've contacted Patagonia more than 20 times about the lost package and when I can expect my refund. But every time, I get different responses. One person said they would submit my refund because the package is probably lost since there have been no updates in tracking for over a week. But they lied because I haven't received anything. I'm filing this complaint because I'm tired of being treated like I did something wrong when all I did was use their return label and send it back. It's not my fault it's lost. Also, many of the customer service agents I talk to have attitudes with me, like they don't want to help me.
On 02/06, Patagonia got my gear for fixin'
On 02/06, Patagonia got my gear for fixin'. On 03/30, they sent me an email sayin' they fixed it up and sent it back to me. On 04/01, I opened the box and dang, my gear was all crammed in a wet plastic bag. It's all moldy now and them down feathers are gone. They left a note sayin' they couldn't fix it 'cause it was dirty. But I sent 'em the jacket all clean and spiffy. Looks like someone at Patagonia washed it, feathers fell out, and then they just left it in the warehouse for six weeks to get all moldy. I don't know what the heck happened, but I'm real disappointed and disgusted. Mold ain't good for your health, so it's real nasty that they did this. Patagonia wrecked my favorite jacket and didn't even explain why. I mailed it to 'em in good condition and got it back all wet, ruined, and moldy. I'm attachin' some pictures to show y'all how bad it is. I sure do regret sendin' it in now. It was perfectly fine before, just needed some holes fixed and more down stuffing.
I gotta say, I got a bone to pick with Patagonia
I gotta say, I got a bone to pick with Patagonia. So, I ordered some clothes from them as a Thanksgiving gift for my fam, you know? My order number is US 17***79. But guess what? When the package arrived, the boxes were all busted up and one of the items was missing. And to top it off, the stuff they did send was a size too small for us. Can you believe that?
So, naturally, I decided to return the whole shebang. I shipped it back to them using USPS, and the tracking number is 9202 *** 8802 12. I sent it out on November 21, 2022. Now, on their website, it said they would process the return in 4 days. But it's been a whopping 17 days and I haven't heard a peep from Patagonia. I reached out to their customer service to ask about my refund, and you know what they said? They won't give me my money back until they get the return. Can you believe the nerve?
I checked the tracking on the USPS website, and it's been stuck in transit since last Wednesday, November 30, 2022. It hasn't been updated since then. I called customer service twice, and all they told me was to keep waiting until they receive the clothes. But what if they never get it? Am I supposed to wait forever? This whole situation has got me feeling really ticked off and frustrated with their customer service. I'm demanding a full refund right now.
This is about my order #1***24
This is about my order #1***24. So, I got this Patagonia Vest as a gift, but it started fading in some spots. I reached out to Patagonia to get it replaced. They told me to send it back, so I did. But guess what? Instead of getting a new vest, they gave me a credit for $80.06. That's $69.00 less than what a new one would cost! And to make matters worse, they recycled my old vest, so I couldn't even get it back like I wanted. I've been a loyal customer of Patagonia for a long time, and this is the first time I've had a bad experience. If I had known I'd have to pay $70 just to get a replacement vest, I would have just dealt with the fading. All I wanted was a new vest because I've never had one from Patagonia fade before. My family has 11 Patagonia jackets and vests, and we've never seen this happen. That's why I contacted customer support. I'm really disappointed that they never told me I'd only get 50% of the value back. If I had known, I wouldn't have sent it in. Now I'm out of money and a vest.
On November 23rd, 2022, I asked Patagonia, Inc
On November 23rd, 2022, I asked Patagonia, Inc. to take back some stuff I got from them 'cause I thought it was messed up when it arrived. One of the packages was sticking out of the box and looked like it had been opened. When I saw that, I decided not to open any of the packages and just send them back. They gave me a label on the same day, November 23rd, 2022, and it had a tracking number like 1ZE***849142. I sent it out on November 29th, 2022. But then, during the December holidays, it got lost or something and they found it again in Secaucus New Jersey on December 14th. But then it got lost again and they opened a claim on January 11th, 2023. The next day, January 12th, they said they sent a claim to the sender, which I guess is UPS. It's been months now, and I still haven't gotten my money back. It seems like UPS paid Patagonia or something. I'm writing this complaint to let everyone know that Patagonia, Inc. is taking forever to process my return and I hope someone higher up can help me find my stuff.
I've been trying to fix this problem with Patagonia for a whole month now
I've been trying to fix this problem with Patagonia for a whole month now. I still haven't gotten my money back for order number (US17378271), even though I returned all the items. They told me they were unboxing it the first time, but that was like two or three weeks ago and I haven't heard anything since. It doesn't make sense to me that Patagonia says they're unboxing my return when UPS says it's been out for delivery for three weeks already. I even talked to UPS and they said I can't file a claim because it's a return service. I don't know what else to do to get my money back from Patagonia for my returned order. My last option is to dispute the charge with American Express. I'm so disappointed that I've been so loyal to a company that clearly doesn't care about the money I spend there every year. I'm going to take my business elsewhere since they treat me like a criminal just for trying to return something. They really need to improve their customer service. This has been a terrible experience. T *** [protected]@icloud.com 115 Vernon Ave Louisville KY 40206 USPS/UPS return service tracking number 92***82***3338
I sent in two brand new Patagonia jackets, one of them is a half snap pullover and the other is a basically brand new Patagonia puffy jacket
I sent in two brand new Patagonia jackets, one of them is a half snap pullover and the other is a basically brand new Patagonia puffy jacket. Patagonia/Worn Wear won't give me credit for the puffy jacket because of "loose stitching." Nowhere on their website does it say that they don't accept jackets with loose stitching, and this jacket is brand new. On the FAQ, it clearly states, "We accept used Patagonia clothing that functions perfectly and is in good condition," and this puffy jacket was in brand new condition. I got it as a Christmas gift without a receipt and didn't even have a chance to wear it because it was too small, so it stayed untouched in my closet. I followed all the guidelines to ensure I would get credit, and now I'm really disappointed that they're trying to scam me. There's no mention of "loose stitching" on their website, and I have photos to prove that the jacket was in fantastic condition. I'm having trouble attaching the photos here, so I'll try to send them via email if that works. I started the trade-in process on October 25th and received credit on November 23rd. Worn Wear claimed to offer 50% more with trade-ins during October, but I didn't receive that. The business hasn't made any effort to resolve this issue. My trade-in number is TN-A0E49A18.

I returned a Patagonia Los Gatos vest via the shipping label provided by Patagonia on 8/14
I returned a Patagonia Los Gatos vest via the shipping label provided by Patagonia on 8/14. The vest was received back by Patagonia on 8/24. I have not received the refund for the item. I spoke via "chat" on the Patagonia website with a representative named Megan who informed me they had received the vest but they had issues refunding customers to their PayPal accounts so the refund was not done. She then checked and stated the issue had been resolved with PayPal accounts and she would have them do the refund but it would take a week or more. The charged to my PayPal was immediate when I ordered the vest and it has been almost a month waiting for my refund. The original order number is US1***78.
