But your system was easy to use.I've been buying knife sharpeners for years and I think they're the best. I got them from J & B Tool Sales Incorporated. This is my first time for ordering from the company, though.I would like to know if you have 8" X 3/8ths" replacement ceramic sticks, too? Not only did I find that tool I found it here with these guys for way cheaper than anywhere else. Same tool same awesome software, just a little more affordable. Their customer service leaves something to be desired. We accidently put the wrong address (off by 1 number) on our address and they refuse to call fedex to change it. fedex will only let the shipper change this. They said they would rather it be returned and then we can reorder it. what a waste of time when it's on a fedex truck right now and it would only take 1 minute of their time. I also asked for a supervisor to call me regarding this and of course they didn't.

A few hours ago I accidentally ordered the wrong engine paint (Duplicolor de-mistake). I responded via email since a human cannot be reached by phone. Got an email back that said the order cannot be changed. This is very poor customer service but I have since ordered the correct paint (Duplicolor de-correction). This was an honest mistake by me but this company does not seem to care about its customer base. Now I will likely have to pay shipping to get the product back to you. All in all, I will have lost money dealing with this company.

I ordered online and the site said 2-5 days for delivery. It has been over 3 days now and the item has not even been shipped. I have sent 3 emails and called twice. The only response to the email was saying they are sorry and no response to the 2 voice mails. This is ridiculous. I'm totally in the dark right now as to the status of my order and it was almost $150. At this point I just want my money back but can't reach anyone to even do that. I have ordered through them before and spent almost $400 on that order. $550 and nothing? Like I said, ridiculous.

I saw someone use this tool to remove the bushings on YouTube. It looked simple enough to use and I will probably gift it to my mechanic after use or store for later use. Even always dependable Amazon did not have this tool in stock so thanks for making the purchase easy and not charging an arm and a leg to ship it to Hawaii like most mainland companies. The US Postal Priority Mail option was perfect. I will keep this site in mind when looking for additional tools. Check out was easy and can't wait for the part to arrive so I can change the bushings on both sides.

I ordered the maglite magtech LED flashlight from them on the box it is advertised as 310 lumens upon arrival and opening of the package the plastic blister pack had already been opened everything just fell out so it was incorrectly sealed I suspect that it was an open item upon testing the batteries the batteries tested 100% power brand new however when I compared the brightness to the maglite talk LED flashlight which claims to have 310 lumen power versus my maglite XL 50 which has 200 lumens the maglite XL 50 was almost twice as bright I will not be recommending this product I've contacted the company to try to get my money back and so far haven't heard anything

JBToolSales sent a heavy tool in a thin package. It arrived looking as if it was dropped. There was a hole in the box, and a peice of the tool could be seen. After several unanswered emails. JBToolSales sent an email only asking for a photo. I sent 4 photos. Then after several more of my unanswered emails. JBToolSales responsed to Amazon's email, which was only giving a RMA label. I put the damaged boxed tool inside a new package and sent it back to JBToolSales using a tracked shipper. I never heard again from JBTool Sales again. I have sent several more emails, and They never answer me. It has been 9 weeks now. And JBTools has taken my money, my item valued at $141.63 and they avoid me. I will never deal with this company again. JBToolSales is a big rip-off. Everyone should be warned.
Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. ordered tool box organizers got individual orders in multipal shipments with items missing. emailed "Susan" multiple times with updates on what was received and not received she seemed to start out ok with her responses than just ignored the rest, still have not received any updates on missing items. looking at J&B Tools responses to ComplaintsBoard.com complaints , most seem to be cut & past responses, as well as the ComplaintsBoard.com's responses. I am a individual with a huge shop a huge tool collection and take pride in my shop, I could have spent massive amounts of $ on there organizers, thinking I will need to find them elsewhere. good pricing means nothing with out good customer service. customer service should be a core value at any company. IE answer the phone and return emails in a reasonable time, not weeks or never.

Whenever I make a major tool purchase I check their price first. I've saved at least $300 on two purchases with them alone vs buying the same tools on Amazon. And their customer service excellent. I once ordered a Precision Instruments torque wrench and when the shipping date never seemed to arrive, I contacted J&B and was told they were waiting for Precision Instruments to manufacture more and they didn't know when that would be. They then offered to send me a calibrated one they DID have in stock, which was an upgrade since you always need to pay more for one that comes with a certified calibration certificate. Bottom line, as long as I'm buying tools, I'll be a J&B Tools customer.
Needed a tool ASAP
Needed a tool ASAP. Ordered a tool and paid for expedited shipping (UPS 2nd day air option, per the J & B website). The shipping cost twice the price of the tool. J & B did not provided expedited shipping in any sense of the word. It took them about 2 1/2 business days before they filled the order and the tool finally left the facility. And then, they did not ship the tool via UPS 2nd day--it was sent by truck via FedEx ground. I finally received the tool 9 days after ordering, resulting in $100s lost due to downtime. Replies to emails sent to J & B customer support were not timely, taking as long as four days(!), and contained inaccurate information. The one positive aspect of this transaction was that J & B refunded the shipping cost on their own initiative, which earned them one star. But the damage was already done to the tune of several hundred dollars in excess downtime. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend J & B Tools Inc.

My father is a mechanic but not computer savvy so he sometimes has me order things for him. I ordered a tool using my card and had it shipped to his home and it arrived quickly. I was so impressed that I decided to sign up in case we needed to order again. Shortly after my father needed another part so I ordered it for him. A day later the order was canceled with no explanation and I was refunded immediately. I figured it was some kind of mistake and tried again. Same thing. Order canceled and money immediately refunded. I tried a 3rd time but now my money is being held. Since my father can't repair his own vehicle with the part, he'll need the money to pay someone else to repair it. This has become a huge waste of time and money. I had to dig up a phone number to call because their email response was slow and gave very little info on next steps. All I ask is that customer service give more info on why an order was canceled and not leave their customers in the dark.

Then 2-days later I received an email that "confirmed" my order has shipped with a tracking number. After 2-more days, I noticed the tracking still showed UPS didn't have the package in their possession. There is no phone number for JB Tools, so I submitted an inquiry message on their website and also emailed them directly. Then, 5-days after placing the order, they responded and told me that my order could not be fulfilled and proceeded to cancel the order. Apparently their inventory system is wildly inaccurate and their ordering/fulfillment system is so defunct that it will claim your order has shipped when it hasn't. Then, they rely on customers noticing the tracking hasn't showed any progress, to reach out to them to diagnose issues inherent within their order management system. The person who responded to my email then made up a fake excuse accusing the "government" of interfering with my order. Ridiculous. This was absolutely unacceptable and put me in a terrible position, without the supplies I was relying on. I will never use JB Tools again and would caution anyone from using them.

Ordered a new saw from J & B Tool Sales Incorporated on May 21. Received it damaged. Contacted them immediately via only channel available, email. Sent picture of cracked base. Packed it back up. Was told they 'couldn't tell what it was' even though I provided a description, order number and a picture. Wanted me to unpack and take another picture of the entire saw. They 'answered' my email every 3-4 days, but never provided any updates or information of substance. I finally found a phone number online [protected]) and called. It's June 9 and they had a recording saying due to COVID, the office was closed. I waited until the message finished and it went to the very person who was (occasionally) answering emails. Explained the issue, asked for a replacement as I had done in prior emails. She told me I had to order another one (charge me twice) while I waited for the inspection on the damaged one. Told her I would wait and just have them send me the replacement after receiving the damaged one back. She said I'd have to place a new order at that time at the then 'current' price. If the sale is over when my card is credited, tough luck. Problems: 1. Poor communication 2. Discourages a direct discussion by phone 3. Will NOT replace a defective or damaged item & does not indicate so in emails 4. Is unresponsive to issues, taking days to reply if at all 5. Wasn't until I found a phone number that she begrudgingly agreed to send me a return label. I'll go elsewhere to get acceptable service. The price was not worth it for the hassle... I'm building a 30-40 wood shop and thought I had found a great tool supplier. Very disappointed.

It was shipped and then for some reason it was returned to sender in Northville Michigan without being delivered to me. The tracking number is *** I have tried emailing J&B Tool Sales Incorporated by replying to their order confirmation email and by using the form on their website and have never received a response. I have tried calling them at [protected] and left messages but never got a reply. At this point, I just want the order canceled and my money refunded. I don't believe this is a company I want to do business with.
I had placed an order with this company on 12/10. On 12/11 I received a emailed saying that my order had been shipped but there was no tracking info. After looking for an actual phone # to be able to talk to someone as i didn't get anywhere with email. I had to call and leave a message. I got no phone call back and the email that I finally received just had stated that when they get a tracking # it would be provided. I logged onto my account and there it had stated that I didn't even have a purchase pending but the money was taken from my credit card. It wasn't until 12/15 that I got a phone call because I had stated that I would contact and file a ComplaintsBoard.com, the attorney general and the federal trade commission. I had talk to a women named *** who had called me saying she had been out of the office 12/14 there are only 5 people that work there and all they do different jobs. I expressed my concerns about the lack of communication with emails and phones calls, that when I log into my account it states I have no orders at all, but that i received a email saying the item i ordered was shipped all i wanted was the shipping information and made *** aware that this item is going to my husbands place of business, I wanted the information to make sure either himself or someone was there to receive it because of the hours they are open. She had stated that she would get in touch with the manufacture and reach back out to me with any information I waited all day they close at 5:30. I waited till 3:30pmest and called and emailed and still have not gotten nothing back from this company. I have reached out to my credit card company who gave me a phone # which I had already called. I ordered an American Forge 3 ton racing jack for my husband for Christmas . I paid JB tools 370.08 on Nov 30,2020. It arrived Dec 5th. Although the package was damaged we did not open it until Dec 25th because It was a Christmas present. I did take photos of the box on that day as well as Dec 25th when we opened it and seen the damage to the jack itself. I emailed all the photos to Susan. She emailed me a return UPS shipping slip which my husband brought to UPS to return the item. We have verified that JB tools received the item back on Tuesday 1/5. We have called and emailed several times requesting either a new one be shipped or a refund so we can purchase one from somewhere else. We can not get anyone to return our calls or respond to emails. Received Fedex package with only two of the four items (the cheapest ones of course) in it. after a few emails to customer service ( because no phone number ), they blamed on 3rd party shipper and provided no more information and no product. still working with Paypal on refund. no problem paying for what i received, just have problem paying for what i did not receive. Customer service was pretty much worthless. JB Tool only response to paypal was the Fedex shipping of the 2 products.

On December 9th, I received a not so helpful reply from a "***" basically dismissing my inquiry and telling me once they receive tracking information, I would be emailed that number. I asked for an estimate of delivery and for a number in which I can speak with someone. I have not received any information that I have asked for, only a pretty rude reply from *** the second time around. If the item states "shipped", why is it taking so long to get an estimate delivery and tracking number?

In my order I purchased (3) VIM Tools MR12R15B 12" Red Magrail TL, Magnetic Socket Holder with 15 3/8" Studs I received two of the three items and the seller has been less than cooperative in making this right. I opened a case through eBay and Susan from their customer service department urged me to close the case against them but will do nothing to make this right. Upon reading the sellers feedback, this appears to be a common scam the seller is doing. They provide a tracking number to eBay and their is no guarantee how may items are in the box, only that they have shipped something.
I ordered and paid for a pack of two Dewalt 20v 5Ah batteries from JB Tools for $119.99. Upon receiving my order I found one of the batteries was defective and would not charge. After contacting JB Tools by email (the company does not offer a customer support telephone number, that should have been my first clue things would not go well) I was told I needed to return both batteries. I then had to request a return label multiple times before receiving one by email. I packaged the items and shipped them on August 24 and still have not received a refund. I've emailed them several times requesting an update on the status of the return and have not received any response other than a confirmation that they received my message.

We purchased a Clore Automotive ES6000 and received it on July 6. At that time we attempted to charge the jump start ES6000 however it would not completely charge according to the LED indicator lights on the ES6000 itself. At that time we called customer service and were told to keep trying to charge the ES6000 and so we did. We waited and waited and waited but the ES6000 would not charge, in fact we couldn't even use it to jump start my daughters Honda Accord, it wouldn't even turn over the engine. The ES6000 has not worked at all since receiving it on July 6th. We paid JB Tools $271.29 for the ES6000 and we have nothing to show for it except a useless unit that does nothing. Yesterday we left yet another message for customer service with no call back. Today my fiance called again from a different telephone number and was able to reach someone named ***. My fiance began telling *** about the debacle and while they were on speakerphone. *** then cut off my fiance and said and I quote, "Oh we spoke to *** about this a little while ago" I had never spoken with ***, in fact we had left another voice message the day before and also a week before to no avail. Since we were on speakerphone, (because I am blind and disabled due to Multiple Sclerosis, I interjected immediately and stated that I in fact had NOT spoken with anyone at J. B. Tools since July, I tried to explain to *** that she was making a mistake in stating that she had spoken with me and she very clearly stated that she had spoken with me which I can assure you is not the case. An argument then en***d because *** would not admit that she hadn't spoken with me, in fact she doubled down and then hung up on us. We then received a call from someone purporting to be ***'s manager and she took the same tact as *** denying that *** had made an error in who she had spoken to, then to our surprise *** entered the conversation via speakerphone and now stated that she had only listened to a voicemail and had not in fact spoken with either of us. The manager then said and I quote, "well let me look into this and I will send you an email with my findings." Findings? What? We purchased an item that we paid more than $250.00 for and you can't tell me what our recourse would be? The manager than said and I quote, "well you're really hard to talk to. We were outraged, we had been complaining about the defective ES6000 since we received it, in fact we were told to keep trying to use it even though it would not charge. In the second week of trying to charge we went to the garage and found that the ES6000 had created a sulphur smelling cloud in our garage. We were now concerned that this defective ES6000 could start a fire. We have been trying to get resolution on this matter for two months now to no avail. We are owed a total refund or a replacement ES6000 and have not been able to get anyone at JB Tools to agree to refund our money or replace the ES6000. The customer service personnel made up a story and then tried to silence us by repeatedly disconnecting our calls. The customer experience was abhorrent and the employees acted maliciously by repeatedly and intentionally disconnected our calls.
The problem is I did not receive the 12 pack grease that was listed on their ad. The ad read as follows legacy gcb12 porta-pak 12 grease and caulk tube storage box Item# jb-LEG-GCB12. THIS IS TERRIBLE THAT I DID NOT GET THE 12 GREASE.
Hi I order For the first time from jb tools on 9 september and tell me the order has shipped and delivery time 5 to 7 days but this is 22 september and still not shipped please i need help
I ordered a spray gun from JB Tools on [protected]. Order number is ***. It was shipped and then for some reason it was returned to sender in Northville Michigan without being delivered to me. The tracking number is *** I have tried emailing JB Tools by replying to their order confirmation email and by using the form on their website and have never received a response. I have tried calling them at [protected] and left messages but never got a reply. At this point, I just want the order canceled and my money refunded. I don't believe this is a company I want to do business with.

I purchased the following - 3M 30260 Purple Clean Sanding Hookit Disc, 3 in, P800, 50 discs per box JB-3M-30260 Quantity = 4 3M 36060 Perfect-It EX Rubbing Compound, Quart 3M-36060 Quantity = 2 I received part of the order (3M 30260 quantity 4) but did not receive the remaining two items (3M 36060 quantity 2). I have tried to call the phone number listed for the business and no one answers and you cannot leave any messages. I have contacted the business through the website twice with no responses and I have emailed them twice with no responses - this has been over a week now and I have not been able to contact or speak with anyone about my missing items from the order which is total of close to $85.00

I ordered and paid for a pack of two Dewalt 20v 5Ah batteries from JB Tools for $119.99. Upon receiving my order I found one of the batteries was defective and would not charge. After contacting JB Tools by email (the company does not offer a customer support telephone number, that should have been my first clue things would not go well) I was told I needed to return both batteries. I then had to request a return label multiple times before receiving one by email. I packaged the items and shipped them on August 24 and still have not received a refund. I've emailed them several times requesting an update on the status of the return and have not received any response other than a confirmation that they received my message.

I ordered an American Forge 3 ton racing jack for my husband for Christmas . I paid JB tools 370.08 on Nov 30,2020. It arrived Dec 5th. Although the package was damaged we did not open it until Dec 25th because It was a Christmas present. I did take photos of the box on that day as well as Dec 25th when we opened it and seen the damage to the jack itself. I emailed all the photos to Susan. She emailed me a return UPS shipping slip which my husband brought to UPS to return the item. We have verified that JB tools received the item back on Tuesday 1/5. We have called and emailed several times requesting either a new one be shipped or a refund so we can purchase one from somewhere else. We can not get anyone to return our calls or respond to emails. At this point I feel this company has stolen 370.08 from me and at this point I really just want my money back.

I purchased a product with a full payment and taxes due on line. JBToolsales processed my payment on July 17. I received the item with the box damaged. I felt the box was damaged so much the item was damaged also. As the box was torn open metal was exposed. After 6 weeks and 17 emails with the seller, I received a RMA label from JBToolsales. I sent the item in its original damaged box, but I doubled boxed it for security of the item. The tracked shipment was signed as delivered to JBToolsales on Sept 4, 2020. Since Then I have never received a phone call, no email, and no refund. On JBToolsales site they state “ All of our products are new and come with a warranty and friendly return policy" Well, They are liars. They took my product and kept my money. I sent more emails and I have been ignored. This is a severe crime. I ask the ComplaintsBoard.com to please help me. ComplaintsBoard.com shows an accreditation for JBToolsales? Please lets be real. and deal with this together.

I ordered an Iwata Eclipse HP-SBS airbrush from their website and what was delivered to me was incorrect. The packaging all was consistent with what was ordered, but the item inside said packaging was incorrect. The airbrush that was shipped to me appears to have been used and tampered with so as to be purposefully misleading. The markings that indicate make/model were literally scratched or buffed away from the body of the airbrush. I reached out to customer service about this particular issue, asking to make a return so that I may get a refund. They asked for pictures, so I willingly obliged. I then received another correspondence in which a service representative replied that this could not have happened as they do not sell used items, but here I am with an airbrush that they shipped to me that is not what I ordered. I sent another email asking them what recourse I have at this point and have not received a reply. They appear to not want to make the situation right.

I received a damaged creeper from JB Tools after ordering through their online website. After reporting the issue to JB Tools they finally sent UPS to pick up the package for return 4 days later. I repackaged the creeper and let UPS pick it up with the label provided by JB Tools. Watching the tracking closely the received the return back in a normal timely manner. After receiving the package/product back as confirmed by UPS tracking information (Proof says was received by Carlos) they have had the product in their possession for over a week yet they refuse to issue a refund. I have asked about when I can expect a refund since they have received the product 4 different times yet they would never answer my question. All I could get was non-answers about perpetually "checking into it". It has been nearly a month since the initial purchase and they currently have the product in their possession yet they REFUSE to refund the transaction nor give me any kind of timeline of when I can expect a refund.

On December 1st, I received this email: Hi [Customer Name] An order you recently placed on our website has had its status changed. The status of order #421150 is now Shipped Order Details Order Total: $524.04 USD Date Placed: 30th Nov 2020 Payment Method: Debit or Credit Card Shipment Tracking Numbers / Links No tracking numbers are assigned to your order yet. JB Tools Inc. [Company Address] As of date, I have not received an estimate of delivery or tracking number. I emailed the company on December 7th asking for an update as it states the item was "shipped". On December 9th, I received a not so helpful reply from a [Customer Service Representative] basically dismissing my inquiry and telling me once they receive tracking information, I would be emailed that number. I asked for an estimate of delivery and for a number in which I can speak with someone. I have not received any information that I have asked for, only a pretty rude reply from [Customer Service Representative] the second time around. If the item states "shipped", why is it taking so long to get an estimate delivery and tracking number?

After assembly, I realized that the table top spins and sent a question about the spinning, then requested a refund because a spinning table top is unsafe/defective and was not mentioned in the description. They responded with return details and said I was responsible for shipping because I did not want the product. I responded with that not being the case. I did want the table but the fact that the table top spins is unsafe and defective for its purpose. We have been going back and forth, and they give the same answers, saying that I just don't want it and am responsible for shipping. I have restated that is not true and don't feel I should have to pay for shipping when it's not my fault. I do want the table but not one that spins because it's not safe for its purpose. After several attempts to speak with management and only getting the same response from the same person, I was told she is management. So I requested to speak to her manager or supervisor and have not received a response since. I feel I am being treated unfairly and asking for a simple request, for a refund and return shipping label for a product that is unsafe/defective for intended use. I don't feel I should be penalized for a product that is unsafe and defective.

Hello, I made a purchase on jbtools on the 20th of May. I paid my order in complete including a shipping fee ($47.52) with 7 days expected delivery time. The company did not ship my order as they were supposed to. I was supposed to receive the order on the 6th of June . I contacted them back and forth, while getting really slow responses(from Julie, their customer rep) from them and I was the one who had to do follow ups. After finding out that they did not ship my order on time, I asked them to cancel my order and issue me a refund. But instead, just as I sent them another mail confirming to cancel my order, they ship my order, on the 5th of June , after two weeks and two days. Their reason for delay were: 1)Issue at warehouse? Never got an answer on that one. 2) Lockdown in my country? Totally innacurate/putting their fault on me. Lockdown has been lifted on the 30th of May in my country. Cargo Flight were ALWAYS operational. So, I got the order on the 17th of June . I paid all the duties taxes...etc. When, checking my parcel in the fedex truck upon delivery, there was one item missing and another one damaged/bent. I sent them an email with picture proof on the 17th of June, did not get any reply. Sent them a reminder today, in the hope that I do get a reply. I proposed that either they send me replacement for the two items or refund me for the two items paid price and shipping fee. On their site, it is mentioned that their goal is 100% customer satisfaction. But the experience I've had with this order, is 200% customer dissatisfaction. This customer service/order has created a lot of stress and anxiety to me. And to think of getting such an experience for something I paid.

We purchased a Clore Automotive ES6000 and received it on July 6. At that time we attempted to charge the jump start ES6000 however it would not completely charge according to the LED indicator lights on the ES6000 itself. At that time we called customer service and were told to keep trying to charge the ES6000 and so we did. We waited and waited and waited but the ES6000 would not charge, in fact we couldn't even use it to jump start my daughters Honda Accord, it wouldn't even turn over the engine. The ES6000 has not worked at all since receiving it on July 6th. We paid JB Tools $271.29 for the ES6000 and we have nothing to show for it except a useless unit that does nothing. Yesterday we left yet another message for customer service with no call back. Today my fiance called again from a different telephone number and was able to reach someone named [employee's name]. My fiance began telling [employee's name] about the debacle and while they were on speakerphone. [Employee's name] then cut off my fiance and said and I quote, "Oh we spoke to [customer's name] about this a little while ago" I had never spoken with [employee's name], in fact we had left another voice message the day before and also a week before to no avail. Since we were on speakerphone, (because I am blind and disabled due to Multiple Sclerosis, I interjected immediately and stated that I in fact had NOT spoken with anyone at J. B. Tools since July, I tried to explain to [employee's name] that she was making a mistake in stating that she had spoken with me and she very clearly stated that she had spoken with me which I can assure you is not the case. An argument then ensued because [employee's name] would not admit that she hadn't spoken with me, in fact she doubled down and then hung up on us. We then received a call from someone purporting to be [employee's name]'s manager and she took the same tact as [employee's name] denying that [employee's name] had made an error in who she had spoken to, then to our surprise [employee's name] entered the conversation via speakerphone and now stated that she had only listened to a voicemail and had not in fact spoken with either of us. The manager then said and I quote, "well let me look into this and I will send you an email with my findings." Findings? What? We purchased an item that we paid more than $250.00 for and you can't tell me what our recourse would be? The manager than said and I quote, "well you're really hard to talk to. We were outraged, we had been complaining about the defective ES6000 since we received it, in fact we were told to keep trying to use it even though it would not charge. In the second week of trying to charge we went to the garage and found that the ES6000 had created a sulfur smelling cloud in our garage. We were now concerned that this defective ES6000 could start a fire. We have been trying to get resolution on this matter for two months now to no avail. We are owed a total refund or a replacement ES6000 and have not been able to get anyone at JB Tools to agree to refund our money or replace the ES6000. The customer service personnel made up a story and then tried to silence us by repeatedly disconnecting our calls. The customer experience was abhorrent and the employees acted maliciously by repeatedly and intentionally disconnecting our calls.
