Manager disrespectful , rude
The manager of the Ticonderoga store is very rude and disrespectful to the customers ,she ignores people gives them attitude when the try ordering makes excuses up so she doesn't have to make stuff for them,the soup, chili ,and Mac and cheese are either dried up or nothing in the pot, she puts her stomach on the counter she sits behind the cigarette rack and does nothing she talks about her customers to other people she should not be a manager if she can not have customer skills you guys are loosing a lot of people because of her I hope you do something about her or you will continue to loose customers and if something in not done we will have a protest in front of the Ticonderoga store to demand for her to be fired

I would like to file a complaint against Stewart shop in Baldwinsville New York one of your employees was very rude to me about some ice cream I had him my card I had to him he thought on the counter I asked him about five besides the pizza he was there rude he threw my pizza on the counter he didn’t give it to me I took the pizza I’ll pay for it and I laugh I came back the same night to talk to a supervisor when did you guys thank you said Ray the young lady was very nice but the supervisor there for the night was very nasty he wouldn’t give me his name and he tell me call he don’t care I spend too much money at two store but we treated the way I was treated I promise I will not go to that Stewart store anymore

I have visited the steward shop in West Sand Lake every morning this week looking for breakfast pizza and they haven't made one all week. Today I asked and was told no they aren't making one because it was very slow.
Desired outcome: Do your job and make the pizza every morning.
Lack of products (mainly coffee cups),, lack of debit card use ability (asking for "cash only")
Iv;e shopped at store # 242 here in Saranac Lake for years! Recently there has been break downs of the registers (Lots actually) and now the idea that they say "Cash only" and we have an ATM over there, is uncalled for! People get charged to use ATM'S, The register issues have been going on for a very long time. Corporate leaders need to get off their [censored] and fix these issues. I won't go back again as long as I live here if you leaders can't get things correct. Oh, and today, they are down to "small" cups only for coffee... I'd be embarrassed if I were you.

I have recently visited a stewarts shop in meco New York and the manager of the store was running the register. I was standing there looking at coffee cups noticing there was no medium cups. She comes over to me in a very sarcastic and moody voice and says whats the matter? I explain to her there was no medium cups. She then slams them on the rack and says were almost out was trying to save some.. For whom? a better customer? But thats not all I then make my coffee and there is no creamer so i hold up the empty creamer container and explain theres no creamer. She then rips the container from my hand and says if they are empty throw them in the trash! And thats still not it... I go to register to cash out which she is now running and proceed to give her a lottery ticket to cash in and she gives me a real dirty look and scratches off the bottom part which i forgot to do. Long story short I will (NEVER) go back there.

Pizza
I usually order pizza from my local Stewart's shop and was extremely disappointed this week when I went to order and was told they now only have premade pizzas and couldn't make the pizza with the toppings I usually get. This truly saddens me and my family. As this was reasonably price pizza that had really good flavor. I'm truly disappointed by this change and hope that Stewart's will reconsider this option and nix the premade.
Desired outcome: I want the normal pizzas brought back to the shops.

Is it your guidelines to have shift supervisors have their significant other
there while they work? I frequent Stewart's Shop 247. Emily the shift supervisor has her significant other there doing cross-word puzzles and sits next to him while on break. Her attitude changes when he is there, and is not too friendly at that point. Not just to me, but other customers. Is Ron the manager aware of this?

Nasty employee
The Stewart's in malta on route 9 ny store number 2505 I was at the store purchasing 4 footlongs subs at almost 33 dollars the shift leader not sure on the name was not only very nasty because she asked what kind of subs I would like then after she put the meat on she took it upon herself to put whatever she would like on them (lettuce tomato ) and no dressing without even asking what I would like she has no idea if me or anyone else I am picking dinner up for are allergic or if we wanted anything on them at all so after she made then and wrapped them I asked her if she could please include some banana peppers on one of them and she ripped the sub off the counter half way out of my hand and purseded she say with her nasty attuide is that it? If I hadn't already paid I would of just left them and walked out thus happened on Aug 30th at about 7pm there was only 2 girls working as it was one of them I would appreciate someone to reach out to me regarding this matter or else I will take further action.

My son was hired by Stewart's and had difficulties performing on the register. The last day he worked, his boss told him not to sign in for some reason. On 6/29/21 (about 4:10 pm) I was in the Stewarts shop on Broadway in Ft. Edward-the newer one closet to Washington Co. Dept. of Social Services. I walked in and got a gallon of milk and 2 ice creams that were on sale. I went to the second register to check out and I asked if anyone could help me. The girl at the first register said I'll be with you in a minute. I said I might as well come to your register (and wait in line) since no one else came forward to help me. Mind you, there were 3 other people working, 2 of them were in the desk area and the manager was walking around the store, ignoring everything. So I began complaining to a customer sitting at a table, stating that this happens all of the time here in this store and I have finally had it! The girl at the first register said well, there are 2 people on break and the manager is doing inventory and she wasn't nice about it. SO I took my milk and ice cream and put it down on the area next to the register and was walking out when she told me not to come back to this store. It wasn't like this when the original manager was there-his name was Jason and he was very nice and didn't let stuff like this happen. Two people should not be on break at one time during a busy time of day. And if they are on break why don't they go in the back where the customers don't see them eating and just sitting around. Shift manager Heather
This Shift manager, Heather, at the Stewart's shop in Hillsdale, NY was very rude to every customer in the store. Sighing, complaining and yelling at customers. Made me not want to go back to that Stewart's. This shift manager, Heather, needs more training in customer service. I do not think she has the proper attitude to represent a company as a manager. It was a very unfortunate experience.
Desired outcome: More training for employee/she should not be the shift manager.
Pistachio gelato
I recently purchased ice cream at a near by store. When I got home as I was eatting the ice cream bit down on which I thought was a pistachio and it was a shell. Thank god I did not brake a tooth. Not very happy about what I discovered, never have a complaint about anything I've purchased at the store always satisfied. Would like a refund in return.

Re-coded products
I've bought several items that have been re-coded for a longer date and time..at the Stewart's in west Rutland. It's always been in the morning. The first code stamp says the date and then a time of 6pm and then there's another code stamp for the same day but 11pm or the following day with 11 pm date on them. I've talk no pictures. Also I've noticed that some of the employees have been conversating about pizza meats and ftg meats being re-coded! I also over heard them saying that the manager told an employee to re-code crock food for longer.
