I had a Chaise sofa and Wally Chair delivered and installed by your company end of March/early April this year, all of which were unpacked and set up by your team (or so I thought).
Mid-September I went to move the Wally armchair for cleaning purposes, as I did so I noticed the sofa had scratched my wood flooring and realised this was caused by the zip on the base of the Wally chair. I showed my partner, and we turned the chair upside down to investigate, only to find that the zip was in direct contact with the floor as a result of the feet not being installed on the chair. My partner undid the zip to find the feet packaged in the original packaging having not been installed. We screwed the feet in, however, at the time one of the feet would not screw in which was the reason for my call/email, this is something we have since resolved by trying the feet in different holes and eventually getting all the feet to fit.
Whilst it is great that the feet are now fitted, and I have to say the chair does look better for it, I am unhappy that this issue has caused damage to the wood flooring at my home, pictures of which you can see attached.
I have chased my complaint by email several times due to not being updated, I understand there was some confusion as one of the orders was placed by my partner using a different contact name and email address (but both items were delivered to the same address Wally Chair Order no. [protected]).
This was my first time using Natuzzi, I purchased a corner Chaise sofa and a Wally chair and was looking forward to purchasing a marble topped coffee table or nest of tables to accompany my furniture, however I am unlikely to do this or recommend you to friends and family if this does not get resolved.
My contact details are [protected]@mccolls.co.uk / [protected]@sky.com or [protected].
Claimed loss: Cost to repair wood flooring.
Desired outcome: In the main I am just looking to get the repair to my floor fixed or be compensated to be able to resolve this myself, since the poor service I have received trying to resolve this I now feel further compensation should be given.
