CampMart review: pdi clearly not done, warranty doesn't cover poor craftsmanship

Peterborough Location. Horrible customer service once they have your money. Do not trust. Bought 2022 model in 2023 at a good discount, had to fight for them to honour their online sale price saying "that sale ended" even after showing manager the add on FB. Finally honoured price. Picked up trailer due to unavailability to deliver in a timely manner. Window almost fell out on highway due to faulty emergency latch. Received trailer with torn seal and leaking slide out. No fittings on any of the plumbing were tight, resulting in leaks throughout the entire trailer. They were not even hand tight, despite a PDI done at dealership. For the shower, I even had to cut out a separate access so that I could tighten. Missing keys upon pick up of trailer and was told there is a shortage too bad. Family is enjoying having a trailer again but it was a headache dealing with CampMart. Their quality/service are subpar. Sloppy craftsmanship as well, found cut outs, metal scraps, wrapping from fittings/electrical in all the nooks and cranny's including behind access panels. Doors had to be removed and realigned so they would close properly. Nails were popping up through floor upon first use. Table benches held together by thin cross beams secured by a single staple, had to repair. Faulty wiring on hot water tank. Poor quality inside and out. The list goes on.
