Did no give me the right order and being rude
Her name was liea she was being rude and being rasist and not giving me a top for the ice cream and when my mom came out to talk my mom said I wanted a pin and liea said pineapple [protected] Terrible service, they made fun of my mom for not knowing how to properly pronounce the ice cream she wanted. It's a shame that such a large company has such unpleasant employees.

Raspberry Cheesecake Ice Cream
Good evening, My husband and I are true Stewart's fans. In addition to your ice cream, we purchase milk, eggs on a routine basis, and I get a cup of coffee every single day. Our Stewart's is located on Rt 5 in Glenville, NY [outstanding and friendly staff work there]
Yesterday (10/10/2023) my husband and I purchased your Raspberry Cheesecake ice cream. I want to tell you this was the worst ice cream my husband and I have ever tasted in our lives. What a waste of money. We threw it in the garbage. There are flavors discontinued that were simply wonderful and you have this flavor which tastes simply horrid.

Bad service on employee
I shop at my local Stewart's shop,on West main Street and west bridge street in Catskill, ny.However when I shop their,there is 1 employee that refuses to wait on me her name is cherish. 1 time I waited 12 minutes for her co-worker to wait on me,because cherish refused to wait on me,everytime I go in she will not cash me out,this is uncalled for.i believe the main office needs to speak to cherish about this.many times I try not shop when she's on duty,

Shop 122 cohoes. Since when is it ok to let a dog(pitbull) into your store? In no way was this dog a service dog. I ask the clerk and she told that she couldn't ask the young man if is a service dog. Bull, dogs are no allowed into a food establishment, unless it is a service dog. I will report this complaint to the state of New York. I happen to live next to your store 122, and this is not the 1st, that I have been in this store where a dog was allowed to come in. Again it wasn't a service dog.

Good day! Your store manager in the harrisville ny store is definitely not cut out for working with the public! 3 times ive been in to that store dor lunch, coffee or gas and she had waited on me with a mean look on her face amd very very snotty with customers! Ive seen it and heard it with my own eyes! Folks talk about how rude she is Jaime is her first name! Folks just start switching to sliders! Wicked friendly service with out the snotty mean slams or looks!

I am a 57 year old male I went into the store with a friend in New Paltz New York they told me they wouldn't sell me cigarettes because the person I was with didn't have ID where in the law does it say everybody who's in the store has to have an ID to buy cigarettes the customer service is in store I don't appreciate and I would never go when I store ever again to purchase anything meanwhile with the daily customer
Unprofessional attitude
I bought alcoholic beverages and a rude comment was made about the amount I was purchasing. This is *not* the first time they have made such comments, at random different interactions/types of purches . Perhaps they should consider that someone is buying enough so that they don't have to interact with them as often to hear such comments. For the most, part the staff at that location is excellent. Just keep your professional mouth in check (coming from someone who's worked in customer service for over 20 years). Call me a Karen all you want, but if I made similar comments working as a bank teller, you'd feel some type of way too.

On October 16th 2022 I was wrongfully terminated from the herkimer Stewart's shop by Nikki herting and Ryan, Ryan was only there for nikki's protection in case I tried doing something to her. She waited until I only had 20 minutes left of my shift to fire me, her reasoning was that my health problems had become an issue for their company and that she's trying to grow the company and can't with having someone as slow as me working for them, she discriminated against my health issues and disability, which is illegal in the state of NY.

Today as any mornkng I came into Stewart’s to get a hot cup of coffee. I noticed there wasn’t any coffee so I waited until the partner was done with customers to get a fresh pot. After about 10 minutes of standing there being ignored while one person counted cigarettes and the other one ignored me, I spoke up and asked for a fresh pot stating that i felt like I was being ignored. the lady came and got me a fresh pot but not after standing with the other partner and talking about me, so while I was waiting in line to pay for my coffee they pretty much kicked me out and told me they would pay for my coffee. I felt so embarrassed and singled out I just said thank you and left. I worked at Stewart’s and I know that they hold their partners to a certain level of respect for customers. Needless to say I will not be back to that Stewart’s again.
Desired outcome: Better partners and ones that don’t go out on cigarette breaks all day.
Stewart's diet gingerale
I have been buying stewarts sodas for years, most recently thier diet ginger ale for the past year . Recently I bought a couple six packs to find them revolting.
So I took them back to shop and got a replacement as I use to love this product. But only to find that the replacement was bad.. it taste nothing like gingerale any more. Has the formula changed and if so you have only managed to loose a customer.

The associate that waited on me was very rude. First, I asked for a double scoop in a dish and it looked like there was hardly anything in there. The ice cream wasn't for me, so naturally I wanted to make sure my brother was getting what he paid for. I asked him to weigh it, and he has a bad attitude and slammed the dip door shut. He weighed it and it was only 6oz. Mine was almost 8oz. He didn't bother to correct either one. He did not have a nametag on just a stewarts black fleece, so I don't know his name. But there are two people working, a female and a male. The male is the one that waited on me. The store location is 347 Aviation road, at 10:49pm on 08/16/2022. We normally get great service at this location. I feel you should know. Thank you for your time.
Desired outcome: I just want to report this to his manager, so they can know whats going on in their store when they aren't around.
Coffee cups and lids
Stewart’s coffee cups strikes again!
I totally understand your cup shortage. But this is absurd. The cups fold up in your hand then the top pops off and you have now covered yourself in coffee again. At this point I want to go to Cumberland farms and buy a cup and bring it to get my coffee. If the cup doesn’t explode then it leaks. I’m sick of cleaning my truck! Please find a different vendor.

Employee wouldn’t make a sub for me when I requested it
I went into the Cobleskill Stewart’s shop by the college at about 2:30 am and requested a sub from the employee, Kerri, who was working the shift and she refused to make my sub because she had “all this other [censored] to do”. Nothing else is open in town right now to my knowledge and I just wanted a fresh and tasty Stewart’s sub but instead I had my hopes and dreams dashed abruptly and harshly.

I go to Stewart's in herkimer ny all the time for a banana split I went last night Monday June 13th at around 8:30ish I asked for a banana split with everything but peanuts, I litterly got a banana small scoops of ice cream he started putting pineapples on it and stopped to put a little chocolate syrup, then he put whipped cream. He gave me a banana split with no strawberrys or Carmel and no cherry and very little pineapples. Every single time he's working he doesn't put everything that goes on a banana split on it, I say something to another employee about it and I basically get called a lier. My girlfriend ate it and said it's the worse banana split she ever had. I'm about to take my business elsewhere if the problem isn't fixed. I went in to the store there was a customer standing and being laid it on I had $40 and I was getting on pump five so I put the $40 on the other side of the cash register that was empty and said to the cashier I’m getting 40 on pump five she turned her head and raised her voice and said you’re gonna have to wait that’s very rude of you to come in here throwing money at me I did not throw the money at her I placed the money on the counter and simply nicely said I’m getting 40 on pump five my response was I am sorry but some of the other cashiers that know me allow me to come in and hand them the money and tell them what pump I’m getting gas on and how much I’m getting and I said Kate the manager lets me do this she pointed to her name badge while her other customer that she was waiting on was standing there in silence because she wasn’t waiting on him so she pointed her named that and said Ruebley well I’m not Kate I’m Paige and you’re gonna have to wait I asked her why she was being so rude to me and she said you’re gonna have to wait like I said so I looked at her and I said well now you’re taking and interrupting the customer you’re waiting on and being rude to him by not giving him service and she got louder and said that’s because I’m having to tell you what I need you to do and I simply looked at her and I said I’ve not been rude to you I’m getting 40 on Palm five thank you I went out to the pump to go press P inside and pump my gas and she stopped it two times so then she came over the speaker and said pump five please put the nozzle back and wait for me to put your pre-pay on so I hung the nozzle back up and pumped my gas it took me three times to get my $40 and there was a gentleman standing there who worked for Stewart’s his name was Ryan he came out and he was looking and fixing garbage and I said to him I said you know she was very rude and she didn’t need to be and she cut my gas off two times and then was very employed inside he said well I’m really sorry about that this pump has been acting funny and I said it’s not acting funny she cut the gas off on me twice so then I said have a great day and he said I’m sorry that happened U2 the cashiers name was page at Malone New York’s finne Boulevard Stewart’s
